She talked me through every step of the process, which really helped ease my anxiety, as I’m usually quite nervous about dental procedures. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for this dental surgery. My dentist himself is a very good man and a great job however the two hygienist that I have been dealing with have been absolutely excellent and have changed my mouth forever! Their expertise and referrals have helped me to save my teeth and gums. Also they were very easy to talk to, listen to well and their treatment was excellent. I was referred to a gum specialist who was amazing and found issues with my gums and even the dentist had not seen. As a result of her examination I discovered wisdom teeth that need treatment an infection that I did not know existed excellent. Also, the staff at reception are simply brilliant. Extremely friendly, very professional and create a great atmosphere. They remind me of my appointments and my waiting times are always minimal. Honestly, I can say that Dental Practice is absolutely amazing and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had re-root canal treatment done on three front teeth by Dr Kreena. I was a bit nervous about my treatment. However, Dr Kreena put me at ease as she was very reassuring and took time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure and during the procedure. She was very thorough and gentle. Fantastic experience: I went to Zo for a filling and was really nervous about the injection, but he was calm and reassuring, and it honestly didn’t hurt at all. The filling turned out really, really good. He also fixed a chipped tooth, and it looks perfect now—completely smooth and natural. Fantastic experience: I visited this morning for my first ever filling, I had done some research beforehand on the procedure itself and what to expect. For some bizarre reason I was excited, which I did share with Zohaib; I was reasurred being excited is not normal. The entire process was super relaxing, maybe I need to get out more! But in all was not painful the environment was calm and I was done in less than an hour. If you hate needles maybe don't do any research and close your eyes, but you don't feel a thing at best a lil pressure.

Fantastic experience: 31 years ago, I was told of a dentist who was very good with young children. As a 'grown-up' who was embarrassed by the dreadful state of my teeth after many years of neglect, I summoned up the courage to book an appointment. No judgement, just calm, gentle, first class treatment over a period of months to repair my teeth. Dr Patel, a brilliant dentist, retired recently, and now I'm treated by Dr Patel, his son and a chip off the old block. This is a bright, thoroughly modern practice, with a reassuringly tranquil atmosphere, staffed by professionals who welcome people in, and then quietly sort out their gnashers and make them feel better about themselves. I recommend it.

Positive experience: I went once for a deep clean but didn't go back as I was told I have gingivitis and need to return after 3 months. A second opinion confirmed I did not have gingivitis...

Fantastic experience: I was referred my own Dentist because of an impacted wisdom tooth. I was very impressed by the friendly and professional manner of the receptionists on the phone and in person. I have been very impressed by Dr. Davesh's thoroughness in asking me detailed questions and performing an X-ray and CT scan. He and Dr. Chandni have reviewed my case carefully and advised me to have the extraction performed in a hospital because of various complications. They will be sending an urgent referral on my behalf. I found Dr. Davesh very professional, knowledgeable, caring and attentive and he even called me after closing time on a Friday to update me.

Fantastic experience: I got treated by Dr Kreena and I'm very happy about the way she treated me. She had to do quite a tricky procedure, fixing my previous dentist's mistakes, and she did an amazing job. Not only that, she went out or her way to make sure the process was made perfectly and without error, taking no chances. I was there for 2 and a half hours, and I felt safe, informed and in good hands at all times. Also a quick shout in favor of the recepcionist; she was lovely, kind and informative. Receptionists don't get the respect they deserve sometimes.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this dentist since I was a little girl, with Senior Dr Patel (who has since retired!). I now take my children and we see Dr Zo who is very friendly and makes the children feel really comfortable. They look forward to their dentist visits! Very thorough and always offers practical advice for at home oral hygiene for kids and myself. As for the practice itself, we receive good communication - email and text reminders when check-ups are due and appointment reminders which are very helpful. The kids enjoyed attending the children only days at the practice usually during the half term/holidays. Not sure if they still do them but the kids loved it - complimentary face painting and some activities like colouring in, in the reception area.

Fantastic experience: I visit Dr Almas Jawad at this practice and herself as well the team are incredible! Dr Jawad makes you feel very comfortable as I have really bad anxiety. She’s very calming and makes me feel at ease during the appointments and I don’t hate the dentist anymore! Would definitely see her again and again :)

Fantastic experience: I have done many visits to my favourite hygienist Karin who she is so gentle to clean up my sensitive teeth. This is my first time I write this review as I should done after my several visits. I remembered my first time with Karin, she showed me how to clean my teeth and was very assuring that she no need to dump my teeth in order to clean my teeth. I have put all my faith on her as I am very nervous person, however whenever she cleans my teeth I don't feel nervous and have every confidence on her.

Fantastic experience: Not cheap, but excellent service! The surgery is clean and tidy, and all members of staff were helpful and friendly. The dentist I saw (for a consultation about a possible "crown extension" or implant) was both very thorough and very careful to make sure I understood what was being done and why, and what my options were. Negative experience: I've been with this practice for the past 30 years and have never experienced any problems until now. The dentist that I get to see don't seem to be there longterm. Last Thursday I took my daughter and she was seen by a new dentist. Having waited for just over 20 mins, the actual examination lasted about 2 mins. My daughter came out saying she doesn't want to see this dentist again, she wasn't friendly and my daughter felt rushed. At the reception I was told I couldn't see another dentist for my daughter's tooth extraction as she was already examined by this particular dentist and she will be the one doing the extraction. My daughter is a bit apprehensive about seeing this dentist for her next appt and to top it up, it will be a tooth extraction.

She always takes her time to assess, explain and carry out the cleaning/ polishing. Negative experience: I had a filling done on the 11/09/24 , it came off yesterday . When I called for an emergency appointment as it is very painful. I was told by the receptionist that if I come in tomorrow it would be a different dentist and I will have to pay again. I have to wait for over two weeks to see the same dentist and she doesn't know if I have to pay. What kind of service is that? How long should a filling last? Given two star now as I got a call from the receptionist saying that I won't have to pay anything for the filling that came out.

Negative experience: Went there for the first time as a nhs patient found the dentist to be very unfriendly and she recommended me to the hygienist who I was told was private so had to pay. Gums were bleeding terribly after and have had sore gums and pain in my back upper tooth since , due to go back but not sure if I will ,

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly staff . The Endodontist made me feel at ease . I was very satisfied with the advice given.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment and they managed to get me in the very next morning. Reception staff were really quick and efficient on arrival. Dr Zohaib Hassan managed to see me earlier than planned which was a first as far as dentists normally go. Inside the surgery was really nice, comfortable and didn't have that scary "clinical" feel to it. Dr Hassan talked me through everything at each step and explained exactly what he was going to do from the x-rays to the procedure for the filling. On to the filling and I am not great with the injections at the best of time so I was preparing for the worst and while I was doing that Dr Hassan told me he was done! I literally did not feel it, the first time ever I have not felt it. If anyone has any sort of anxiety around this or other parts of the treatment I cannot recommend Dr Hassan enough. The procedure was carried out and it really felt like Dr Hassan was taking his time, not rushing to get the next patient in as has sometimes been my experience, but wanting to do everything correctly and to perfection and again explaining along the way what he was doing. He gave me some advice about how to manage things going forward and some recommendations about how to correct some of the issues I have with my other teeth which I am going back in January to have corrected. Cannot recommend Bridgestone and in particular Dr Zohaib Hassan enough! Excellent surgery and amazing staff and dentist. Thank you again.

Positive experience: I, along with my wife and son have been registered with the Brigstock Dental, Thornton Heath since long. Although, We live in South Croydon and have to take three busses to come and go, but prefer to be attached with them. The staff and all the dentists are humble, gentle, cooperative and professional. They treat well and advise reasonably. The appointments are easy to make.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for more than 10 years. My dentist - Dr Rudy Audit - is the ultimate professional. I haven't had any work done for 4 and a half years but my recent check up showed up a problem and the upshot was to remove a tooth. I had the extraction done and Rudy pointed out all the risks involved but pleased to say that he managed to get out the tooth in one go. It was very calm within the surgery and the dental nurse (sorry, I don't know your name) was really reassuring and helpful. The next stage of my treatment will be in 3 months' time and the receptionist gave me an appointment following it up with an email. A really good dental practice which I have no hesitation in recommending. All the staff with whom I have had contact are really helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a crown fitted with a filling being replaced. This was the first major dental procedure for me, and I was scared! Dr Rudy Audit and his dental nurse (apologies I don't know her name) could see how nervous I was and they were so reassuring and professional. They put me at ease and constantly reassured me. They made the procedure so much less stressful than I thought it would be. Dr Audit's job on my tooth was brilliant, with the crown fitting really well. I was also very well-informed about the procedure and costs. I am so glad he is my dentist and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. The reception staff are also very polite and professional and are always easy to deal with. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We attended open days for children at the beginning of the year, our little girl was very scared, but after 3 appointment with Dr. Reza, she’s improved hugely! Very kinda and gentle approach. Definitely recommend for children!

Fantastic experience: Lovely secretary Tracy, was extremely helpful and kind. The Dentist Dr Zohaib was brilliant. Each time I go to Brigstock the team is amazing!

Negative experience: Been having hygienist appointments here for a while. There have been 3 or 4 hygienists in that time but they were all very good. So much so that I booked my mum in to have an appointment too. We attended our back to back appointments and this time the service itself was terrible. We both left with actively bleeding gums and pain. Neither of us had ever had a hygienist appointment end like this. There was no polishing done at the end of the appointment and we both are still having oral issues as a result to this day. Suffice it to say we will not be returning. The reception staff have always been professional and welcoming. Rated 2 stars as previous appointments were fine and reception staff are good. But due to my last appointment I can not recommend booking a hygienist appointment here. Update: Following my review I was contacted by the manager to book in dental check ups. This was pushed for. No prices were mentioned on this phone call. When attending the appointment this morning we were told we would have to pay for the appointments. So we left and will not be returning. This is poor complaints handling by management and not providing basic information as such I have now removed a star. I would like to thank the receptionists for their service though.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Aram Navai, a Specialist in Endodontics, and my experience was exceptional. Dr. Navai took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, demonstrating a high level of patience and attentiveness. He meticulously reviewed my previous scans to ensure that he chose the best treatment route for my specific situation. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Navai was incredibly careful and continually checked to make sure I was comfortable and okay. His dedication to patient care and his attention to detail truly set him apart. I felt well-informed and confident in the treatment I received. I highly recommend Dr. Aram Navai for anyone in need of endodontic care.

Fantastic experience: Recommend by my husband to see Karin (Hygienist). She saw my son & was very thorough & took her time to explain the importance of how to look after his teeth. She did an amazing job with his teeth & I will be returning for myself & daughters. The lady's at the reception were lovely too!

Fantastic experience: My last visit to a dentist was in 2009, due to fear and being nervous I avoided the dentist. However, I needed to go and a friend recommended me Brigstock Dental. I put my big girls pants on and braved it. I had the best dentist Almaas Jawad. I told her my fears and she was so gentle from start to finish and reassured me all the way through along with her assistant. The place was clean and spotless also. I need to go back for more treatment and as long as I see her again I know I will be ok.
