Negative experience: It is a good clinic, the problem that is a family clinic when you have a problem with one, you already have it with the whole family, as happened to me because I came across one that is new and I think it is also her family And to make me a tooth she needed to make me more than fifteen RX because it is unsafe and also each session is more than an hour and a half it is a great burden when I protested, Because I could no longer with my patience and I am very tolerant With example of putting an anesthesia and after looking for the place to put the needle for a time that is not normal, I the tongue without anesthesia the part where he is going to work and when I said I can't take it anymore, with all the respect in the world asking to change my doctor. they kicked me out of the clinic and told me that you have to find another clinic, that's not fair.

Fantastic experience: I’m an extremely nervous dental patient but Dr. Ashni Shah and her assistant, Elena, are very understanding and patient with me. Before coming to VS Dental Care Centre, I hadn’t been to a dentist for over 20 years due to a bad experience at another practice. So, even though I still get nervous before any treatment, I know the treatment I get at VS Dental is top notch. I’ve just had a bad tooth pulled out - and it was a breeze!

Fantastic experience: The team at VS Dental are amazing. I’m so grateful to them for fitting me in for an emergency appointment. 10/10 Reception Staff and Dr Deepa Shah is phenomenal. She did composite bonding for one my front teeth and it looks amazing - seamless and you can not tell the difference between the filling and my tooth. Deepa is so meticulous and has exceptional attention to detail. She really takes time to understand what you’re looking for and executes it beautifully.

Negative experience: I recently visited here for a dental cleaning while 8 months pregnant, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Despite being entitled to free dental care during pregnancy, I was charged £60 for a cleaning that lasted only 10 minutes. When I inquired about the cost, the dentist claimed the procedure wasn’t covered under the NHS because they were using a drill. After speaking with dentist friends, I was informed that this isn’t accurate, and I shouldn’t have been charged. Moreover, a proper cleaning should typically last 30–45 minutes, so this felt rushed and inadequate. The service fell far below expectations, and I won’t be returning, even though it’s a local practice. I hope they improve their approach to patient care, especially for pregnant patients.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Deepa Shah , at the VS Dental Centre, for an extraction. She explained each step to me before she started. She made sure I was reassured, comfortable and not in any pain throughout the procedure. After the extraction she went through the aftercare. Deepa has been my dentist for many years and I have every confidence in her. She is always welcoming and makes every step to make sure you are calm and comfortable throughout your treatment. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Negative experience: Good attention, very professional, but you should pay attention to the information you provide on your website. I took an hour and a half trip this morning to attend my appointment. I was expecting to get a Michigan mouth guard made, based on the price indicated on your website £270. It was very disappointing when you told me that the actual price was £450. It’s not enough to say sorry we need to update our website. For a whole year the prices indicated have been the same. I thought £270 was far too cheap compared with other places, I even sent an email 1 year ago to confirm that price; I never got a reply, by the way. You should have honoured what your site says, otherwise you’re providing misleading information.

The staff is friendly, the clinic is nice and clean. Kav did my treatment and she was professional. Negative experience: I had an appointment at VS Dental scheduled for 2pm and arrived five minutes early at 1:55pm. Since their lunch break ends at 2:00pm, I politely asked the receptionist if I could wait inside to avoid standing in the rain. To my surprise, the receptionist responded rudely, saying, "Are we not allowed to finish our lunch?" I was shocked at this comment and her obvious lack of consideration. Also, every visit feels like a sales pitch. There's a constant push to purchase additional products and services, which makes me feel like their primary goal is to take my money rather than provide genuine care. This persistent upselling takes away from the overall experience and leaves me questioning the necessity of the treatments. I have been coming to this dentist for over 10 years and have happily moved on elsewhere where I am treated with respect and kindness. Would not recommend.

Positive experience: I have been with this dentist from birth and I’ve always been very fond of Dr Shah and the supporting staff there. Once I started working and was offered dental insurance from my workplace, I thought it was be nice to help out my local dentist and go privately with them instead of staying as an NHS patient. Now that I am no longer working, they refused to transfer me back to as an NHS patient and told me that “this is our policy and you will need to find a different practice and register with them as we won’t see you as an NHS patient”. I was so shocked that after decades of being treated by them and supporting them as a business, they wont support me during my time of need. Guess their policy shows their priorities. Thank you VS Dental **Update** It’s now been a year and I have received a call from them saying that their practise has expanded and they can take on more NHS patients. They have signed me up again as a NHS patient

Fantastic experience: Our Dentist is Dr Neil Shah. I regularly take my young kids so they get used to the dentist. Dr Shah interacts so well with them and makes the whole experience fun for them. My husband and I have also had a great experience. Dr Shah is always so professional and attentive. He goes over and beyond by making us feel comfortable and ensures that he give the most detailed advice and care. He has always been able to reassure us on any concerns we've had. I highly recommend this dental practice. All the staff here are so kind. At one point a staff member entertained my baby whilst I was being seen. So happy we chose to move here.

Fantastic experience: I never thought going to the dentist would feel relaxing… the end to end experience is always so pleasant, and service amazing - from the booking all the way to the treatment. This time I was switching out metal fillings for white ones and the output was amazing. Dr Neil did 3 in one appointment and not only did I not feel any pain but everything was so clearly explained that there were no surprises. Could not thank you enough! Will always be coming to this clinic for my dental treatments and check ups!

Negative experience: Please avoid registering at this dentist practise. Bunch of liars and they book expensive treatments for you without explaining you and on questioning about unexplained treatments book for yourself, you are told it was a system error!! They are looking to take advantage of patients who would not question the expensive dental treatments and then ask you money after performing the treatment which was completely not required. Only register here if you have excess money to throw on unwanted dental treatments. -- Update --- I am not a patient at this practise and have written on behalf of family who has been through this experience by the surgery. They want to stay anonymous as they are registered patients at this practise. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency with unbearable tooth pain that brought me to my knees. The reception staff and Dr. Neil took excellent care of me and quickly relieved my pain. I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and compassionate service. Today, I had an appointment with my regular doctor, Dr. Simrat, who was very understanding and comprehensive. Her assistant, Manju, was also very helpful and funny, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and compassionate service.

Fantastic experience: We done our extraction with Dr Neil. I will be very honest, it was my best experience with a dentist. Very professional, very calming and on our personal experience, it was the best dental service so far. Of course everything is about personal experience, and based on my one this time, I totally recommend for you to go to VS. Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing Hydrafacial treatment with Kav today. My skin is glowing! Kav is very knowledgeable and talked me through each step. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Neil earlier today, and let me tell you, this guy is the tooth fairy in disguise! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Neil made me feel right at home. Friendly? Check. Professional? Double check. Ruthless? Oh, you bet—in the nicest way possible! I had a tooth that was giving me extraordinary pain and an infection. Dr. Neil swooped in, tools at the ready, and tackled that troublesome tooth like a knight slaying a dragon. One minute I'm in agony, and the next, I'm wondering why I ever hesitated to come in.
