I had my wisdom teeth extracted here, use the hygienist service, and their orthodontics team recently installed adult braces on my teeth as part of a fifteen month smile transformation. Negative experience: I have found this dentist really unclear on NHS options... everything is geared to private treatment ..... nothing on website regarding NHS fees . Service poor

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for at least 55 years. The practice has been through a number of owners but Rebecca, the hygienist I visited today for the second time, is the best ever in my experience. She has inspired me to polish up my cleansing regime and I have already seen a great improvement. Here is to the next 55 years.

Fantastic experience: Punctual appt. Main issue was dealt with helpfully and an additional issue was also addressed, necessitating an x-ray. A further appt. for the primary matter was arranged but I haven't heard anything regarding a follow-up to the secondary matter that I brought up during the consultation, so I will have to chase that up. Part 2: Since the above have embarked on having an implant. It transpired that I had a cracked molar which has now been extracted in preparation for an implant replacement. I have been impressed by the reassuring level of detail I have been given about the various dental issues that have arisen in my case. I am a senior person so I do not expect my dental future to be without challenges. This makes the level of clear information I have received all the more reassuring. The practice is also technologically well-equipped so one can see any of the scans and x-rays that are taken. I feel very confident in the expertise of the professional staff who have treated me and any apprehension I initially felt about subjecting myself to the processes involved in having an implant has markedly subsided. I have never had to wait long for an appointment or been kept waiting at an appointment. Indeed, another unrelated dental issue cropped up two days before my last appointment and that is being dealt with next week. I certainly have not regretted registering with Dental Beauty, nor do I have any hesitation in recommending the practice.

Check in was quick and the wait time to be actually seen was in a matter of minutes. The space is fresh bright very clean without the medical smell that sometimes can be off putting. Positive experience: Positives: dentist (Dr Seun) was good, nice manner and communicated clearly. Receptionist friendly and polite. Negatives: I arrived promptly for a 9.40am appointment on a Saturday and I had to wait 25mins. The dental nurse didn't seem that on the ball during the treatment. The cost of £240 for a filling is eye-watering really. I dread having to have anything more major done in future.
