Positive experience: My family have been attending this dental practice for nearly 20 years. It has changed massively over the last few years. Smaller compact waiting room with minimal seating. Much of the space used to make more dental rooms for twice as many dentists as before. Which is good for patients but also not when you are waiting an hour after your scheduled appt time. Should you wait this long there should be a discount of some sort. Whilst I appreciate there are emergencies that take priority, myself and 2 children waited over an hour to have a regular check up. With that many dentists you'd think they had an emergency dentist room. Half an hour is acceptable to wait an hour past your time is not. A 45 min appt turned in to well over 2 hours. As with all corporate changes. Greed before patients should not be the priority. Miss the NHS dentists of old

Fantastic experience: Really thorough and great check up with Bevan, he has great expertise and offers useful tips. A dentist that makes you feel that they really care, which I’ve not had elsewhere before.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency situation which needed immediate attention. The practice through Matt was able to resolve my problem which was a fractured front tooth. A superb repair was completed within an hour. The standard of care and professionalism was top draw. I am indebted and very grateful. I would recommend. .

Fantastic experience: Busy and friendly practice with many examination rooms (7 I think). My regular dentist (James) is certainly one of the best I've ever had (I'm 70+) and their others are good too. For me, one most important attribute is their honesty. In the past I've had dentists who've lied to me in order to do chargeable work that I didn't need. Not so at Glen Maye. My son and his family use them too. Can't recommend them highly enough.

As a professional Martial Arts Instructor I often pick up the odd chipped or broken tooth, and I am always looked after brilliantly. Today I saw Mr. Wynn Roberts as I needed emergency appointment due to flying on holiday the next day. Again I was treated with great care and professionalism throughout the time of my treatment. I wasn’t rushed in and out with a temporary fix that might have loosened and ruined our holiday and left me in agony. Mr. Wynn Roberts completely fixed my broken tooth permenantly ensuring my holiday would be problem and pain free. Everyone at Glen Maye are consummate professionals, from Reception to all the Denticians. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing practice to anyone looking for a practice that goes above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Glen Maye is an absolutely fantastic Dentist surgery. Every member of staff from reception, back office and the nurses & dentists themselves are really lovely and make you feel 100% at ease and comfortable. I was in the surgery a few times recently, for quite a bit of work done. I was treated with great care, by a fantastic Dentist who sorted all my problem teeth out and was extremely gentle with the injections, hardly felt a thing! I can't tell you how much confidence I feel now I've had my teeth sorted fully. Thanks to Saba, Viv, Gaynor and all the other wonderful staff. Thanks a million for all your help recently! :)
