Theresa is my dentist and she’s always smiling and happy, she puts you straight at ease, we always have a giggle… Yes, you can actually have a giggle at the dentists!! Who knew?! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been with an NHS dentist in Andover for a few years and have only been able to make 1 appointment, the others keep getting cancelled by them. I got so fed up of being messed around by them, I just decided to go private and haven't regretted it. Initial consultation with Theresa was incredible, the use of tech was astonishing and the scope of care is comprehensive and impressive, and ongoing check ups aren't as expensive as I thought they might be, but are just as thorough and something I actually look forward to. I visit Hannah every 6 months for a hygiene check up, which is cheaper than the NHS practice I used to go to; it's not for the faint hearted but I love it. You walk away knowing your teeth and gums have had a proper hygiene clean, and at any point, I was able to stop and take a break if needed. The whole practice is welcoming, friendly, and there isn't a single ego among the practice staff, something I've definitely seen in other practices. Unlike my previous NHS practice that tried to sell me private services at every opportunity, I haven't yet had a single procedure or service pushed on me. Overall, a great practice that I trust and will keep going back to.

They most certainly are now . Very very efficient and do a dental plan to really look after your teeth . The actual dentist and his dental nurse were super . Fantastic experience: After a poor experience at another dental surgery, l had to find another surgery and so far have been very impressed, Bobby found a completely different solution than the other dentist advised and l am now pain free after around 7 weeks of being in pain! Thank you so much

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience with this dental surgery has not been a positive one. Despite calling ahead and being given advice, on arrival not only did we have to wait as someone was late coming back from their lunch break when they did arrive they were, abrupt and rude. When she arrived I was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience and when I tried to explain the conversation and the information I had been told previously she cut me off to say there was nothing that could be done before even letting me finish. No apology was given until I asked if it would be possible to make a complaint or resolution offered. More education is required for FOH staff to ensure that misinformation is not provided around policy, procedures and appointments and customer service etiquette could also be beneficial.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful treatment even though it was a deep filling needed. Encouraged to feel relaxed and treatment was done by an extremely kind skillful dentist helped by a lovely friendly dental nurse. My tooth finished to perfection and has never felt better.

Fantastic experience: I managed to secure an appointment swiftly with my brilliant dentist Bobby who dealt with my troublesome tooth and gum immediately and gave me clear instructions on how to care for the problem area before returning next week to the practice for a scheduled appointment with their excellent hygienist Hannah. How I just WISH I had been referred to Hannah years ago. She is truly excellent and meticulous and, under her instruction, I now have a really good daily routine for my oral hygiene. I honestly cannot recommend the practice more highly.

Alan and his dental nurses are constantly checking I am comfortable and pain free during procedures, which I am very grateful for. I’ve never received judgement or a lecture from Alan when I’ve needed work done, unlike other dentists I’ve experienced when with the NHS. The whole team are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andover dental practice.

She is so kind and friendly and instantly makes you feel at ease. Hannah is just lovely, she instantly makes you feel calm and goes at your own pace, The tools she has scares the hell out of me but I managed this appointment with no injections so that’s a massive improvement. Every other Nurse I’ve had has been reassuring and just lovely as well. Then there are the Reception Ladies! They are just Super. They are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble for them. They really do make you smile and feel so welcome. Super friendly and a smashing bunch of people!

Fantastic experience: Bobby Jacob has a very comforting nature whatever you’re having done. He is very knowledgeable and skilful… a pleasure to visit. The reception staff are always very welcoming and happy to accommodate any requests.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth extraction. Bobby the dentist discussed treatment options with me, and we agreed extraction was the correct course of action. The extraction was performed under local anaesthetic, and apart from the initial injections there was no pain during the procedure. Later the same day, after the anaesthetic wore off it was pretty sore, and bled a little, but nothing unmanageable. The following day it was much better, just a little sore.

Fantastic experience: My daughter comes to see Hannah. She used to have a massive fear of the dentist, but Hannah is brilliant with her and makes her feel very relaxed. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Maddie is so comfortable now that she even goes in by herself. Thank you for making her so comfortable.

Phoned the following day as tooth ache was excruciating to be booked straight in for treatment. Tooth in question RIP!! Thank you to all the staff for making my visit Stress free. Fantastic experience: I have always found the staff and dental practitioners at Andover Dental Practice to be efficient and professional. When I have required dental treatment in addition to regular check-ups the different options are always presented clearly and I feel I can make the decision that I am most comfortable with. Recently I experienced a broken front tooth from which a filling also came out. Fortunately the tooth did not cause me any pain so remedial work was not urgent. Nonetheless Andover Dental Practice were able to give me an appointment for the following week and Anna Took completed the filling work at the appointed time. As always Anna was very professional and took great care over the filling, which is excellent and quite invisible. I am very happy with my treatment and the way Andover Dental Practice were able to accomodate my choice of appointment time.

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the area, I needed to find a new dentist to complete some extensive treatment including a new bridge and a couple of filling replacements, I chose ADP and I have to say, everything has be first class in every aspect from the reception team to to the dentists and dental nurses that took care of me.

Fantastic experience: I am on the list of patients for this dentists, and I had a loss of a filling which was a week away from my celebratory holiday. They obliged very quickly and solved the issue. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging the appointment and the dentist did a great job on the filling. I have to admit that the expense surprised me a bit, but given my situation at the time I was happy to pay.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for years and have always received the highest level of care. I can’t praise Hannah and Alex highly enough. Always professional but also friendly.

Positive experience: My hygienist and nurse are welcoming, kind and caring, but the practise has previously left me standing outside in the pouring rain and the member of the reception staff could have let me in early or offered me an umbrella, but quoted their staff policy which wasn’t helpful! I have also found a lack of communication with their sister practise following my referral for an X-Ray. I had to chase at least 3 times which is not really on when you’re waiting for answers on your dental health. I also had an unfortunate extraction when an adjacent wisdom tooth was later found and had ended up sideways after the wound didn’t heal properly! I was not happy with the expensive quote to remove this given that it was not my fault! So all-in-all, I’ve had a mixed experience since transferring to this Practice following the retirement of my previous Dentist. A porch over the door would be helpful for patients who do not have a car to sit in and wait. I recently became disabled and so for the first time parked on the car park. No blue badge parking and unfortunately my car was blocked in. No signage displayed so only found out from a new kind and caring member of the reception staff that the first row is for staff only, and patients should park behind them. I know now for next time, but as above, an issue arose that could have been avoided! The clinicians and nurses are excellent, but I feel the practise lets itself down in other areas, which if addressed could transform it from an OK customer experience to a fantastic one, particularly when fees have significantly gone up since my last visit. It is also frustrating when they change your appointment dates, but appreciate that this is sometimes unavoidable. In summary, great treatment and I hope that the front of house team can sort out some of my niggles that don’t go hand in hand when you’re paying handsomely for dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: My husband who is a very anxious patient needed an emergency appointment due to an infection. He hadn’t been to a dentist for years. Andover Dental Practice were amazing, they made him feel comfortable, very friendly with no judgement. They were so good that I’m leaving the practice I’m with to join them. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with Andover Dental practise. They were able to see me immediately when I called with severe dental pain and swelling to jaw. The receptionists were very helpful and showed a great deal of genuine concern for me. The dentist was very professional, gave me antibiotics to try to reduce the swelling before extracting tooth the next morning. Yes this is a private practice so the cost is high especially in comparison to NHS. But after trying unsuccessfully for almost 2 weeks to get a NHS dentist (including calling 111) private was really my only option to recover from the extreme pain I was in. I am extremely grateful to find Andover Dental so easily and for them to accept me as a patient. They were efficient, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I will be joining this practice along with my other family members in order to gain the professional benefits from this lovely practice.

Fantastic experience: Had to find a dentist as my filling had fallen out. So i registered with Andover Dental Practice and they got me in in very short notice to see Bobby. The staff were very friendly and highly competent Great work. I also returned later for a hygine appointment at a later date, which was quick and very efficient.
