She took my lead and gave him lots of reassurance and took the time to explain in minute detail what was going to happen. She was very good with him and I was very grateful

Fantastic experience: Brilliant professional service. Was referred here by my NHS dentist to have a tooth extracted under sedation. Arrived about 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time and was seen promptly. The dentist and her assistant were both very polite and made me feel comfortable with them carrying out the procedure. Was sedated and tooth removed, provided with antibiotics and a helpful list of things to do/not do and was home about 40 minutes after my appointment

Fantastic experience: Extremely thorough teeth examination with Christy Tam, very friendly and knowledgeable. Managed to get a cancellation for my first appointment and come on the same day as registration. No comparison to nhs services received in the past. Christy clearly explained the plan required to get my teeth back to a good standard and I have high trust that she will deliver the results needed :) thank you!

I phoned as I was in considerable discomfort with a skin condition, and within half an hour you had set up a telephone conversation with the dermatologist. Thank you for understanding. Dr Lee was so thorough. He explained everything meticulously; and advised what may be the problem and sent over a letter very quickly so I could take to my own GP. Really caring when I went into panic mode, he reassured me that I would be looked after and feel that he actually cared. Positive experience: Fantastic dental team. The doctors and assistants are brilliant. Informative, gentle, and kind. I had an issue with reception missing my indication to pay in full for an upcoming appointment and this confusion led me to paying on the day where we had discussed I should be invoiced in full at my initial treatment. Make sure to double check your numbers when paying so you don’t get a payment you don’t expect. While the dentist made clear the amount at initial consultation, the reception team did not invoice the full amount when I had asked to pay the full amount. I should have checked this myself and will be sure to do so in future now to avoid unexpected payments on my side.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wong and his team have been excellent throughout my Invisalign treatment. I’m always made to feel welcome and the attention to detail at all of my appointments is excellent. I'm delighted with the results that Dr Wong has achieved and feel more confident now about my teeth and my smile.

Lisa went above and beyond to help me. I saw Dr Wong for my appointment he was kind emphatic above all knowledgeable and professional.I left the dentist feeling so relieved and happy. I was immediately put at ease by his calming manner and the fact he explained in detail how he was going to proceed with the treatment. Negative experience: I have been a customer at crownwood dental surgery for roughly around 15 years or more. I have gont to every check up throughout those years aprt from when covid hit and they wernt seeing anyone. So it was roughly 18 months when i saw them next. During lockdown i was beginning to have problems with my teeth which were becoming very painfull. As the dentist was closed all this time i looked for alternative treatment which i found on amazon just to help me through untill i could see someone. When the did reopen i thought to myself,this is very strange as they have now been seeing patients for a while and i havent been called in for my checkup. Obviously this is way over the time it should of been. So after a while of wating, again I called them up,and they did fit me in. I was told i will have to have this tooth removed and that tooth removed but was reluctant to do so as i did not want to walk around with teeth missing. And obviously the expense of having them removed. So going back to amazon i brought some temperarily filling which you can use as back up and to help relieve the pain. This has been on going for a while untill i have been able to make an appointment with the discomfort i am in. I was told i will need a scale and polish first, which i new would bring out my fillings and cause me pain so i thought about this and said to myself, but if those fillings come out during my scale and polish i am going to be in pain again so i decided not to. In June 2024 this year i went back to the dentist and we all agreed that they would do a treatment plan for me. They will write it up and get back in touch. Today 2/7/24 i recieved an email saying that they have spoken to the princible of the surgery and there is nothing they can do to help me and suggest i go somewhere else. With this i decided to call up the surgery and ask for more details of why they cant help me. I was told because i had done my own dental treatment there is nothing they can do for me and i will have to go and find another dental practice that might help.. I think this is absolutly discusting as i have been a patient of theirs for years. Just asking them to help get me out of the pain i am in and they refuse to do this. They are a dental surgery and i would of thought they would help their patients and have more understanding of why some may have to do thier own dental treatment if they cant see anyone or are worried about thier own teeth having to be removed and what it may look like once this procedure is done. You have replied to my review saying you do not discuss treatment over social media as i can see below. This was 03/07/24. You have asked me to call you, which i did on the 02/ 07/24 and spoke to lisa. You are saying my information on here, vary,s to your knowledge. This is incorrect as the co-ordinater Lisa told me that you can not do anything for me and i need to see another dentist as the treatment i need is complex.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to describe how outstanding Dr Chunman Lee is. I attended the clinic due to reoccurring severe acne, I was at breaking point with my confidence and didn’t want to leave the house. Dr explained everything to me in such detail, assured me, understood me, listened and completely restored my confidence. Thank you Dr Chunman Lee, the practise is so lucky to have such an outstanding dermatologist and I will forever recommend you.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for their Invisalign plan and I could not be more happier with the results. Dr Wong and the team were super friendly and professional. I also had an extraction done during the plan, I always had bad experience before so I expected the worst. To my surprise it was a piece of cake, I was done in 10 minutes and it didn't even hurt. I highly recommend the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr Wong and the Crownwood team enough, nervous was an understatement, I have had the teeth whitening procedure and wow what a difference. Last week Dr Wong carried out composite bonding on my lower teeth. In my eyes he’s a miracle worker, not only have I got my smile back but my own self esteem is right up there. Saying thank you just doesn’t seem enough, but I really do thank you.

Fantastic experience: I took a relative to have two teeth extracted under sedation. Understandably he was very nervous, but the staff were wonderful. Dr Raji was the dental surgeon and she explained everything brilliantly and was ultra kind and caring. The procedure went well and the aftercare was also very supportive. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Raji to anyone unfortunate enough to need their help in a crisis.

Fantastic experience: I had a bone graft and dental implant surgery today. Raman and the dental nurse were brilliant. He talked me through every stage and I felt completely at ease. The experience was pain free and stress free.

Negative experience: Shocking treatment from this Dental Practice. Due to a mix up of appointment dates they’ve suspended our 4yo child to attend here. But still will accept our 15yo to continue, what kind of human being would treat a 4yo in this way! Disgusting and very disappointing from a Practice!

Fantastic experience: Crownwood is a fantastic practice. It is spotlessly clean and there is a selection of magazines to choose from. No 3 year old Woman’s Own with curled up corners! My dentist Dr Wong is very clear with communication , explaining each step as we go along. His nurse always collects me from the waiting area to take me to the consultation room. She is always cheerful , which puts me at ease .

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at Crown Wood Dental after serveral issues with 2 other Dental practises. This practice came highly recommended and now I see why. I was assigned to Dr Wong and since then all I have ever received is 5star treatment. I had an ongoing issue with an infected tooth and a failed root canal. All it took was 1 appointment with Dr Wong for him to figure out what we needed to do and what was best for me and the next appointment it was all sorted. Since then everything has been perfect and I honestly cannot thank him enough. He has restored my faith in dentists and I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: For several years now, I’ve continued to choose this dental practice even after moving out of the area a couple of years ago. The service at the practice is always top notch with a great team of super friendly & professional staff. I’d highly recommend CrownWood Dental practice! Despite the distance, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my dental care!

Negative experience: This dentist (or more of Emporium of various crafts) is more interested in making a quick buck than the care and welfare of it's patients. Our family will never go there again.

Chi, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns and questions and made me feel at ease the whole time. The precision and care during my treatment was remarkable, showcasing his level of expertise and dedication to provide top-notch dental care. He even was able to draw a 3D map of my teeth and explained everything too me. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern technology, further enhancing my confidence in their ability to deliver quality services. I left the practice feeling satisfied with my experience and confident in my dental health. Personally, I will be changing from my local practice to this one, I couldn’t put into words as to how happy and pleased I was, I was overwhelmed. Fantastic experience: Great dentist surgery. Dental plan is a really good idea. You pay monthly for 2 checkups a year and 4 hygienist treatments. So it encourages you to keep teeth and gums in good condition. Also I have a great dentist Dr Ruprah who I really trust and i am comfortable going to see. Makes all the difference. And my hygienist Linda is excellent ar her job and kind and considerate with clients.

Fantastic experience: Going to a dentist is generally not a nice experience, however I am always greeted nicely, the treatment is explained and carried out ensuring my comfort as much as possible. The dental team are really friendly and make me feel relaxed (as much as I can).

Fantastic experience: The appointment didn't take long & I got my new permanent teeth put in, I'm very happy with them & will be coming back to this practice, despite the long drive. The staff are very conversational & friendly, once when I had to come in on my birthday they all came into the waiting room to sing happy birthday. I have never had a bad experience with them in all the time I've been going. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing anything from a just check up to major surgery.

I had several packages of laser hair removal on 4 body areas ( for medical reasons not aesthetic) as well as Harmony clear vein treatments to my face and eyelash extentions all at the medi spa with Alice. All treatments have been very successful and every visit all staff have been friendly and professional. I have more treatments booked at the medi spa and I am happy to recommend their services. My skin health has improved greatly in the two years I have been attending the Medi spa to see Alice. I always enjoy our sessions and the results are remarkable, even my doctors for my chronic illness have noticed the difference. (Update June, For some reason i cant post a medi spa review so i will update here.) I attended an appointment for my father with dr Benjamin Lee, Dermatological consultant. He diagnosed skin cancer and my father will have it removed next month at Frimley park hospital. The consultation for him was thorough top to toe . A letter was written by Dr Lee recommending removal of lesion due to suspected cancer. All as part of the consultation. We took this to the GP who fast tracked my father on the NHS cancer pathway. I cannot thank Dr Lee and staff here enough for their help from myself and on behalf of my father.

Negative experience: The worst clinic ever. I just called them to get an appointment about a gum infection and I told them I’ve been to Turkey to get some treatments there but now something happened with my gum and It got a bit infected What they told me is: “Oh, then you have to go back to Turkey” Completely rubbish

Fantastic experience: I came to this practice in desperation, I had a loose front tooth in my bottom jaw that was agonising if touched, I couldn’t eat properly & had an abscess behind another tooth. I hadn’t seen a dentist for over 20 years so my teeth were in very bad shape! I am also totally dental phobic to the point that just walking in the room caused me to shake & cry on my first visit. I saw Dr Harpreet Punny assisted by dental nurse Beth; what can I say? They were both absolutely fantastic, caring, sympathetic but not patronising or judgemental in any way. I was given a thorough explanation of all the options available to me & not pressurised towards any particular treatment. I had 3 short appointments to hep me acclimatise to being in the surgery before any treatment started. I had conscious sedation for my treatment delivered through IV in the back of my hand. I remember nothing & had no ill effects following, in fact by the time I got home I was completely back to normal. I had 5 teeth removed, a bridge fitted, a filling & a deep clean of all my teeth in one sitting yet suffered no pain, swelling, bruising or even bleeding at all. I had to keep looking in the mirror to believe the work had actually been carried out! I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received & to say it has actually improved my quality of life is an understatement. I now have the confidence to go back for check ups & am even planning to have hygienist appointments in the future. If you are suffering (as I was) just put on your brave pants & make an appointment, it will be one of the best decisions you make!

Received all of the quality service I would expect and information I needed at the end. New hygienist has just been hired who is also an improvement on the service received.

Fantastic experience: An amazing dentist practice that's perfect for anyone but especially nervous patients like me. I have never felt more comfortable and looked after at a dentist before. Everyone is super polite, friendly and professional. I have had a complete transformation of my teeth from extraction, filling and composite. I also have just completed my Invisalign (removable braces) journey and couldn't be happier with the results. I am so much more confident now and every procedure I needed or was recommended was explained to me in detail with pros, cons and the aftercare thats needed. They also have a great membership program. Would highly recommend and thank you AJ and team!

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. Very clean and professional polite reception staff. Pain free treatment from dentists that care and explain each process as it takes place. If you are a nervous patient i would certainly recommend this practice to make you feel at ease.

Positive experience: I've only been for a couple of visits so far and it seems okay for what needs done. The only real issue is their pricing, its incredibly high for what needs done. I was quoted £900+ for 6 fillings, but I can get the same job done up north for half the price (probably cheaper even to drive to Scotland to get it done!). Pricing down this way is well inflated and needs reviewed.
