Sync Dental Pyrford

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today at sync dental. I met with the hygienist Jemiyah Reeves and she was brilliant. I walked in not really wanting to smile much and walked out smiling from ear to ear. I definitely recommend this dentist, whether you’re nervous or not they definitely make you feel comfortable and that’s what I found amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Out of all the dentists that I’ve used over the years these guys are the best especially my go to dentist. Recently I had a wisdom tooth that was causing me so much pain it had to be removed. I asked the dentist once he’d finished injecting me to let me know when he was going to pull the tooth out. He turned around with the tooth in his hand. I honestly did not feel a thing and that’s how dentistry should be.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed I travelled from Guildford to Pyford to have a full jaw X ray costing me £250 After the X-ray I was asked to take a seat while the Dentist looked at the x-ray to make sure everything was good I was told I could leave Got back to work and was told I had to.go back for another x-ray as it wasn't clear enough Totally fed up as I had been told the x-ray was ok Had to take 1)2 a days holiday and all the petrol to go from Guildford to Pyford to be told by the practice that no compensation could be given to me for my trouble All I was looking for was £10.to.cover my petrol Very very dissapointed by this decision after years and years of excellent service Such a poor decision That's all I want to say Thank you

Dr. Mani was incredibly kind and patient, making my son feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and his gentle approach made what could have been a daunting experience surprisingly pleasant. Positive experience: If I was only reviewing the dentist I saw it would be 5 stars - I really liked the dentist, she was very welcoming and made me feel in very safe hands. However the 3 star review is due to the administration side of the practice. I was really disappointed to be charged firstly as a private patient when I had registered as an NHS patient while pregnant, and then when they acknowledged this error they then told me I still had to pay the NHS fee for the appointment as I hadn't notified them I was exempt at the time of booking. I have yet to see anywhere that this was a requirement and even if it was you would think they would have let it go for this appointment as they had already made a mistake in charging me a private fee in the first instance. If you intend to use them please double and triple check your status with them way in advance of your appointment to avoid extra costs.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first appointment and check up at Sync Dental, with Dr Nadine, who was friendly, kind, and professional. Dr Nadine explained clearly what needed to be done and the cost of the required treatment. I must also mention the receptionist, who was friendly and efficient. I am yet to receive treatment, but I feel very much at ease following my first appointment.

Fantastic experience: Just had to sit and listen to the amazing Receptionist Dawn being verbally abused by a patient over the phone because the patient missed their appointment today, she was so professional on the phone even though she told them to stop swearing at her twice. She offered them another appointment which from what I could gather from the conversation they weren’t happy to wait till, then she told them if they swore again she would terminate the call and then she terminated it. If that was me I would’ve absolutely lost it with the patient, after the call I could see the Receptionist was visibly upset and the dentist had to come out and reassure her, how the patients think being this rude to the Receptionist is going to get them an appointment is beyond me, the five stars I have given is for the Receptionist and the way she conducted herself with a very tricky call she was very professional, well done

Fantastic experience: Would like to Thank all the staff who have dealt with me and make me feel so at ease. It’s so nice you explain things very clearly when I ask a question. The place is very clean and does not smell which for me is a big plus.

Negative experience: Hygienist treatment was fine, but I thought charging me £85 for a 20 minute appointment was outrageous!

Positive experience: Today had appointment with Dr Alindra & his team. They have been very considerate to my current circumstance & provided high quality service at a very reasonable price. The calm relaxing environment & skilled team, quickly made me feel relaxed & at ease. And within what felt was only very short time, the work was all done & improvements were obvious. I was very happy :) Thank you Sync Dental for another six months at least !! :))

I saw a beautiful lady hygienist and I was very happy with the results as my teeth was whiter and cleaner with no yellow stains showing after my appointment.
