Dr Naj is exactly the kind of person you want to have as a dentist: he has the expertise, he pays scrupulous attention to detail, and he’s just overall a great guy. Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed Invisalign treatment with Bim and his team. It’s taken 2 years and when I saw the final result yesterday it was really worth the wait. Invisalign requires commitment, I had a stubborn tooth that didn’t want to move so my treatment plan had to change a few times to accommodate this and what should have been 18months of wearing aligners turned into just over 2 years. Not easy but worth it The whole experience at Riverside Dental was so professional, welcoming and encouraging (thank you Lucy!). Fantastic experience: Having a strong dental phobia, I had not been to a dentist for about 18 years! I decided it was time to try get past this and chose to try Riverside Dental. The initial check up appointment went really smoothly, Ash and the team were really patient and understanding of my boundaries and fears. They even managed to get laughter out of me! I then swiftly had an appointment with hygienists Emily and Maddie, and again I could ask for a better experience. They took everything very slowly, taking care to fully explain everything to me and making sure I was comfortable. The Airflow machine is really gentle! And the reception staff are also great, patient and calm. Overall, it has been a really good experience for someone as phobic as myself, and I feel silly for not going sooner! I already have further appointments booked in with Riverside and will be using them as my regular dentist! Thanks team, this experience has really improved my life.

Fantastic experience: I came for composite bonding on my 6 front teeth, Naj and Lucy were extremely lovely and precessional, Naj made sure to talk me through every step, and make sure I was comfortable. I’m so in love with the results! I would recommend both of them to anyone. The lovely lady’s at the front desk were also very helpful and kind!. Over all experience 10/10, couldn’t ask for more!.

Fantastic experience: Went to Riverside for a hygienist appointment with Emily and Maddie. They took great care of my teeth which are quite sensitive. The Airflow cleaner was very gentle and didn't hurt at all.

Fantastic experience: Today was the last (restorative) session my mother had with Detenina. I know Detelina for years and have had oral surgery referrals from her. I truly believe that she is second to none in her area of dentistry, in terms initial diagnosis, planning, highly skilled top quality work. Her attention to details and caring for the patient are first class. The work involved replacing a number of old failed fillings close to the nerve that she managed to remove without local anaesthetic injection. This was partly possible due to Detelina's manual precision and partly due to the age of my mother (over 80y) as the nerves normally shrink with age. So the treatment was tailored made for my mother's needs... And the outcome? I wouldn't see my mother this happy and satisfied very often. Thank you so much Detelina and Mia.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my Invisalign experience at Riverside Dental. At every visit the team have been so friendly and knowledgeable. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and informed, taking the time to answer questions and walk me through every step of the process. Fantastic experience: I recently went to Riverside to have my teeth whitened and saw Bim. He was extremely personable and explained the process, the costs and the appointments that would be needed before I committed to the treatment. Although I am nervous of dental appointments, I was immediately put at ease and happy to go ahead. I usually go to an NHS dentist for routine checks, but the difference in this practise is very apparent, for example, TV screens for watching Netflix on the ceiling for those having lengthy procedures. Every member of staff that I met, from receptionists, dental nurses and the hygienist appeared friendly, caring and knowledgeable. My teeth are now much whiter, having previously reminded me of the yellow teeth of a rodent! Easy free 3 hour parking nearby. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Riverside Dental after hearing great things from numerous people I knew, as I wanted to undergo Invisalign treatment. As someone that does not like dentists, this was a big decision to get right. What a great decision it was. Bim, Dan and the rest of the team have been fantastic from start to finish, and I have felt at ease throughout the whole process. Whilst, with anything like this, the total cost has been higher than I first thought, everything was explained as I went through the process with my different options. I have just finished my treatment and am absolutely thrilled with the result. Fantastic experience: I went to Riverside Dental feeling very depressed about being stuck with wearing a denture when my original bridge which I had for many years had come out. I thought I had no choice and wanted a second opinion. After seeing Naj who I immediately felt comfortable with I knew I had choices which gave me hope and I went away to think about how I wanted to proceed. I never felt pressured and Naj went into great detail explaining all the different procedures and answering my many questions with patience and understanding. I eventually made my decision and I am absolutely over the moon with the end result of having another fixed bridge which looks so natural and feels great. I have my confidence back. Fantastic experience: RDP took me onboard after being ignored by my previous dental practice (you know, the big practice that holds the market share locally) despite having been with them since I've had teeth (that's some 50 years). Their loss is RDP's gain as I've just spent a chunk of money. Bitterness aside, the team at Riverside have been friendly, fab and professional. Fantastic experience: As ever happy with my checkup and hygienist appointment Naj as ever was kind and thorough and tried to put me at ease (with moderate success) Emily and Amy for my hygienist appointment were lovely, I think Emily is a new hygienist with riverside and she was great did a nice job cleaning and polishing my teeth and checked I was good throughout. If you can get on a plan with the practice I'd fully recommend them. Reception team are great and get you booked in efficiently and are proactive if there are cancellations and rebooking required.

Fantastic experience: I have had 5 ground down teeth which were slowly getting shorter and effecting my confidence. I thought I'd eventually need dentures but miraculously I met Naj at Riverside dental practice who reconstructed them all matched them to the colour of the rest of my teeth and I now have a straighter set of teeth. Naj gas restored my confidence and brought my smile back. He has also since reshaped a damaged tooth that was slowly going brown in colour I cannot thank Naj enough as I'm so happy how my teeth look. I would 100% recommend him and his professionalism. Every penny spent was worth it. I have nice looking teeth which I never thought I would have again !!

Fantastic experience: Over the last year and a bit I have had invisalign through riverside dental with Dr Bim and I cannot recommend him or the practice enough. Everyone I have seen, from the reception team including Lucy and Sam who are just lovely, so friendly and so welcoming, to Dan who fitted my aligners and attachments, and Emily and Nancy who have done my hygienist appointment, have all just been more than I could have asked for. I hated my teeth for many years and they really affected how I saw myself, the team at riverside dental have completely changed that and I now feel confident with my smile. Fantastic experience: First rate: resolved longstanding problems other dentists could not. I have now paid several visits and have never been kept waiting. Treatment (by Dr Naj) was well explained, carried out efficiently and as painlessly as possible, always with courtesy and concern for my welfare. Result: I have the best set of teeth I have had for a very long time, after years of problems with second rate dentists. The practice accomodated for my travelling over the summer so i could have the treatment whilst not bringing my life to a halt. Very friendly environment with amazing front desk staff. I actually relaxed during the process and whilst they talked me through this new effective and less intrusive form of dental cleaning. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the whole team enough at Riverside Dental! I’ve just been through a 20 month Invisalign treatment (extended on my part where have been travelling on and off throughout this time) and could not be happier with the final results! It seems like a bit of an outlay in the early days but my thought process was this is an investment which I’ll have up until my denture days. You will quickly get into a routine and process wearing your retainers to the point you often forget they’re in. I am so happy I went ahead and ‘did it’. A big shout out to Bim, Dan, Molly and Lucy in particular for being so approachable but at the same time professional throughout. Fantastic experience: Went in today for a hygienist appointment. Emily and Lucy were excellent, both made me feel relaxed and at ease, but also in a professional manner. It was great to hear about the new air flow cleaning option and I found it a much nicer experience than a more traditional scale and polish. No more nasty vibrations when hitting those slightly more sensitive spots. Well worth it!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Riverside Dental enough. I have had Composite Bonding, emergency abscess treatment and currently about to begin my daughter’s journey here. My daughter has additional needs so is challenging when it comes to the dentist. She was met with with kindness and complete freedom to regulate herself without judgment. With regards to my emergency treatment they managed to control my pain within the first few minutes of being there and quickly came up with the best plan. You will find them kind, reasonably priced, professional and welcoming.

I am a nervous patient with very sensitive teeth and they were so kind and considerate, taking time to explain the treatment options and process. I was interested in their whitening treatments, and they managed to quickly find a spot for me, even though I was a new patient at the practice. The receptionists always welcome you with a smile, which is great. I was under the care of Bim and Molly, who have been very friendly from the start. They really put you at ease, chatting about various things, and they were good at explaining everything to me. I picked the whitening trays treatment, and I had zero problems with it. The brand they work with gave me close to zero sensitivity, and I was able to complete the home treatment without issues. I am very happy of the final result. It's a visible change and I am now able to smile more confidently! Thank you Bim, Molly, and everyone else at the practice!

I was lucky to have Naj as my new dentist and he has transformed my discoloured tired teeth into a beautiful natural smile. Fantastic experience: I went to Riverside dental for composite bonding treatment on several teeth, which were quite uneven. I had a couple of zoom meetings with Rebbeca who talk through my options. At my first assessment with Bim and Molly, Bim went through the process, he was extremely clear, and I was very reassured with his professionalism and knowledge. Bim and Molly work seamlessly together and the environment is very friendly and relaxed. The outcome exceeded my expectations, my teeth look amazing, Bim is clearly a perfectionist. Fantastic experience: went to Riverside Dental Practice in Norwich for Invisalign treatment and genuinely pleased with the outcome! The experience was amazing from start to finish. Fantastic experience: I’d never heard of composite bonding until a year ago and so after some research I made an appointment with Riverside Dental for a consultation. I was introduced to Naj who was so charming. He welcomed me to the practice and instantly made me feel relaxed. We discussed my concerns around an unsightly crown I had and the surrounding teeth to my top jaw which were crooked and stained. Naj was extremely proficient and gave me lots to consider. During my consultation he carried out temporary bonding so that I could see what it would look like and I was shocked at the difference it had made. Several months on I had a temporary crown fitted and I started to become more excited as the crown, albeit a temporary one looked really good in comparison to the last. This week I saw a transformation, my whole procedure took around 3 hours but honestly the time passed quickly and Naj and Holly were great throughout, they were so attentive to my needs during the procedure. I cannot express how pleased and thankful I am at the results, it’s made a huge difference not only to my smile but my confidence too. My only regret is why I didn’t get this done sooner. Thanks to all the staff at the practice but more so to Naj and Holly who made my dental experience one of the best ever!

Fantastic experience: Detelina, Holly and the whole team at Riverside Dental are so friendly and approachable and I honestly would never consider going to anywhere else for dental work now that I have found them. My husband uses them too and I am recommending them to anyone I can. I had an NHS dentist up until now, and they were rude, I had fillings fall out and they couldn’t get me in to have them replaced. So I joined Riverside dental and have had extensive work completed over a matter of 3 months, where my NHS dentist had failed to fit me in over 3 years! I am somebody who used to hate going to the dentist for check ups because I would be anxious beforehand and they would make me feel guilty or shamed if I needed any work done - but Detelina and Holly honestly couldn’t have made me feel more relaxed through the whole process and were always checking in that I was okay. I felt no shame at all, whatsoever from them for the amount of work I needed doing and I can now proudly say I don’t get any anxiety or nerves before going to the dentist and it’s all because of their wonderful, friendly attitude and the super helpful reception team as well, who send multiple reminders before any appointments and make the whole thing run so smoothly. Fantastic experience: As an overly nervous patient, I couldn’t have been in better hands at Riverside Dental. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. Bim and Molly made me feel totally at ease and everything was explained in great detail. After my teeth whitening, Bim repaired my two chipped front teeth using composite bonding. What a craftsman. . . they look better now than even before they were chipped!! I am now on their books for general dentistry, as I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
