Negative experience: I would recommend! I went couple of months ago to do a filling for a broken tooth. After “fixing” it for a long time a kept taking painkillers because something was painful and not feeling right to find out recently that the filling was like “ sitting” on the nerve very close to it and that’s why I had all that pain and the nerve needed to be removed. Please guys do you job properly you can really put the people in lots of pain.

Fantastic experience: My son and I are both patients there and I can definitely recommend Dental Beauty Croydon. Thanks to them my son got referred for orthodontic treatment and has beautiful Hollywood smile. Everything done through NHS so didn’t have to spend a penny. Doctor Lee is amazing and I cannot thank her enough for taking care of my son’s teeth.

Negative experience: The reception staff at the clinic were friendly and professional. I visited the dentist to get a white filling for my front tooth to replace the one that had fallen out a few days earlier. According to the NHS website, I am eligible for a white filling on front teeth. The dentist did a full check-up of my teeth, which was good, but the downside was that she told me the cost would be several thousand pounds. I had mentioned from the beginning that I am an NHS patient and cannot afford to pay privately — I only wanted a white filling for my front tooth that had fallen out. 1. she placed a temporary filling and refused to place a white filling on my front tooth on NHS 2. She started pressuring me to try to get a loan from the bank to pay for the full treatment of all my teeth, which I simply cannot afford. In my opinion, this is a purely commercial approach aimed at trapping patients or a tactic to push NHS patients away.

I usually feel quite anxious at the dentist, but they always manage to put me at ease with their calm and reassuring approach. The procedure itself was handled with such precision and care — I genuinely felt I was in safe hands the entire time. Negative experience: Mislead parents into paying for something that should be free on the NHS. Even NHS patients tricked and charged to pay for private without making it clear.

Top quality care, good advice, and all round top service. The staff are friendly and helpful, and generate a calm, peaceful atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I'd been a classic case of dentist avoidance for a couple of years and came in finally to get several issues resolved (when I simply couldn't take the pain any longer!). I'm pleased to say it has been a very good experience, all due to the lovely staff as well as Zak's excellent dentistry skills. Zak is exactly the kind of dentist anyone should want, he is very caring and focused on the client's comfort and experience. Also Zak demonstrated a near OCD like sense of perfectionism towards his dental practice, which considering the context (its my teeth after all!) seems to me to be a real stand out quality and a must for any dentist to achieve excellence in their profession. Its safe to say I'm back on the wagon and committed to a better plan for looking after my teeth mainly as I know that I have found a dentist that is equally committed. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience bringing my 9 year old son here for a root canal and temporary crown. My son broke his tooth in the worst possible way but Dr. Kunal Patel and his assistant Esh were able to put him right with kindness and patience. My son had so many questions and had anxiety about the procedure but throughout Dr. Kunal explained and answered all the little guys questions. He never ever rushed us! I am so grateful our dentist recommended going here!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say big thank you to dr Kunal Patel and his nurse Esh. I went in for a root canal treatment with the biggest anxiety and stress because of how difficult and painful this treatment can be, however, I left the clinic very happy because they made the treatment time so relaxing by offering to play the music I like and also the treatment itself was painless. Dr Kunal ensured I understand the process of the treatment before starting. I never thought I could leave dental clinic with a literal smile on my face. They made it a positive experience!

Negative experience: Started of well but then quickly went down hill. We're do I start, no kne picks up the phone when you call I walked from addiscombe Court Road to the dentist and still no one answering calls even tho when I got there no one was o the phone. Trying to get tooth extraction with sedative as not good with needles, to be told will be £1300 . No thank you as everywhere else is less than half that price anyway fast gwd a week get an infection 7 days on tablets then once cleared up thought I will have tooth out without sedation. Wait for it £350 for a simple extraction not surgical or wisdom tooth, just a back tooth. With that price went to orchard dental who said they have loads of customers come from there lool and now another one . There is no reason this dentist is 3 times more

Negative experience: Signed up £35 because I needed a tooth taking out only to be told the person is there once a month at the appointment then charged a extra £39 for x-rays I didn't ask for £74 all in all for nothing

Positive experience: I had a regular Check up at Dental Beauty Croydon recently. I have been going their for several years and as usual all the staff are very professional and supportive. My hygienist, Mary gave my teeth a good clean and as usual was very good. My Dentist Andriana with the the help of Hannah, checked my teeth throughly and gave me clear advice about how to look my teeth. All the Reception staff including Amy were very helpful. Fantastic experience: A great dental clinic! Both me and my husband have been patients for many years, and we cannot say a single bad word about it. All the staff members we met are professionals and very considerate and gentle. Special thanks to my doctor Alex and nurse Daria! I had a long 2h appointment today with 3 fillings on different sides of the mouth and a hygienic cleanup. It all went really smoothly, I even took a nap, no pain at all despite my teeth usually being quite sensitive. Very gentle anaesthetic injections, I wasn't able to tell when the needle went in. Two hours flew very fast. No pain afterwards! Thanks Alex and Daria, keep up the good work!!! As always, many thanks to the friendly and helpful reception staff and Amy in particular - you make our whole family feel really welcome. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Adriana Hanan the dentist took a lot of trouble by asking me if I was OK through the treatment. Her assistant was also very caring, but very professional. Fantastic experience: Been going to the practice for over 40 years before the new owner took it over and has radically changed it. Still good service, and friendly staff. The last few times I have been seen by Adriana (main dentist) who is very professional and good at her job. Today I had Hanan as the nurse who was also very good.

I am very pleased with the crown and cantilever bridge work that he has carried out to such a high standard.

Fantastic experience: Ive been a customer at Dental Beauty Croydon for the last 4 years+ and I think it's about time I posted a review (following the text prompt!). Great customer service, prompt, professional staff who care and advise you on options available before, during and after every treatment. Prices are little above in comparison to some other practics but worth every penny as they perform treatments to the highest standard, latest technology, x-rays and even refer to specialists where need be. Furthermore, communication is great with responses over the phone and email being pretty quick. Pleasant and ambient atmosphere so really a pleasure to visit. To name a few stars: Gabriella, Dr Kunal, Alex, Karin and Dr Praisy!

Fantastic experience: 2025 Update, upgraded: I have been to Dental Beauty about perhaps about 6 times in 3-4 years. primarily for dental hygiene services, as I have a regular dentist in central London for annual check-ups, who I've been seeing for about 15 years. It's more convenient and a bit less expensive to obtain dental hygiene treatment in Croydon as compared with central London. Consequently, for 2-3 years, I had semi-annual treatments at Dental Beauty and at another dental practice a few streets away. My experiences at both Croydon practices were quite similar, but last year, I finally settled on Dental Beauty for regular hygienist visits, and also registered with their dental practice. Overall, I have been pleased with the service provided at Dental Beauty. The staff are personable and professional, and the environment is pleasant enough. I would therefore recommend it without reservation, bearing in mind that this review pertains only to dental hygiene visits. After a few years of random assignment, I currently see Karin for dental hygiene treatments. She is professional, personable and after a few visits, the amount of appointment time spent on "education" is reduced, which is an advantage of seeing the same clinician. A half-hour treatment is £79, with advance payment required in full. Anyway, I hope this is helpful.

I have always been very anxious and nervous of the injections but the dentist ‘Adriana’ injections were hardly felt at all.quite amazing technique . Fantastic experience: Had to visit Dental Beauty today and was lucky enough to have Alex and Maria as my dental team. Alex has pretty much cured my phobia over the last year or so. I had to have a tooth out today. Alex talks you through every action and just gets it right. The phobia is irrational but she deals with it perfectly. Maria is a great assistant to Alex as she also just puts you at ease.

Fantastic experience: I have done root canal therapy treatment and I can confirm that it is 5 star service, Dr Patel was very good and also the other member of the staff, included the receptionist, the best dental centre in London. In emergency the doctors are amazing and they have excellent skills: dr Alex, dr Andriana and dr Hanan took care of me with pain and they sorted out in a professional and very good and skillful way. I can’t recommend this centre enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dental practise for a little while now and in that time I’ve always had a good experience from start to finish. The reception area is clean warm & inviting and the reception team are really welcoming especially Amy who’s always keen and ready to help you with a smile. My dentist Leanne is lovely she always makes me feel welcomed, relaxed and never makes me feel like I’m just a number. Basically she takes her time to listen to any concerns I may have and gives me genuine advise. The dental nurse, Aaliyah is also wonderful, she’s always genuinely happy to see me and take care of me. They make a great team, very efficient and professional too.
