Fantastic experience: I'm treated as a human not a number. My dentist is lovely. She has to put up with my exsteam anxiety with my autistic idiosyncrasies. Repectfull and compassionate. She is a rare gem in the dentist department. I can't remark on the other dentists as I have not seen them. I'm also treated kindly at reception.

Positive experience: This was my first appointment after being with a butcher of a dentist and being laughed at because Im scared of needles so I will say The dentist was nice and polite, the building smells clean and looks clean

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a long overdue appointment at Bedfont Green Dental Practice and I am extremely impressed with the Covid 19 precautions being taken to ensure not only our safety as patients but also the staff. One thing that has not changed is the level of service provided which,as always, was excellent ! I cannot recommend highly enough this dental practice and would advise anyone who cares about their teeth to pay them a visit ! Negative experience: Since February, they have not been able to put a permanent filling for my child. They say that we need to wait for a referral from NHS. It is July. We have a 3rd temporary filling, they do not want to clean the canals (saying that it is a difficult job, although in my childhood they always cleaned them). I am very tired of being kicked around like a ping pong ball.

Negative experience: Had hygiene appointment, cannot tell you the name of person because she did not introduce herself. I had to ask her for feedback regarding my teeth at the end. Not friendly no customer service , very cold.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth growing in an unusual direction, which was causing me a lot of pain. I was quite anxious about the extraction, but Dr. Robert and Noori took excellent care of me. During my first appointment, Dr. Robert clearly explained the procedure and all available options, giving me time to consider them. At the second appointment, he performed the extraction with great skill and professionalism. Both Dr. Robert and Noori were incredibly friendly, polite, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their care and would highly recommend them. Thank you

Positive experience: I wasn’t left long in the waiting room, but there was an unusual smell in the building, not medical or chemical and I felt that the 5 min appt was rushed and I was not informed about the condition of my child’s teeth, just the fact she didn’t wear her retainers. This is sadly not the normal service I have come to expect from the previous owners

I was booked to see the dentist, and upon arrival, I could sense that they are a very caring practice. The welcoming vibe is genuine, and it’s clear that they care about your dental health. I met an exceptionally passionate dentist, and I could see how busy her schedule was. She made me feel at ease and explained everything to me in detail. I couldn’t ask for more. Well done!

Negative experience: Feel ripped off. I paid £79 for a hygiene appointment. It lasted 20 minutes and my teeth didn’t look or feel that much cleaner. A waste of money and will be looking elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I've not been to the dentist for some time so was a bit nervous about going again. I needed a few old fillings topped up which was done over 2 weeks. I didn't need to have worried though, my whole experience was a positive one. From Anthia in reception who greeted me with a warm smile, to Adam who kept me updated on everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable, to Sam who was just amazing who kept reassuring me and made me at ease... So much so that on my last visit I nearly dozed off in the chair I was so relaxed. I would highly recommend this dentist. Thank you Team ☺️ xxx

Fantastic experience: Arranged apt due to recent tooth ache. Received very good and informative assessment. Time taken to go through issues and best treatment to resolve. Quite a complex problem but felt very confident with assessment. Received quote and will book to get all sorted.

Fantastic experience: I had recently visited with my mum and was greeted by Karen who was very friendly and welcoming. My mum was looked after by Pavi (dentist) and Sam (nurse). They were very genuine, professional and thorough regarding the procedure that was required. Both Pavi and Sam were very comforting as they realised my mum was nervous during the procedure. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for my mum and she’s very happy she was looked after very well. I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: They do tell they are accepting NHS patients , booked an appointment , but called three weeks before appointment and told they can 't accept me. Waisted 2 months of my time. Unprofessional and providing misleading info. Will never recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared because I have phobia of Dentist I had a bad experience from the past i am glad I went to Dental beauty both the dentist and nurse was very patient and very sympathetic and made me feel comfortable.Though I find it a little bit expensive for an extraction but it was good job .I will go there again for a check up.

Negative experience: Rang this afternoon for an appointment and, despite being a registered patient, was told they were not offering any NHS appointments until April 2025. Absolutely disgusting! Have now had to find a new dentist to register with. Clearly just money grabbing and do not care about their patients

Negative experience: I would rate 1 star as I had a call from the practice to say my son’s check up was to be cancelled as the practice had run out of NHS funding. I had to complain to get it reinstated, which it was and I am grateful for but this never should have happened in the first place and is likely to be due to over-subscribing new NHS patients during the year and biting off more than they can chew!

Negative experience: I had someone called Jim. Asian guy. Took a tooth out over charged me. I think the he was struggling financially and he done a really bad job, Had to have 4 anaesthetic injections. There are many good places to choose from. Hygienist was very good. The receptionist is like the bouncer of the surgery. Apart from that all was great. Just wanted him to know I was very upset with his cowboy dental work…. I have contacted the surgery Jim did work there, he did over charge, he did damage my teeth and be very careful. There are many good dentist that have got very high standards when it comes to employing dentist.

Negative experience: Dentist “Sunny Singh”. Band 2 treatment - subsequently asked for a treatment plan. He got all defensive about it and told me to get it off the receptionist. Almost as if it wasnt his job to do so, and such meagre tasks are beyond him. Couldn’t believe what I’d just heard. Suggested that since there were so many fillings to do, there will be multiple NHS band 2 charges. As if I dont pay 10’s of thousands of pounds in corporation tax and VAT every year/quarter. Now here we have little Sunny Singh being the NHS champion trying to maximising its revenue only for it to be haemorrhaged to novices like him. Hate to break it to you Sunny, being treated under the NHS is not some kind of privilege offered by the state for free, its a right I qualify for as a taxpayer. I havent come to you for a handout mate. Quite a young guy so not very experienced in dealing with members of the public and has a terrible attitude as if he's doing us a favour by treating us under the NHS. Arrives to work late so falls behind schedule and made us wait over 30mins on numerous appointments. Ultimately meant I wasted a decent amount of time and money with this guys poor quality “treatment” if you can call it that. He’s just a poor dentist in my opinion cant do fillings properly most fell out in a matter of days and the ones that are still there have been criticised by both my new dentist and hygienist for the poor workmanship. Needs to go back to dental school and take up classes on how to deal with members of the public to realise that too is also an important aspect of the job. I have made a complaint about this, but heard nothing back from them. Don't waste your time with this place and go elsewhere. Bunch of novices working here trying to gain experience on their new job and take you for a ride along the way. Better finding a more established place with a higher retention rate of dentist’s. In reply: Well I haven't woken up one morning and thought let me write up a fictional story about my dentist today. And no thanks, I’d rather not wait 20+ mins on the phone to talk about this with you. You lot have a period of time in the day where nobody answers the phone because you’re all having lunch simultaneously without providing cover for someone to answer the telephone. You already have the complaint with you as I sent it in reply to an email from your practice asking for feedback. If you cant find it and Sunny Singh is denying what he said, then it just shows a lot about what your practice is about. Based off of my experience, of course. You guys are a waste of time and taxpayer money.

Fantastic experience: Adam is a top dentist i would highly recommend Dental Beauty Bedfont 100% Adam and sam are a great team and they play some descent music while ur getting your teeth done Also would like to add they are amazing with children my little boy loves the dentist now and that’s just because how safe he feels with them and the time that is taken to make him feel settled I was expecting a battle taking him to the dentist and he actually likes the dentist now Adam and Sam together I don’t think u will find a better team tbh

After a week of pain and swelling due to a root canal treatment I was booked in last minute. Dentist Shivani was my dentist and she was absolute fantastic, she knew exactly what was wrong. had my mouth drained and got my antibiotics all within the hour. 10/10 service. Negative experience: Went to hygienist im phobia of dentist so there was an understanding. But while there hygineist said oh you have water in your eye. Well yer because of my fear. So there for 15 mins not all done . Also came out with front front chiped tooth Because let say she was not delicate. So thats but me off returning. Another reason for comment going on holiday with this . Also had operation so been in recovery So been a few days since done...#not great

Has changed management over the years and still very happy. Lovely staff, in particular Sam (Nurse) who has always worked here, along with Neha (Dentist) Andreia (Reception) and the rest of the team, who put you at ease, are honest and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure to visit the practice. Excellent support staff at the desk, the best hygienist in Grace preserving the health of my teeth and gums. Expert care and treatment by Deepash and the team with the emphasis on preventative treatment. Previously I needed to be anaesthetised just to get to the waiting room of other dentists'. I've been a patient for around 30 years, speaks for itself.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a fantastic dental cleaning at Dental Beauty with Dr. Om. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the entire process clearly beforehand. This made me feel much more at ease during the cleaning. Dr. Om was also very gentle, and Shanti, the dental nurse, was a great support throughout the whole visit. In addition to the excellent care, Dr. Om also provided valuable advice on how to take better care of my teeth. I left the appointment feeling confident and informed. Positive experience: This is a late review of my first visit at a dental facility in the United Kingdom. I read about it, and because I live in Hillingdon Borough, I explored various dental clinics I can go to. My friend mentioned and recommended the Dental Beauty Benfont. Despite the fact that it was a bit far from where I lived, I decided to register and give it a try. All I can say is that the experience and treatment I had from Dentist Shivani and her assistant, Sam, were worthwhile. The first time I went there, I had no idea what to anticipate. The dentist was very polite, took x-rays of my teeth, and explained the entire procedure as well as the problems I was having with my teeth. I had to make several fillings, which were obviously done with several appointments. The dentist constantly reassured me during the procedure. There was also a background music playing and the assistant Sam was really supportive. I barely felt any discomfort during my fillings. To be honest, I even fell asleep during the filling procedure. It felt like I was in a therapy session. I highly recommend Dentist Shivani because she is very calm and composed, and she ensures that the patient is comfortable and receiving the best possible care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: Adam (dentist) and Sam (nurse) were amazing! I always felt nervous before my appointments (as most people do), but as soon as I got in the room, I instantly felt at ease. They were both so friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, from finding smaller goggles for me (I seem to have a small head) to changing the music to my preference. After 9 months of treatment, which is now finished, I would highly recommend them. Lovely warm smiles, lovely people!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at dental beauty Bedfont for a while now and Neha has been seeing me the whole time. I cannot sing her praises highly enough. Even with months between visits she remembers me and makes every effort to make me feel comfortable and ask me about things going on in my life making it feel more like you’re visiting a friend rather than just your dentist. She is exemplary and cares deeply about the work she does. The same can also be said of the staff in the entire practice. Every visit has been extremely pleasant, every call I’ve had to make to the reception staff has been dealt with swiftly and with kindness. The dental nurse, Sam, supporting Neha on my visit today was incredibly supportive and kept my nerves at bay. An exceptional experience every time. If you get to choose who deals with you I can very highly recommend Neha and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Was there recently for a check up and everyone was really nice, friendly and the lady on reception was very approachable. The hygienist was checking to make sure I was ok. In my dental appointment the dentist Shivani and the nurse Nilo were very attentive and welcoming. Not that I'd struggle going to the dentist but I'd say the people here make the experience rather painless
