Fantastic experience: Got a cleaning today and it was amazing- Super friendly staff, clean facilities, and my hygienist was super thorough in telling me exactly what he was doing before he got in my mouth with his hands. He also offered a lot of aftercare information. Although dentists can be a little scary sometimes, I felt safe and heard. My teeth feel amazing, definitely worth it and I will be coming back for a routine cleaning! Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: I had a procedure done at Camden Dental Practice and I’m honestly so grateful for the experience. Dr Vadna Chamund took care of me and she was absolutely amazing, gentle, kind and extremely professional. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves The entire team at the practice was professional and the environment was really chill and welcoming. It made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful. Dr Chamund is genuinely the kindest and most honest dentist I’ve ever been to. It’s rare to find someone so caring in this field and I left feeling well looked after and respected. Fantastic experience: This practice "took me on"as a NHS patient when I could not find a NHS dentist near my home in South Wales. I travel to Camden for treatment and check ups and it is well worth the 4 hour journey each way. My regular dentist is always thorough and clearly explains all procedures and follow up routines I must follow on a day to day basis. Reception staff never fail to be polite and helpful and communication via phone calls, voice and text messaging is efficient in reminding me of the need to make appointments. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you to all the staff at Camden High Street Dental Practice.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience. Not Recommended! I booked a deep cleaning and airflow treatment over the phone and was charged the full amount (over £100) in advance. When I arrived 10 minutes late, I was met with a lack of basic courtesy, only one of the three staff members at the front desk acknowledged my greeting. Despite having booked and paid for a deep cleaning, I was told that only a superficial cleaning was performed due to my late arrival, and that I would now need to book another appointment and pay over £200 to complete the proper cleaning, including gum care. I find this approach both unreasonable and unprofessional. Charging in full upfront, delivering an incomplete service, and then asking for significantly more money to finish the job is not acceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this dental practice for 11 years, but it's under new magement. So far, this has not changed the treatment I've been receiving. From the receptiontist to the dental staff the same level of care is still present. Staff are always professional, listens to my concerns and explain the treatment they will do and why. Fantastic experience: I was super nervous to go to my first appointment, as I hadn't been in over a decade and was afraid of being judged. The dentists were very kind - I told them I was a nervous patient and they were understanding. Negative experience: Very bad experience, been a patient with them over 10 years now and I only tried to book an appointment recently only to be said I’m not a NHS patient anymore even though I’ve always been an NHS patient where I don’t pay for my prescriptions they made me pay £35 for a check up which I didn’t even attend to as I cancelled beforehand a week so two weeks in advance Wouldn’t recommend it shouldn’t be a 4.6 star it should be about a three star terrible customer service and I had to look elsewhere for my pain. I’m suffering with my wisdom tooth

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Camden High Street Dental Centre. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. A special thank you to my dentist, James, the hygienist Kanchan, and her assistant Sabrina they were all so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly understanding. I hadn’t seen a dentist since I was 15 due to financial difficulties and issues with accessibility at my previous practice, but not once did I feel judged or ashamed here. What really stood out to me was how smooth and accommodating the entire process was from signing up to booking appointments that actually worked with my busy schedule. The reception team were lovely and so friendly, which made a huge difference. I was also pleasantly surprised that I was able to see both the dentist and hygienist on the same day such a bonus!

She made me feel very comfortable and welcome and asked the right questions to deliver a really great hygienist service. She was really understanding about my delicate jaw that can't open too wide and gave me a good amount of breaks for me to close my mouth and keep comfortable during the process which I really appreciated. She was very friendly and understanding about me not being particularly great with flossing and noting where I had sensitive gums. Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous trying a dental practice on the Camden High Street. One evening, I was walking by and saw they were taking new patients. I took a chance and signed up. Everyone who works in this multicultural practice is extremely professional and I received the highest quality dental care. The operation side is equally efficient. You get notices of when you’re supposed to show up by Email and text. They ensure that there is zero appointments missed with follow-up phone calls. I highly recommend this dental practice. I had reached out to this practice for a second opinion about my wisdom tooth, and they did everything they could to reassure me and educate me. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this place that I want to share. I was a new patient, but after a treatment done for a filling that had already been done elsewhere, the dentist decided that she could do better. The root canal treatment did not go as it should, after not even 4 days I was in a lot of pain, I went back and she reopened my tooth from scratch, I think that she did not even understand what she was doing, we understood that she had root canal without having completely removed the nerve so she did it again from scratch. The most disappointing part that pushed me to write this review was another tooth that was quite visible in the front, the same doctor who had done my previous tooth devitalized a tooth that was not necessary to do but according to her it was necessary to intervene, I trusted her, I would not have had it touched if I went back, the doctor opened my tooth without devitalizing anything, he left it open closing it temporarily, not even 3 days later the tooth had a very significant break for me, I went back to the clinic to talk to the owner who in my opinion was just a waste of time because not even those who listened to me and hoped to help me abandoned me to myself without hoping that she could solve something. I never wanted to see the doctor who caused me this big problem even if the owner pushed me on her without taking into consideration solving the problem even in an emergency, only putting the blame elsewhere. To this day this tooth despite having an excellent dentist who I thank for all the work that has fixed other people's mistakes they asked me a dizzying amount to have it back as before. Here the fillings last 10/15 minutes the doctor was very hasty. She counted the minutes. I made a complaint to this doctor because I think it was necessary to let the right people know that unqualified people cannot play with other people's teeth. I do not recommend this dentist.

Your comments are fictious and not based on any clinical facts or clinical knowledge
You presented with multiple teeth with decay on 20/08/24 and was explained the poor prognosis of these teeth. The principle dentist had a lengthy conversation one hour conversation with yourself on a Saturday explaining all your treatment options but your only concern was to berate the dentist that tried to help and ignore our advice to try and help. There are multiple notes from various professionals within the practice stating your unwillingness to cooperate or listen to our advice.
These issues that you presented with as a new patient to us on 20/08/24 have been probably ongoing for years as they do not just occur all of a sudden. Decay occurs mainly when you neglect the daily routine of plaque removal
Multiple teeth needed filling and a root canal treatment was needed on the Ul5 that we were happy to assist with and booked you in for which you cancelled. The Ur4 tooth that you claim was fractured had a very large restoration on it and a root canal that needed redoing with a very poor prognosis which led to this outcome. A second dentist consulted you following fracture of this tooth and recommended a full crown but still at a risk as the root canal does need redoing by a specialist, you was also booked in for a root canal on the tooth Ul5. you cancelled all your appointments. The principle dentist also reiterated this message to you. We have the highest regulation of any industry, and as such none of our clinicans have had any clinical complaint upheld. This is because all our decisions are based on facts, radiographs corroborated with clinical examinations following Evidence Based Dentistry and NICE (National institute of Clinical Excellence) Guidelines.
Fantastic experience: Kanchan has magic fingers - probably the most comfortable and pain-free hygienist session I’ve experienced. She is very friendly, attentive and provided lots of useful information. Highly recommend!

Just went back to my regular dental practice for a hygienist appointment, after developing a new sensitivity in some front teeth, so it’s been a while since I’ve been here. My appointment was with Kanchan and Sahar and it was an absolute pleasure! No pain at all and such amazing results! They were so gentle, kind, patient and very professional! See you all in a few months for my next appointment! (February 2025) Today I’ve seen the lovely Dr Konstantina Chatzikosti and the kind dental assistant Ragad. I had a long appointment, to fix 2 problematic teeth. One was broken and required to completely replace the existing old filling. The Second had a hole due to another filling that fell off. So both were quite complicated procedures, on molars. Dr Dr Konstantina Chatzikosti managed to fix both teeth at the same time, leaving me happy and satisfied. I’m actually looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months time for my checkup! (May 2025)
