Fantastic experience: Dr Haseeb excelled in my whitening journey, to say I’m pleased is an understatement! I was very conscious of the staining and yellowing of my teeth which had occurred over the years (being of a certain age ) however, two weeks treatment has restored my teeth colour perfectly and I am so happy with the end result. Negative experience: Nicole KILLED my tooth after paying thousands to be more confident in my smile and left me with a dark grey front tooth! I received treatment for Invisalign, composite bonding and whitening which I paid a lot of money for. The day I finished my Invisalign journey (long painful process) was the day I had 5 teeth bonded. After receiving the composite Nicole said I will need to carry on wearing my Invisalign for the week to keep my teeth straight until my retainer arrived and I instantly questioned her and said I don’t think that sounds like a good idea. When I first signed up for Invisalign she said if the Invisalign doesn’t fit properly I could risk damaging my teeth which could result to dead teeth… she’s completely changed the shape of my teeth with the composite bonding so it didn’t make sense to me to wear the Invisalign for my old teeth. After questioning her, she still insisted. That night I put in my Invisalign as instructed and within 30 minutes I had to take it out due to the sensation which felt like nerve damage. I took it out and didn’t wear it ever again. A couple of days later I went in for more pictures for Nicole’s portfolio which I then explained how much pain I was in. She said “oh your not suppose to be in pain” and then proceeded to only take pictures for her portfolio and not even look into what was causing me pain. 4 days later my front tooth turns dark grey!! It died leaving me more insecure than I had ever been even before paying thousands for the Invisalign, whitening and bonding. Imagine you spend weeks committing to a painful process and then only for 4 days you have a nice complete smile! Within those 4 days not only did my tooth turn dark grey and died but another tooth completely chipped in which she tried to convince me it had always looked like that. Didn’t look like that before the composite or after. She fixed the chipped tooth for free but made it completely the wrong shape so it looks stupid! She said she couldn’t do anything about the dead tooth but said “ohhh these things sometimes happen” and then referred me to another dentist at her clinic to fix it which would have costed me over £1000 to fix. I didn’t want to pay this company anymore money so went else where. Not only this but she didn’t check my bite after doing the composites so now my mouth doesn’t sit right and despite wearing my retainer every single day/night they’re still moving back due to my bite pushing my teeth back out of place. So to conclude all of that. The Invisalign was a waste of money as she botched the composite leaving me with a bite that’s pushing my teeth out of line. Composite was a waste of money because it chipped within 4 days (suppose to last around 4 years) and didn’t check my bite so will most likely need it removing Teeth whitening was another waste as all I can notice is a dark grey tooth. I’ve now had to pay for root canal treatment, internal bleaching for the grey tooth and now possibly have to removed and replace the composite and then pay for another Invisalign so I can actually have the smile I want! Not to mention how much I will have to pay in the future as dead teeth usually have complication later on down the line so I’ll probably lose my front tooth at some point!! My new dentist gave me the biggest hug when I explained what happened and says I need to get in touch with a dental law place immediately!! I knew her advice was wrong for wanting me to wear the Invisalign still yet I’m not the trained dentist… she is! Awful experiences and still picking up the pieces from it :(

Positive experience: Friendly enough place but just wasn’t for me as my dentist was quite focused on cosmetics/aesthetics, and I’m not so interested in that. I just want healthy teeth, and I don’t mind if they’re a bit crooked or not bright white. The hygienist at Holly House is lovely, very attentive and helps you with useful tips on oral hygiene - I can’t fault her. But I’ve decided to move to a different practice where I’ve found a dentist who’s more on the same page as me when it comes to my oral health.

Fantastic experience: Have had the best treatment at Holly House!! I arrived at the dentist with a swollen face and no appointment. I was seen to straight away and had a molar extracted!! The service I received was amazing and the staff really looked after me. I returned to Holly House today ( with an appointment this time) 3 weeks after my extraction. I was X-rayed and told everything is healing well. I can’t thank everyone enough for their incredible service and support. They really did go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending several hygienist appointments here over the last few months (with N. Abram) and have been really impressed with the overall experience. The reception area is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which helps put you at ease right away. The front of house staff are consistently friendly and professional, and the online check-in system is simple and convenient to use. Appointments were reasonably priced (£59) and have generally run on time, which I really appreciate, and the hygienist care I’ve received has been excellent. I’m very happy with the results and would happily recommend this practice to others looking for high-quality dental care in a friendly and professional setting.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist surgery, fantastic staff. Treatment is expensive, but having spent a small fortune on work done by NHS dentists with poor results, I've learned the experience/facilities private dentists provide are far superior! Worth spending a little more to get things done right the first time.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I am with Dr Nicole, I really am so scared of the dentist but she is great with what she does and always makes everything very relaxed and makes me feel calm, assuring me along the way. I recently also had veneers fitted and she gave me my dream smile. Would definitely recommend especially if you are scared of the dentist like me! The staff can’t do enough.

Fantastic experience: I have a few "challenging" dental issues as a consequence of a childhood accident. Trips to the Dentist have often been difficult. Since moving to Stockport and finding Dr Nicole my teeth have never been in better shape. She's incredibly patient with me and has always had the solution to whatever problem I've presented her with. Fantastic experience: My experience at Holy House was excellent and I,m nervous patient when it comes to dental care. You are made to feel at ease from the moment you arrive at reception. Everything is clearly and again you are made to feel at ease. The treatments I had was carried out in a good relaxed environment, I hardly felt anything during any of my treatments and made to feel at ease throughout the treatment processes. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tauseef was fantastic, a world away from my previous dental experiences. Always took the time to explain the treatment and ensure I was comfortable. At times during treatment I was close to nodding off in the chair it was so painless.

Negative experience: I was spoken to in an abrupt manor by the receptionist who then refused to give her name. When I protested the receptionist said ‘well at least you turned up this time you didn’t bother the last’ I was 9 mins late as the motorway exit had been blocked by police that morning. I think that people need to understand that others may have things going on in their lives too

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for many years. Since Sarah took over the practice I have notice improvements and advances year on year. New technology is utilised making dental appointments stress free and enhances the dental care of each patient, it certainly is a patient centred approach. There is a relaxed ambiance within the environment, it’s like entering a spa. All members of the team are welcoming, informed and very professional. Dental health is so important and this practice emphasises the importance of regular check ups and ensuring a good dental hygiene routine.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Hussain as I needed a periodontal expert - my teeth were falling out. He diagnosed gum disease and bleeding, spent a lot of time cleaning my teeth and gave me a new brushing regime. We would have to wait to see if my gums would improve enough to accept implants. I followed his instructions for 3-4 months. This transformed my bleeding and plaque 'scores' meaning that I would be able to have implants. The implant 'journey' took a while as we had to be sure, due to my previous gum condition, that the implants would remain. As we the weeks and months passed, I was impressed by Dr Hussain's explanations, knowledge gained from previous experience, professionalism and care. I believe I found (through my dental technician contacts) a dentist who is at the top of their game. Dr Hussain and his colleagues at Holly House Dental Practice gain the highest of my praise.

Fantastic experience: I have recently just finished an extensive course of treatment at Holly House. I had a full reconstruction of my smile which included seven porcelain veneers, root canal treatment, new bridge and a new crown. From my first initial appointment to discuss my requirements to my last, the whole process has been professional and second to none! Every member of staff is so friendly and attentive to any needs/questions you may have. I had my treatment carried out by Dr Nicole and her assistant Liv, who where absolutely amazing with me. I must add that the online portal which HH provide is also really helpful, in regards to tracking any treatment past or future, also it helps keeping track of appointments/payments, I found this really useful along with the text reminders for my appointments. My treatment did take some time (over the course of a few months) but that was also down to myself and my work commitments, (plus some recovery time was required in-between certain appointments which could not be avoided). With each and every appointment there was progress and I could see results everytime! If you are nervous about going to the dentist you don't need to worry! HH have got you covered! Im so pleased with the final result, the whole process has been enjoyable and I would recommend HH to anyone! After being in and out of various dental surgeries over the years, these are my "go to" now for ANY treatment that I might require in the future! My smile is now the best it's ever been! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this dental practice since 1976 and even though I haven’t lived in the area for many years I would never consider changing - my teenage girls also attend. All the staff are friendly, especially Joanne who has been the receptionist for many years. I’ve recently gone through having Invisalign and all I can say is that I wished I’d done it years ago, not only was it made affordable but completely pain free, I think my fear had been the pain as a child having the fixed braces and excruciating pain, all I can say if that it was under 12 mths of complete treatment and now I love my teeth and my smile says it all. I would like to thank Hemel for all his excellent customer service during this procedure and he’s a complete perfectionist. Big thank you x
