Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist, as a very nervous and anxious patient I was scared to death if any dentists and I have visited many over the years, last year I had to have some front bottom teeth removed which meant that I had to wear dentures but after speaking to the dentist I eventually decided to look into having implant and I am very pleased I did although it has taken awhile from beginning to end but I now have my implants in and I'm absolutely buzzing and smiling like a Cheshire cat, the staff are excellent and very friendly and are so helpful it's like nothing is any trouble if you have a question or any worries, Dr Sanaa Kader did my implants and explained the process from beginning to end and is very gentle and put me at ease straight away thank you so much and also the assistants your amazing and receptionist are brilliant as well Thank you all so Very very much Highly to recommend indigo dental practice

Fantastic experience: Dr Jawaad Arif Was absolutely amazing had a tooth extraction and he made me feel so comfortable and had it done in no time! My little girl also received treatment and he was so kind and gentle and made her laugh when she was so nervous! Made me feel comfortable talking about my insecurities with my teeth and helped make a semi plan for the further! Couldn’t rate him enough and will definitely be requesting him in future!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, polite and courteous. Dentist was the same, Absolutely on time. Dentist took the time to answer a couple of questions of hygiene and advice about rechargeable toothbrush, which I need to change. Excellent in all respects.

Fantastic experience: I've had a horrible experience in the past but this practice has eased my fears. Dr Jawaad and Sonia are amazing they both put me at ease and explained everything in detail. They both deserve a big pat on the back for their professional and caring approach.

Fantastic experience: I had my routine dental check up today. I'm a very anxious and nervous patient. I wasn't seeing my usual dentist so that meant my anxiety sky high. I saw Jahmal and I didn't need to worry at all he put me a ease immediately. I struggle with the xrays but again he made having them as stress free as possible. He made the whole experience great for me, and took his time checking I was comfortable with everything. Which meant I felt less anxious when I saw the hygienist, again the hygienist kept checking all the time that I was OK and not experiencing any pain or discomfort. I've been with the practice a few years now and the staff have the patients as their main priority, cant praise them enough .

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous dental patient, and this was my second visit to the practise. I really had no need to worry, the staff there are friendly, efficient and understanding. The appointment was on time and thorough and not rushed as if if it was a tick box exercise, which has happened to me in the past at a different practise. I'm very happy to be a patient here and so pleased I found it.

Negative experience: I was requested to provide an email detailing my daughter's situation. Although they indicated they would respond, a follow-up call the next day revealed my email remained unread.They also said they would not accept my daughter because there were no places available. For me, it wasted valuable time.

Fantastic experience: Been for a hygienist clean this morning, was seen by Ruhma Ali and a dentist nurse assistant. They were both really friendly, helpful and professional. My teeth feel brand new, thank you.

Negative experience: I felt like my time was wasted running behind over 15 mins and went out of my way to go to the appointment to be told that I am not being charge for the nil service I received. I would have expected a different result and approach for a customer to experience.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely dental practice. Everyone was so friendly from reception staff, to dental nurse, to the dentist Jawaad Arif. Jawaad explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I felt confident in the information provided and have now booked in for further treatments.

Fantastic experience: My visits to the dentist to see Dr Kader are always nervy. However when I get there I am always made to feel relaxed and heard. Dr Kader always listens to my concerns and follows my wishes when I’m in the chair. Dr Kader is highly professional and knowledgable and I am grateful for her expertise. I hate going to the dentist as I’m sure many people are, but once I’ve been and had my treatment, I do feel happy. I’ve still a way to go to get to the bottom of my issues, but Dr Kader is helping me all the way. The whole team at Indigo Dental are friendly and caring and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Cannot fault at all. I have been coming here for years and recently developed an abscess. Glensi saw me on an emergency basis and immediately made me feel at ease! I have since had follow up treatment with a lovely lady and dental nurse (I’m not sure of her name) and they have been lovely. I was genuinely so nervous after been in so much pain and they go through everything step by step and just make you feel so calm through out. I’m back hopefully for the last time next week but I am going in such a calm manner now. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Positive experience: I have had emergency dental incident and was admitted very quickly! My tooth was fixed very quickly next day after..good quality and friendly staff. I do recommend this Practice. ------------------------- Quick update unfortunately not so good anymore. My filling fell out after 3 months. When I tried to arrange an appointment to fix it under guarantee I faced massive disappointment. Clinic does not cover emergency work they have done. Brace yourself for facing cost every 3 months as the quality of works is not great. It does not last long....

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I took it! For the first time in my life, I had a pain free dental scaling and polishing. I’m so grateful to the hygienist Ruhma for her kind empathy and willingness to listen to her patients. I explained to her I had sensitive teeth and in no time she took onboard all my concerns and wow what an experience! My previous hygienists would cause me pain even after being numbed but next time I don’t think I will need any numbing thank you so much! Highly recommend both Ruhma the hygienist and Sonia the dental nurse.

Negative experience: It’s nice to come for a check up and from that check I always had quick clean up of tooth decay with previous dentists from today all I experienced is was just check up and not even quick cleanse of teeth this seems just only about rinsing money out of people whom are on even universal benefit. Today I was really upset how I was treated like animal in and out just want your money for like 3 mins .

Fantastic experience: I needed to get my teeth cleaned and I got day off thought al try my luck to get them cleaned so rang indigo dentist got appointment same day within an hour which is brilliant big shout out to the receptionist.The hygienist name was Ruhma and sonia they were brilliant my teeth was cleaned really thoroughly and I have had it done many times but this time it was really clean with no stains left they gave a very professional and informative service giving me good advice a big thank you to the hygienist and her helper they are a credit to the surgery

Fantastic experience: Actually, a fantastic dental practice! Been to the dentist after a long time due to a bad experience with my last dentist. Dr Kader was fantastic and so helpful and informative making me feel at ease and giving me confidence in going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Indigo dental. From the receptionist, Alison to the dentist and her assistant (who's names escape me, apologies) all are really friendly. Dentist was really patient with me. I have Bells Palsy and Synkenisis which means I have some paralysis in my face, bit this didn't stop me being able to have a full exam. Everything was explained step by step and I was really happy with my visit. I now have a clear plan for the next steps in my dental treatment and I'm really pleased I found Indigo. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t go to any other dentist. I have been a patient here for a few years and have now started to go through the process for braces. I had a procedure done and they are all outstanding. I had to go back a few times and they saw me at short notice and continued to check in with me. Everyone from the reception team to the dentist and hygienists are all kind and friendly. Finally my heartfelt thanks to Dr Kader who is absolutely amazing and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her and consistently alleviated my worries and concerns.

I feel that all of the dentists, hygienists, nurses and receptionists we see at the practice are all equally focused on giving a friendly, approachable and informative service in the many years we have been patients of theirs. Fantastic experience: Been with this dentist for quite a few years and always been happy. Had a really good visit today with both a dentist and a hygienist both who were very helpful and really lovely. They spent a lot of time going through things and explaining some things to me and I've had xrays and a 3D scan of my teeth which is good to see they have new technology to keep an eye on things.

Fantastic experience: The team at Indigo are always very warm and welcoming from the moment you enter to book in at reception to receiving your treatment. My latest treatment has been to straighten my teeth using clear correct. The treatment was explained to me in great detail, and each step was discussed as I progressed through the treatment plan. Free whitening is included as part of the treatment. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend this method for anyone considering braces. I also highly recommend indigo dental for their professional and high quality level of care. The clinic is always clean and a nice atmosphere to attend. All staff are friendly and seem to enjoy what they do.

Fantastic experience: I came to the practice with major dental issues that resulted in loosing 8 lower teeth i was unable to eat most foods due to this and and poor quality of life for over 2 years. After having an appointment with Dr Kader a plan was put together to rebuild my teeth and smile again. It was no easy task but Dr Kader and her amazing team smashed it out of the park by having 4 implant dental bridges installed to replace my missing lower teeth. This was life changing and bring my confidence back with my smile the level of professionalism is top level. You are well informed and checked up on after having your appointment to make sure your are well and healing up good , i personally find simple little things like this go along way when it comes to customer care pre and post procedure. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth after the care i was provided by Indigo dental i would 100% recommend that you use this practice they made me relaxed and filed me with confidence with the work carried out. Fantastic experience: I am around 6 weeks into my clear aligner journey. I would recommend Indigo Dental to anyone who is wanting any form of dental treatment, the communication between practise and myself has been excellent and deserves no less than 5 stars. They are always on hand to provide support and answer any queries I may have. So far, not only am I happy with the progress of my teeth, I’m very impressed with the constant communication and guidance the clinic continues to offer me.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is such a very kind and patient person, she is so compassionate. Why do I say this? I have severe Sciatica which make it extremly difficult for me to sit on the reclyning chair yet she manage with me each time a have an appointment and she will always ask " if I'm ok" and she will adjust to make me comfortable.
