Fantastic experience: We met Bushra Fatima today for my two daughters (7 +12 yrs) dental check up. My older daughter is autistic. Bushra was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and gentle and so informative. She showed my daughter her x-rays and explained it all. Aren't we lucky to have such great professionals. Thank you to the reception team. Always so kind and helpful as well. Donna was super hot (a/c stopped working on a heatwave day) but really took time to help with out appointments.

Positive experience: Excellent experience with Adam, nice clean teeth but expensive . The cost goes up each time. Maybe think about not raising cost for a while. It s becoming a luxury now.

Fantastic experience: Went for hygienist check up on Sunday, some what anxious as my last visit at another dentist had not gone well. Needed not have worried, saw Taher Maazoun, he was brilliant, hardly knew I was in the dentists chair, quick thorough and absolutely pain free. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Last week I attended an NHS appointment with Farah Bisada at Sync Dental Practice at Goldsworth Park. I was expecting a painful root canal treatment session, but Ms Bisada made it a very pleasant experience and ultimately the tooth decay was removed without the need for the root canal drilling. Farah Bisada is very knowledgeable and was very careful, gentle, unhurried and took the time to explain what she was doing at all stages.

Fantastic experience: I was given an appointment within a week (non- emergency) for.a chipped tooth and partially lost filling. On the day, I was seen on time and treated swiftly and professionally. Impressive service- would recommend. This was followed up a couple of weeks later with an appointment with the hygienist, Nonsi. She was thorough, gentle and professional. Great job!

Positive experience: Bookes as had tooth pain, attended appointment, to be told which tooth was causing the pain. , I told the dentist which tooth it was as I have the pain , to then be booked In for a week later to have it removed , so I have to go another week in pain and paid to be told this , not happy . Apart from that the surgery is lovely, receptionists are lovely, friendly and helpful .

Bianca the dentist is really lovely very welcoming and I remembered that she was about to get married last time I see she ! She even showed me pictures of her wedding . Fantastic experience: My first visit after changing from my previous dentist of 25 years. Had a professional but very friendly dentist and her assistant give me a checkup, x-rays and photos of my teeth. All at good prices, compared to where I was before. Talked me through a few things that were picked up that needs to keep an eye on any changes that may occur. Explained everything I could see, and spent plenty of time with me. Felt very comfortable and very happy with the excellent service I received. Suggested my husband change his dentist to this one too. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Been using Parkside for a very long time. Very happy with Jaymish Patel. Fast, efficient, polite and professional. Receptionists can be slightly up and down but they are very busy and not all customers are perfect themselves. All in all, very happy and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely no complaints : the reception staff were brilliant, the Dentist (Danni) and her assistant had a very good ‘chairside manner’ explaining everything as she went along, including individual tooth and whole mouth x-rays. All very modern equipment. Whilst it never feels a pleasure to go to the dentists, I cannot see how it could be much better. Free parking. Thank you.

Positive experience: Katie was lovely today - a full 1 hour of treatment - she is very kind - so sorry she is leaving Goldsworth Surgery. Too many reminders - emails, texts, letters about upcoming appointments. Also too many notifications that my regular appt is now due - when I am in the middle of a treatment plan. Admin could be tightened up - would save you money.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment as I was suffering with severe toothache, I'm also on long term oxygen so needed a Dentist that would accept me, my Husband was able to come in with me to hold the oxygen. I had excellent service from Katherine Shiel- Rankin. As I'm a nervous patient everything was explained to me what she would do as she went along to extract my tooth, she was very reassuring, friendly and professional. My Husband and I really appreciated the care I received. It's five stars all the way from Reception to the Dentist.

Positive experience: Overall very good plus informative advice from Ryan. However, despite arriving 15 mins early another patient took my appointment. Calling patients by first name may be friendlier but can lead to problems. More care should be taken. This comment is intended to be constructive.

I've found the staff, particularly the dentists themselves to be very friendly and courteous with a great "bedside" manner. They always explain what's going on and make sure I'm fine with everything. Reminders are sent for appointments and the environment is pleasant. I've had a number of bits and pieces done here, ranging from fillings, filling extractions and hygienist check-ups. Would very much recommend.
