Fantastic experience: Hygienist and then dental exam both carried out very professionally. Good advice re dental health and care. Dental plan explained by receptionist who was very helpful and then Tom, my dentist, advised me regarding the most cost effective plan to adopt. Always found the practice very helpful, caring and most professional.

Positive experience: Dental practice is under going a major renovation. Staff at reception were friendly & prompt to acknowledge me. Hygienist came to escort me to treatment room.. she is very smiley, friendly and put me at ease instantly. She asked me if I had any concerns, checked my teeth and then got on with her job.. she constantly explained what she was doing, asked about my welfare etc... very happy with service. I'm a longtime denplan customer. Prices are high.. not sure how long I can continue to pay the monthly subscription... only had routine check ups for 10yrs... my fees have doubled in last few year. Not sure if practice has anything to do with my fees. 2nd April 2024. Just had routine check up with dentist Tom. He is very kind, extremely gentle & reasurring. Renovation is now completed. Waiting room is now very clinical & not very inviting. No pictures on walls, very bland & boring walls. Does not make for a relaxing, put yourself at ease start to visiting dentist. July 2025. Just finished having some treatment to replace a cracked veneer. Tom was very gentle, put me instantly at ease. Mumbed the area before inserting the dreaded needle. Tom is quiet and gentle. All in all happy with the result and all staff i came across at the practice.

Fantastic experience: Saw Tom who is a great dentist - very gentle and thorough. I also had an appointment with Ewa who is a very friendly and efficient hygienist. The surgery is also very comfortable and looks amazing! Lovely receptionists too. Altogether a pleasing experience.

Fantastic experience: 22/7/25- I just arrived home after my latest hygienist appointment today with the lovely Ewa! Always a really good experience and even more so now I have the new Air Flow treatment. I'm on a dental plan which covers my 6 monthly check ups and hygienist appointments and although the airflow treatment is not included in the plan, the extra cost is certainly worth it. I was new to New Ash Green Dental Practice when I first attended and from the first phone call and all subsequent visits I have had an amazing experience. Everyone at the practice is professional and caring. The receptionists are always welcoming, professional and helpful. Mr Ravreet Sahota is incredible - he explains every step and all my options of treatment. I had to have two crowns and I had no discomfort during any part of the treatment. All subsequent visits for check ups and hygienist appointments are always very thorough. I highly recommend this dental practice on every level! Thank you Rav - I can smile again Further to my review above I would like to add that if anyone is worried about visiting a dentist I can highly recommend this Dental Centre. I went on to have further treatment, a root canal - Mr Sahota is so good, I had no discomfort and felt so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep during the procedure. If you are a nervous about visiting a dentist, every member of the team at this centre will help you get through that and on to good dental health. Positive experience: Had a great experience at New Ash Green Dentist centre a few weeks back. As someone who has not always been very confident with my teeth and also going to the dentist, I was immediately made to feel extremely comfortable by the two lovely young ladies on the front desk. They was extremely polite, engaging and warming on my arrival. A great asset to the team at the centre. I visited Mr Tom and his female assistant. Tom kindly talked me through the process of the treatment I was about to undertake. He was great. His assistant was a little quiet and was also very abrupt when taking me to the treatment room, making me feel a little unwelcome which made me feel like I was slightly being judged. Anyways, treatment went smoothly and I was happy with the outcome of the appointment and I must say an absolutely beautiful surgery setting inside and lovely to see everybody with a smile on their face, I will definitely be returning in future if need be (fingers crossed I won't need to!)

Fantastic experience: As a neurodiverse guest who has been putting off going to the dentist through anxiety of too many previously bad experiences this was a turning point, I have come from my appointment today without feeling judged, or like they’re simply wanting the money. The staff and building interior are wonderful, friendly and the facilities felt very modern and welcoming. I have to go back for a series of treatments and for the first time in a long time I’m looking forward to it instead of hiding and dreading.

Bridgework that I had done was excellent from the 1st appointment (preparation) until the 2nd appointment when the bridge was it in place. I suffered no pain at any time during and after appointments. I was given clear information throughout the treatment and for afterwards. Excellent throughout.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to the hygienist Ewa Dobrowolska for over 2 years and we will never change her for another. NEVER!!!! The condition of our teeth is at a very good level and it is thanks to her treatments and her instructions, she always advises something interesting. In her chair you feel like in the best SPA, after each procedure I feel like a newborn, I know that she is conscientious, hard-working and knows her job, I know that my and my little one's teeth are pampered. It's a pity that we do not live closer because we would definitely be much more frequent visitors to the clinic, which looks beautiful, has excellent employees who professionally approach each patient. Fantastic experience: I have used NAG Dental getting on for 40 years and they have always been very good. Paul has always been thorough and very informative whenever I’ve had check ups and treatments and I never feel nervous whereas I was really scared of dentists before I started going there! I had a hygienist appointment today with the lovely Ewa who again is always very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I had the brand new Airflow treatment (air polish) and my teeth feel so clean and polished. I moved out of the area 3 years ago but still travel back, can highly recommend!

I had an appointment with the very knowledgeable dental hygienist Ewa. Appointments with Ewa are always very informative. An excellent standard of care always provided by all of the staff there.

Fantastic experience: Clearly in these very strange times we are all slightly apprehensive in engaging in what used to be a norm. But I was very impressed with the measures the practice has put in place, from online requests and documentation to the meet procedures at the practice. My Hygienist of the day and her assistant were nothing but engaging and at ease with their procedures which put me at ease. So you have my thanks and endorsement that you are getting your very necessary practice back slowly and positively. I was impressed enough to return within days to have a check up with my dentist. However, when told the price by the receptionist, I said, 'The price has gone up' (back home I've verified from my bank statements, September 2022 & 2023, it was £65, now £72, while the Dentist on my last 3 appointments remains at £58.

Fantastic experience: Even though it is the dentist, I always enjoy my appointments at New Ash Green. I always leave with my mouth feeling much fresher and confident that my teeth are in good hands. Sarah, the hygienist, is a star and it is a real shame that she has cut back on her hours. Now using Ewa, who is also great Revisited for teeth whitening and found the experience very worthwhile as my teeth are now much whiter. The process is a bit of a pain but necessary I suppose as the results are good

Fantastic experience: Having had many different dentists in my many years of age, I can honestly say that my current dentist Paul Maddison-Roberts (who I have been with for many years now) is the best I have ever had by a long way. He and his assistant always makes me feel welcome, go out of their way to explain what is about to happen with any treatment required. Very friendly and careful, I do not like having treatment as my previous dentists have caused me great pain in the past, especially when I was a boy, Paul has NEVER hurt me.....wow, this is how a dentist should be, don't know what I would do without him. Having complete trust in your dentist is hard to come by, but I do indeed trust Paul 100%. I could not do anything else but recommend Paul to all future customers - he is the best! I would like to mention my hygienist Ewa Dobrowolska, who Paul recommended for me to see is also excellent. When a hygienist cleans my teeth the gums can be very sensitive which I am not keen on, Ewa is very gentle and careful so now I have confidence in visiting my hygienist as well as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental surgery. Friendly and welcoming. Any concerns are listened to and fully addressed. Nervous/anxious patients are treated kindly and nothing is ever rushed. Standard of work is also excellent. As a patient for around 12 years I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I AM one of those anxious patients and have always been made to feel at ease. I really do recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice now for over 40 years and have always had excellent service. They are always very professional and follow high quality health practices. I have always trusted the various dentists I have seen during this time to carry out all my dental procedures. My one comment would be, I have during my childhood many years before this I had bad dentist experiences which has left me very anxious with a fear of dentists. I do sometimes feel it would be helpful to me to have a softer approach with explanation of what is being done, and more to put me at ease rather than just do what needs doing and leave.

Fantastic experience: My first emergency appointment cost me £138 to basically receive a course of antibiotics. However my second appointment with Tom was excellent. A treatment plan was worked out. Tom was very knowledgeable and caring and filled me with confidence.
