Fantastic experience: Obviously very busy and therefore a slight delay. However everyone was so calm, pleasant and efficient. The delay was explained and the treatment was quick, effective and efficient. Well done all staff.

Fantastic experience: Excellent first appointment. Dr Assibi was very reassuring and informative. AND there are large hepa filters in each room (switched on!) and windows open. So excellent for anyone trying to avoid airborne viruses.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Sarah for the second time today. I am very nervous especially since a accident in my 30s at a dentist left me needing an ambulance. Sarah was very understanding and reassuring. Made my check up less stressful.

My appointment was for my three month hygiene check up. What an amazing lady with her patience and care, always making sure that I was comfortable and not feeling any pain, which I didn't.

When we got there the dentist greeted us like we were old friends and made my daughter feel straight ay home. Felt we were really taken care of and I couldn't recommend this dental practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Lovely practice! The reception team were really helpful, Dentist & nurse were great especially with the kids answering all their strange questions. The Dentist was also very clear on what treatments were clinically necessary and what ones were cosmetic or could wait. This is something I don't think all clinics do well

Fantastic experience: First hygienist appointment today with Lizzie. Wow! the most thorough and comprehensive treatment I've ever had and she was So gentle with my young son too, who's very nervous of anything 'medical'; I'd give her 10 Stars if I was able. My routine checkup afterwards was very professsional too and again they took the time to reassure my son with the process. A bad experience is remembered for a lifetime and hopefully this good experience will ease my son's apprehension going forwards. A great team!

Fantastic experience: Really struggle going to the dentist and was very fortunate to have had the same dentist for years that alleviated my PTSD (from a separate practice) enough to help me engage better with dental staff. However this practise makes if easy, from friendly receptionists to dentists that explain processes, listen and communicate. Very happy with how they've handled my dental care.

I was helped to relax during the session by the friendly atmosphere create 20/5/24 I saw the Dentist Brendan today foe a check up an was happy with the way I was treated and the outcome. 28/8/24. Saw Romana today for tooth extraction. Although it wasn't straight forward Romana and all the Staff were very good 28/10/2024 I saw Romana today for a check up and she found a small filling that needed to be done and was able to to it today without me coming back for another appointment and i was very pleased with the service and care given 23/4/25 Thank you for seeing me to day after a tooth partially broke. Over the weekend. Service and treatment were good as usual. 27/5/25 Had a filing toda, all went well and staff were great as usual

Negative experience: Absolutely super people and state of the art equipment. I have tried so many different dentists and these guys were so refreshing, I was stunned so much by the great price and service. However my veneer that they replaced came off within one hour. It’s worth noting the original work was not theirs but they hoped it would last 10 years and it lasted one hour. I am sad to leave such a review but as I needed to pay for a new patient check up and x rays ,and the work failed it left me seriously out of pocket and when I suggested a refund there was a clear but polite no .

Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation today with Brendan and Jemma and I cannot praise them enough. They were welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. The reception staff were also lovely and very knowledgeable, answering any questions and queries I had.

Negative experience: Called them toda, 9 April 2025, to get a price on a bridge. The first lady I spoke admitted she wasn't 100% sure on how to cost them. The second lady I spoke to, was clearly irritated that I had asked them such a "complicated" question, and tried giving me a nonsense answer. Ignorant staff shouldn't be answering phone calls in my opinion, and if they do, and don't know the answer to a question, rather just say sorry we will find out and come back to you. For them to assume that clients are fools is a costly mistake.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist was incredible and patient with my daughter who found it very stressful. Could not praise him anymore for the extra mile he went to try and make it a positive experience for her.

Fantastic experience: I had invisible braces fitted today. Pain free and didn’t take long to fit by a lovely dentist. Dental nurse was very supportive and assisted me to fit and remove the braces. She was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I will return in 28 days to see magic happen.
