Negative experience: Dentist was very ignorant, normally give my teeth a clean but just rushed me through, cancelled my appointment 3 times

Fantastic experience: As always from moment walking through the dental practice door you are greeted with a smile .given a good welcome and anything they can help you with they do . Dental Doctors are always as helpful and take the time seeing to you .from start to finish always the practice staff are outstanding and friendly

The check-in process was smooth, and Dr. Vaishali Wanarase along with her assistant were very welcoming. They conducted a thorough examination and explained everything clearly and understandably. I really appreciated their professionalism and care. Overall, a very positive visit!

Positive experience: Virtually straight in. Met by very cheerful and please to young lady. Dentist was very chatty. Good inspection quick scrape and clean aaaaargh hate them. But job done. Then on my way. Only point was is that I was told that there was something strange going on in a certain area but will keep an eye on it, left slightly concerned as would have liked more info now got to wait 6 months. Overall good visit.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with the hygienist Priya and she was very polite. She was very thorough and gentle-- by far the best hygiene appointment I have experienced . She explained what she was doing or going to do in a way that felt very reassuring and calming. I would 100% recommend hygiene appointment with Priya.

Fantastic experience: Been 20 years since I've had a NHS dentist, owing to RAF service. I have never been so nicely treated, spoken to and explained on my care, even took the time owing to a space after my appointment to go ahead and give me treatment on my first checkup appointment. Didn't get the dentist and dental nurses names however I won't be so anxious about dental treatment if I have the pleasure of those two young ladies.

Fantastic experience: I was welcomed with a smile, when I arrived by a lovely young lady. The reception area was warm and very clean and tidy. I was asked to take a seat and after a short wait another pleasant you lady came and took me through to my appointment. The hygienist was very kind and explained what she was going to do. During the treatment I was able to stop and have breaks when ever I wanted. She was very kind and considerate, put me at ease and gave me advice about mt teeth and gums.

Fantastic experience: First class service got an emergency appointment as I had really bad toothache over Easter weekend in at 3pm two teeth extracted by 3.15 pain free at last thankyou.

Positive experience: Joined back in 2009 ish. Only 2 dentist available at the time in Lincolnshire. Still going every 6 months. I think dentist are good when I just get the usual check up. Can't comment on any bigger treatment. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Set off early as traffic in Grantham can be unpredictable. Still going every 6 months and no change on my original comments above. Still friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I always have great care. Although my only problem is I've had to go private paid upfront for 1 tooth extraction £86.00 had 2 in the end and bill went up to £411.00 My maths not great but if I could have spoken I would have asked why. Apart from that always 5 star ervice

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. Sad they are no longer NHS but joined their scheme to pay monthly in December 2023. I had an appointment with the dentist under the scheme today (24th February 2025). A Very nice gentleman dentist and friendly nurses and receptionist staff there. I had clean bill of health today, no problems. I had a Hygienist appointment afterwards , she was lovely and friendly. She Explained everything that she was going to do and was asking if I was ok as she cleaned my teeth. She cleaned and polished my teeth today. Her dental nurse was very gentle with the suction. I was allowed to have rest breaks to swallow. A wonderful service. I am to Return in 6 months.Sadly the monthly costs go up in April and I am no longer sure I will be able to afford them. Wonderful service.

Negative experience: Appalling! I have had yet another appointment cancelled when I have rearranged all my working week around it! Seems fine to mess me about as it seems to work at their convenience and I’m paying for it! Seeing that I have also been forced into becoming a private patient I will be looking elsewhere for my dental work! Avoid avoid avoid!

Fantastic experience: Not very happy with the outcome regarding my broken denture .I have now been since December without 2 top teeth .I have to wait until March for some new dentures. This is not very good for ones mental health being toothless at the top for so long .
