Fantastic experience: I recently had an experience of getting my wisdom teeth extraction, If you're about to get your wisdom teeth out and feeling a bit anxious, I highly recommend the best dentist at this practice. She did an amazing job and turned what I thought would be a stressful, painful ordeal into a calm, easy process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for wisdom tooth extraction.

Negative experience: I previously visited Whites Dental in 2022 for composite bonding with Dr. Deepa, which was a positive experience. However, my recent emergency visit left me extremely disappointed. I was seen by Dr. Romina and unfortunately found her approach very unprofessional. She made unnecessary jokes and comments that felt dismissive and out of place. I clearly explained that I was financially struggling, I was trying to understand my options and asked whether the consultation fee would be deducted from the treatment cost — something the receptionist had told me would be the case — and was abruptly told “no” without explanation. There was also no prior mention of a £200 upfront cost or the £95 finance payment until much later in the appointment. When I politely asked for a breakdown or reassurance about what I’d be paying for, I was shut down and eventually told to go elsewhere. As someone who took time off work — along with my husband — to attend, this was extremely disheartening. I left feeling embarrassed, confused, and very let down. It felt like because they didn’t want to deal with my questions, they simply pushed me aside. In the end, I did choose to go privately elsewhere — and I’m so glad I did. I received the respect, clarity, and care that every patient deserves. I only wish I had been treated with that same level of compassion at Whites Dental.

Fantastic experience: A great dental practice - prices are high like all private dentists but definitely worth it. Dr Shayan did 2 crowns and 8 veneers on my teeth and they look great. When I had issues with the temporaries they were very helpful with no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: A few years ago I came to Whites to have two crowns replaced on my front teeth, fairly simple stuff. Initially I thought they were excellent. Four years later, thousands of pounds and far too many specialist dental visits to mention to correct their shocking work I had to have one of my front teeth extracted and now have a denture. The other has had two root canals and another new crown. I’m only 47 and this was purely cosmetic work, every dentist I have been to since Whites has been shocked at the work they carried out.. Not only has it cost me a lot of time and money, but the mental trauma and impact on my appearance and confidence has been hard to cope with. When I made my complaint about the work they had done they were not sympathetic at all and it took me appointing solicitors to even get a straight forward refund. They have put me off private dentists forever, who you always assume are going to be much better than the NHS, and I genuinely wish I had never walked in their door….

Negative experience: To be honest, my experience wasn’t great. I felt it’s a bit money grabbing. On my last visit for a cleaning, they pressured me into getting a deep clean instead of a regular one, which ended up costing around £200. I've since moved to a different dentist who has been providing regular cleanings without issues. Additionally, they pointed out from the x-ray scans that my fillings weren’t done particularly well. They might be good if you're looking for cosmetic dental or beautician-style services, as they seem well-equipped for that. But for routine or essential dental work, I personally wouldn’t return.

Negative experience: I no longer live in London, but I’ve continued going to this practice because I had Invisalign treatment with them. I needed to have an attachment removed and get a filling and bonding for chipped front teeth, so I booked an appointment. However, when I arrived, the receptionist told me there was no appointment in the system and that no time was available that day, as my dentist only works on Tuesday mornings. I had paid £50 for a train ticket and taken the day off work for this appointment. I then rebooked with a different dentist at the same practice who works weekends. After being seen and reassessed, the dentist informed me there wasn’t enough time. I would need to book yet another appointment. Another half day wasted and another train ticket, with still nothing done. Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr Deepa provided with reassurance and time regarding my broken tooth. Helped mould and create my denture and explained the whole process. Appreciated her depth of knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my consultation with Dr Edina and she was simply FANTASTIC! Both her and her assistant Ola were absolutely lovely and she even gave me a mock-up of what the composite would look like on my teeth and I was totally thrilled. Fantastic experience: Dr Ravindeer has been amazing throughout my Invisalign journey. She was very thorough and clear about the treatment prior to starting! The reception staff and nursing team are always so polite and accommodating.

Negative experience: Tried to book an appointment, system booked it but then emailed by a staff member to say it was broken so my booking was void. This wasted my time and is very poor customer service. The staff member who informed me of this told me I needed a dental checkup before seeing the hygienist for the appointment I booked. This is untrue and no clinical rationale provided. I was given a very poor explanation which didn’t make sense. Information I shared with the staff member was ignored, no evening appointments could be offered despite being advertised. Overall, very unprofessional and left me unable to trust them. Will definitely avoid.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience and quite considerate. Monetarily, one of the few places that takes note of slight composite bonding top ups and doesn't make you pay the full price for very little material used. So definitely would be going back in the future when future composite care is needed. The receptionists are always super nice and considerate too. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Ravinder, who even advised me against more than one procedure that would of been extra earnings for her surgery. Negative experience: Sad that I have to share quite a disappointing review on my experience at Whites Dental and my Invisalign process. I had dismissed their rushed approached and quite inattentive demeanour during my appointments, as I had thought at the time that despite this, I had seen great progress with my gaps and my overall Invisalign journey. However, on finishing my treatment, my teeth have begun to revert - despite me meticulously abiding to my post-treatment advice. I've attempted to contact my dentist on numerous occasions to ask why my teeth have reverted, offering picture evidence, but have heard nothing back on solutions or on why this is happening. On seeking out help elsewhere, I have come to learn that I was not given the best course of Invisalign for my teeth, which has caused my teeth to revert. Super disappointing as it now means I will have to undergo this whole process again, despite paying for a full round of Invisalign at Whites Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with Whites Dental, including both my general examination with Dr Deepak Aulak and my cleaning with the hygienist. Staff have all been warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and provided an excellent standard of care. I was able to make my appointments quickly at times that worked around my schedule.

I got a deep scaling and plaque and stain removal treatment and just felt like standard of the treatment was very high compared to any other of the dentists I’ve seen in London. Negative experience: Have lived in various countries and had dental treatment in them all and whites dental is probably the most unprofessional and worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Quotes get increased for treatments over night depending on the dentist and for the first time they did a filling without an anaesthetic however there was no price change between the quote and the final amount paid- dentists seem happy to cut corners. Avoid.

Positive experience: Dr Elliot is a star! I had braces with him for about 1.5 years some time ago and although getting braces as an adult is nothing but easy, and the process involved teeth extractions as well, the result is worthwhile. Dr Elliot did an excellent job. It’s been almost a year since I removed them, and initially I wasn’t very impressed but the more time passes the better my teeth look. I also had gum disease before I put the braces and Dr Elliot spotted it immediately and gave me advice that I still follow today and my gums are crystal clear and no problems anymore. There were some admin issues along the way with the very unorganized reception of the dental but the excellent work of Dr Elliot outweighed them. Dr Ed is good too.

Fantastic experience: Based on my first visit, great experience with Dr Deepa who made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. She was happy to give me various options for my treatment plan upon my request. Hoping my next appointments here will be just as smooth.

Fantastic experience: Deepah is an excellent dentist. Had my second appointment today; Perio scaling and three fillings. She is a attentive and makes you feel comfortable throughout the treatment plan, talking me through what she was doing at different stages of the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Not all hero’s wear capes! I’m extremely grateful to Dr Deepa and her amazing work on replacing my composite bonding in such short notice! A few days to my birthday one of my composite bonding unexpectedly cracked and fell off. I was in absolute panic as I didn’t know how soon I could get an appointment and knowing how busy my former dentist is. I called the morning after and the receptionist Nirpana was an absolutely star. She was prompt in getting back to me and discussing my case with senior management. She called me back within an hour and managed to book me in for an appointment that same day and notified me that I could also get my tooth fixed within the appointment. She was very knowledgeable as she made be aware that given it was over a year, I can be seen by another dentist given my original dentist was fully booked. Dr Deepa took the time to best match my tooth shape to ensure it fit into my retainers saving me the stress of having to spend money on new retainers. I love my teeth!
