Fantastic experience: Had a toothe ache from saturday evening untill i came to the dentist abd asked if i could see isabel as thought had an infection back. Was seen with in ten mins and guven sntibiotics. Awesome.

Fantastic experience: My NHS dentist referred me to Leys Dental practice for the removal of a molar with a hooked root. The Leys lady dentist was very patient in discussing the options with me which i was grateful for. Once the decision was made, it only took her a couple of minutes to take it out. Most impressed ! Just a small scratch as the the anaesthetic was injected, the extraction was completely painless. Thank you. Highly recommended !

Positive experience: I went to Leys Dental Practice to have two of my wisdom teeth removed, only to discover, after waiting half an hour for my appointment, that the dentist at Leys did not recommend that this procedure was carried out. I trust that this decision was made in good faith on my behalf, but communication between my dentist and the Leys dentist and time taken to review my appointment beforehand, would have avoided a lot of stress and anxiety for me and saved me time (two half days for the x-ray and appointment).

Positive experience: I will give 4 and not 5 stars as I was booked in for 2pm but they had me booked im for 2:10pm and only got in by 2:20pm and when asked the reception it wasn't really clear. However I was seen by Ali Malik who was extremely gentle and kind and did a fantastic job when I was really worried

Her assistant was lovely too asked me if I was feeling ok. Highly recommend this dentist, by far the best dentist I have ever been too.

Fantastic experience: Good, reliable dental practice. I get in early and overhear the receptionists. When they speak with patients, they really do try to accommodate and are very friendly. The lady on reception today, 16th June in the morning, was lovely with people. I see a hygienist who is friendly and warm, and I think does a decent job, however many times she does it. I have no complaints. Very good.

Fantastic experience: After experiencing some dental problems I phoned Leys Dental Practice (I’m registered there) and was advised to phone first thing in the morning if possible. I did just that and was seen within the hour. The dentist that saw me was very professional and saw exactly to my needs.

Fantastic experience: I had originally booked for my wisdom teeth to be removed under sedation, but after a couple of months I realised there was a year waiting list. The receptionist reassured me local anaesthetic would be fine. All staff very friendly and professional. My dentist very efficiently removed both teeth without any fuss or pain for me. I was really nervous about the whole process but they were very professional and the experience great, considering the situation.

I visited with my daughter today for the first time and we were lucky to have Dr. Isabel Alejandra del Carmen Gomes Rojas (the name is copied directly from the text message and hope it is accurate), who took all the trouble to help us, in terms of both treatment and referral. She has also kindly saved us another trip of at least 3 hours. What we have received today was way beyond expectation. Thank you so much! Having been visiting the practice frequently after moving to the area and still feel lucky to have registered here. Every time the experience was superb and they do open until 8pm on a week day. I went to pick up a prescription at 7.50pm today and was still treated nicely and professionally. I forgot the prescription during my last visit and the practice helped to make it for me without having me booked in for another appointment, which is so efficient and helpful. Thanks a lot!

He completed the job in 5 mins after a traumatic 1 hour and 15 mins previously. His assistant was also very competent. All in all a very unexpected good visit

Fantastic experience: I had my bottom wisdom tooth removed by Dr Kotli. Him and his assistant couldn’t have been more friendly. I’d braced myself for a long uncomfortable slog but the whole thing was over almost immediately without any fuss. I felt a bit wobbly straight after from the anaesthetic so Dr Kotli tipped my chair back and encouraged me to relax for a few minutes. Sorted me right out! Highly recommend. All the professionalism without the clinical feel.

Fantastic experience: Referred for extraction of a retained root, after my tooth broke during extraction by my dentist. I was very nervous as previous experience had been painful. This was the best dentist visit ever. Such a kind gentle dentist, explained everything, it took less time than I expected but never felt rushed. Thank you, I am so grateful. Root was infected and could have flared up any time, although I had been told to just leave it by my dentist. Also the reception team and dental nurse were lovely , friendly and helpful. One hundred percent recommended. I wish you were taking NHS patients!

She ensured she took me through the procedure with a lot of patience and her nurse was also very polite. I would recommend people to Leys dentist and especially to Isabella the dentist. Positive experience: I am annoyed at the cost of the hygienist. Treatment took a little over 12 mins and I was charged £80. That's a £400 hourly rate!!!! It's more expensive than seeing a dentist!! I have raised the issue with a manager of the practice before and was told treatment should last 30 mins at least. I have never had 30 minutes of treatment at any hygienist appointment I have attended! I am fortunate to have reasonable teeth and I look after them. So why should I have to pay the same amount as someone who has to have longer?? I'm happy if treatment is shorter, who wouldn't be? But why charge me so much? At least make the cosy proportionate to the level of treatment required!! The supposed polish of my teeth after all the descaling and cleaning, took all of about 45 seconds and it was flicked around my mouth so randomly and quickly, I seriously doubt that any one tooth was polished effectively! Again, have raised this before but nothing has changed. I believe the hygienist appt is a necessary visit once every 6 months but WHY is it so unreasonably expensive?

Fantastic experience: I have been treated at Leys dental surgery since 2022, & all of my visits & treatments have been excellent. The receptionists are fantastic, customer friendly & really helpful & efficient. They have booked me several emergency appointments at really short notice too, which I really appreciate. The dentists & their staff are great too, & explain treatment plans & advice clearly to me as well.

Fantastic experience: Had 2 back teeth out, 1 either side. Injection was worst part. However from there on i didn't feel any pain. All staff were friendly, Mr Hashem & dental nurse were both very good & put me at ease. (Good for someone like me that has panic attacks).

Fantastic experience: I walked in, everyone was charming and friendly. The lovely lady told me exactly what I believed to be the case when I first attended Wootton Dental Clinic 5 days ago, and that was there was only 1 tooth that required extraction not the 3 or 4 that were initially thought to be problematic and the reason I was referred there. The lovely lady gave me the injections and as quick as that removed the tooth. She explained everything regarding aftercare and then I was free to leave. 100% efficient and caring from all those I met. I wish you were taking on NHS patients.
