Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for a number of years. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and the telephone is always answered promptly. I am never kept waiting. Any treatment I receive is always painless and efficient and fully discussed with me at the outset. Melissa, who was the dentist who treated me on my last visit could not have been more caring.

Fantastic experience: My 3 children and I have been registered at Smile Dental Practice for 8 years. All the team (both clinical and non-clinical) are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The surgery takes infection control seriously. I have been seen for routine NHS as well as private treatment appointments. The appointment booking system is easy to use. The follow-up care provided is brilliant. Dr Melissa Patel is an outstanding Dentist, professional and knowledgeable who always puts us at ease. I would highly recommend registering here.

Prices are reasonable and the quality of service is excellent. Dr. Reza did both my Invisalign treatment and composite veneers, and I’m really happy with the results. He’s professional, kind, and takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. He explained every step and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I also had a dental hygiene session, which was done very carefully and thoroughly. Everything was clean and handled with great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’m petrified of Dentists, so much so that I’ve not been near one for fifteen years! I was nervous of course at the prospect of possibly having to have several teeth extracted. The Dentist was a lovely chap and calmed me down before proceeding with my examination and x-rays. Well lo and behold I don’t need any extractions - thank the Lord - just a couple of fillings and to maintain regular check ups which I certainly will be doing now. Thank you for calming me down and putting me at ease in such a relaxed and professional environment ♥️

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience with previous private dentist.. I was referred to see Dr Arwa Al-Khaburi. She was absolutely amazing!!! So nice, supportive, listened to me, gave me an absolute % thorough examination and treated my problem in 1 visit, and treatment was more than expecting and could have anticipated. I wish I had known this dental practice before I went to the other. I would recommend highly and I can not thank Dr Arwa enough for resolving my issue in an instant. She is an asset to the practice.

Fantastic experience: I'm currently receiving treatment from Dr. Ali Dadashian. He's one of the best odontologist I have ever been to, true professional and knows what he's doing. Kind as well by giving breaks for jaw to relax while doing the fill ups. Gives very good advices as well on what to consume and not, so the cavities wouldn't escalate. The receptionist workers are very kind as well, You really feel welcomed at this dental practice, feels like a safe place which is the most important factor for me. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a hygiene appointment today which was carried out by Anna. Firstly I’d like to say what a lovely and charismatic person Anna is, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable which is vital in a daunting place such as a dentist. At every step of the process she made sure that I was okay as well as understanding each step and what steps I have to take to prolong a healthy life for my teeth. Fantastic experience: I always feel as if I am in good hands at this practice, I joined many years ago in 2010 and despite having moved to a different borough I still travel back here for my dental care. They have looked after me so well, and all the receptionists and dentists I have had over the years have been incredibly gentle, respectful and kind, they have always managed to find me an appointment when I've been in pain and often within hours of me calling. They have a very efficient appointment service as they have often called me in earlier in time or date because of another customers' cancelled appointment. I have had some of the most awful issues with my teeth due to Sjogrens Syndrome, dry mouth and some years of neglect due to childhood neglect and sensory issues (I'm suspected of being on the autism spectrum). I'm currently having a lot of treatment at Smile Dental and will be having specialist orthodontic treatment at a practice nearer me at the recommendation of the dentist here. They will go the extra mile for you, and will make you feel comfortable no matter how anxious you feel. I was surprised when having treatment in the last year, my current Dentist Dr Reza Eslami, numbed my gum before I had an injection - in all my 40+ years no one had done that before, it was great, just a little pressure, no wincing in my chair! I have had a lot of treatments here, from fillings, root treatments, extractions, crowns, hygenist appointments and they've always made it as comfortable as possible. My other half and my children are also registered here, I especially would not trust anyone else to look after my childrens teeth after being a customer here. Many thanks to all the staff here, you've been and continue to be absolutely the best.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been delaying going too the dentist for years,I went too see Dr Ali and what an experience it was :) he explained everything step by step made sure I was not in pain and also comfortable, as I had a bad experience prior with another dentist.I can’t recommend him enough:) Best dentist in my opinion and this was my first appointment with him. Today I had to get my wisdom tooth out and I had all the faith he could do it and not refer me.As usual he done almost the impossible and got the tooth out which I knew he could anyway because he is the best :) definitely my dentist for life.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this Dental practice, and I found I was very Welcome, the Receptionists was very helpful, The Dentist and his the Nurse put me at ease I am normally very nervous at attending a Dentist, but my visit today I was extremely very happy Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Kind courteous efficient and friendly I needed 8 teeth replaced with implants,I had previously had a bad experience with a different practice so after some research I nervously tried Smile and Oscar ,I really had no need to worry all the staff there were friendly and efficient and Oscar immediately puts you at ease ,the process is explained in detail ,this procedure can be expensive but their prices are very reasonable . Oscar is a perfectionist and goes the extra mile to ensure the treatment is as pain free as it can be ,he will always spares time to explain clearly what’s been done and what the next steps are I have no qualms in recommending Smile to anyone . As with a lot of people my reviews on anything are normally only a couple of lines long but the excellent care I have received spurned me on to write this .

Fantastic experience: After one year on a treatment to set my invisalign, I can not be more satisfied with Reza services. I got luck to be his patient and always with a smile taking of his extra time when was necessary and open to solve all your enquiries I strongly recommend 100%. The process was quick to be honest and affordable. Also great service on the reception, open to clarify any question. Just say thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency this week and Dr Reza was good enough to see me at short notice and he managed to resolve my issue, with relative ease. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. A thoroughly nice chap and an excellent dentist.

Negative experience: This was my first time to Smile as my regular dentist was unavailable. I saw Hannah, she was polite and gave me some good dental aftercare advice, however overall i wasn’t satisfied with the service. I was late to be seen for my 30 minute procedure which finished quickly. I felt rushed and that my teeth were not thoroughly cleaned as I’m used to. The stains my regular hygienist removes are still visible. Its unlikely that i’d use this practice again. A plus point was the R&B playlist

Fantastic experience: As a patient with high levels of dental anxiety Dr Reza has always made me feel at ease from the start of my journey with the practice. He is open to answer any questions and is honest and knowledgable with his answers. He has a calm, warm tone and keeps me updated every step of the way. At one of my appointments when I was very anxious he suggested we all listen to the music that calmed me down so my favourite songs played during the procedure. I started Invisalign with him and he has been helpful every step of the way. I had some worries while out of the country and he replied to me by email after sharing some pictures with him. Dr Reza and the rest of the team are amazing. I couldn’t recommend Smile Dental more!

Fantastic experience: I've had only good experiences in Smile Dental. Yesterday was an exceptional appointment. From the lovely receptionists and nurses through to the wonderful Dr. Oscar who treated me so gently, I did not feel any pain whatsoever. I can't wait to have my new implant! Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this practice for a couple years now. I started coming here after having a poor experience with a practice further up the road. It's like night and day comparing the two. Everyone, from the receptionists, hygienists and dentists are really lovely at Smile Dental who seem like they genuinely care about you and your dental health. The staff make me feel completely at ease, to the point where I weirdly look forward to my appointments. The practice itself is very clean, with the reception tastefully decorated. The prices are very reasonable, and I'm very happy to pay as my experience has always been great. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. But his extremely wide and detailed knowledge of bone and the impact and interaction of different medicines and medical operations on teeth and bones was not something I was aware that dentists had. Most impressive.

Dr Reza is so attentive, professional, engages in convo, does treatments efficiently, always lets you know if he is going to be doing something, ie putting a tool in your mouth, or explaining the procedure or next step, so you know what to expect. Fantastic experience: Reza is warm and professional dentist and is absolutely the top of his game with knowledge and skills, a massive asset to Smile Dental & can’t recommend him enough. I had a periapical tooth abscess that resulted in severe inflammation which was one step away from A&E. Reza identified the issue within seconds and carried out the remedial work to an incredibly high standard. It’s the first time I have had root canal without feeling any pain/discomfort from the drill. Also the reception staff are super friendly too and are always happy to help.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the service received. After have a bad experience with a dentist who broke an implement in my jaw, during a root canal, I then started seeing a new dentist, Dr Melissa. However, after expressing pain and issues whilst eating for months but being told nothing can be done, I was told a referral was made as it was outside Melissa’s skillset. Only to follow up repeatedly but no update from the hospital. After 4 or so months I contacted the hospital department who said they never received the referral. But it was sent to the wrong department who called the practice to clarify but no response from them. I then had to start the entire referral process again, and continuously chase the practice and the hospital. Only for the hospital to respond and say the treatment can be done at the practice. I’m not sure if it was an admin error by office staff or the dentist but months were wasted. And had I not followed up repeatedly, I would still be sat waiting for a letter/phone call that was never coming. As always, no accountability or acknowledgement of the impact caused by their failings.
