Fantastic experience: I have had major surgery , Team at Enhance Dental booked me in right away . They checked the medication that I was on to safely offer me help . If the Dentist Dr . Arsalan the Nurse Nadia and Receptionist Simiah were not there I would have actually been in danger . I was helped all the the process and seen that very day . I’m grateful !

Positive experience: I hesitated to leave a review, but I thought it might be helpful to share my experience for those considering this practice. During my most recent visit to the hygienist, I had an unusual and uncomfortable experience. I go for cleanings twice a year and have never experienced any pain before. However, this time my teeth were hurting during the procedure. I asked for a numbing gel, and although they initially said yes, it turned out they didn’t have any available. I mentioned that I was already in pain and feeling anxious, so I asked them to be gentle. At the final stage, they were supposed to “brush” my teeth with some kind of electric tool, but it broke after a few seconds. Instead, the hygienist used their fingers to clean my teeth, which didn’t feel very professional or hygienic. They also applied a lot of pressure, and even a week later, my teeth are still sensitive. What concerned me most was that they documented in their records that they had used the electric tool—even though they hadn’t. I was in pain and too intimidated to speak up at the time; I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Next time, I’ll definitely ask to see a different hygienist. Thank you.

I saw Simer, she was incredibly patient and made me feel very comfortable, showed compassion, dealt with my issues temporarily and booked me in for the earliest appointment - which was within 24 hours. Instead, she took the time to explain everything clearly and only recommend what’s truly needed. She assessed my issue exactly how a professional dentist should and also explained the findings and xrays to me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being, not just about making money. That kind of trust is rare and incredibly valuable in healthcare. Dr Rahmat Beena Ashraf and her assistant Naveen were both professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for top-quality dental care from someone who’s both skilled and trustworthy, I can’t recommend Dr. Rahmat Beena Ashraf highly enough. Because of this experience I will be recommending this dentist to all my family and friends.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. I walked in hoping to get an appointment or at least some guidance, but the front desk staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than offering any help or information, I was spoken to in a condescending tone and made to feel like a nuisance for even showing up. One of my family friend recommended to visit this dental practice and I can understand that walk-in appointments might not always be available, but there’s a big difference between explaining that politely and being downright unprofessional.Based on this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this practice as I expected a much higher level of courtesy from a healthcare provider.

Fantastic experience: Carlos Saramago did a very complex root canal procedure that also involved negotiating an old bridge. It was pain free and there have been no nasty after effects. I didn't even need any pain killers after the anesthetic wore off.

Fantastic experience: Had my first ever hygienist clean today, I never knew it was a thing until a few months ago. Expensive but worth it, my teeth feel & look clean. I was really scared, but he used Numbing gel and I didn't feel any pain, it actually felt mostly nice having someone else clean my teeth rather then me. My hygienist was Collin Dennys. He was really nice, professional and kept checking if I was comfortable. He made me feel very relaxed & less anxious. The receptionist was really nice too, very welcoming and kind. I recommend.
