Fantastic experience: I've just completed my Invisalign treatment with Market Square Dental and honestly I’ve loved every moment of the journey. This practise isn’t just about customer service, it’s a proper customer experience. Every little detail is thought through, from the friendly team who always greet you with a smile, to the reminder calls before appointments and even the easy parking right outside. Dr Patel made the whole Invisalign process feel so smooth and straightforward. He explained everything clearly and was always happy to answer any questions I had along the way. The facilities here are amazing too - modern, impeccably clean, and just a nice place to be! You can really tell how much the team care. I’ve always felt valued and well looked after. If you're thinking about Invisalign, I honestly can't recommend Market Square Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: After enduring what I can only describe as the worst toothache over the weekend, I was absolutely desperate to get my tooth sorted first thing Monday morning. I reached out to my dentist, and—true to form—I received a prompt response, which I’ve always appreciated. Charlotte at the front desk was honest about the challenge of securing a last-minute appointment, but instead of leaving me to my fate, she went above and beyond to find a solution. Before long, she had managed to work her magic and found two available slots with Dr. Rodrigues: one at 11:00 AM and one at 2:45 PM. Considering I responded to the first email with all the emotional restraint of someone watching their ice cream hit the pavement, Charlotte calmly and professionally navigated my theatrical distress, ensuring I got the care I needed. What impressed me most was the dedication of Charlotte and the front desk team. Not only did they attempt to reach me multiple times via my mobile, but when I was unreachable, they followed up with an email to ensure I was aware of the availability. That, right there, is 'what good looks like'—a practice that truly understands its patients and the urgency of their pain. So, here’s a heartfelt thank you to Charlotte, Dr Rodrigues and the team for sorting me out today.

Fantastic experience: I decided to see if the sureSmile dental Alignment system would work for me. The dentist practice, the team and the process were very supportive and easy to discuss options and answer any questions. In my mind, I have some wonky and overlapping teeth. But having lived this long and not bothered, if it worked then great. A few scans to create a 3D image of the teeth and gums were taken. These were analysed to provide a plan of bespoke aligners to wear week on week as per the plan. I was not sure if this would be possible to achieve the result, but I was wrong. The result is spectacular (as far as I was concerned). I could smile with confidence before and now I could smile even more. To achieve this successfully is totally in YOUR control. Fantastic experience: It would be exaggerating to say that enjoyed my visit, but not by much. The dentist is knowledgeable and thorough, regularly referring back to notes made in past visits to make sure he has everything covered. The hygienist has some new equipment. In the past while being treated there were invariably several occasions per visit when it became, not quite painful, but cepretty uncomfortable. This time twice I thought here we go, but each time it settled without even getting uncomfortable. And the staff at the front desk are helpful and smiley too. So for dental check up and a hygiene treatment I cannot fault this practice.

He kept checking in with me to ensure I was OK during the procedure and shared detailed images of before and after. Excellent :)

Fantastic experience: So far I’ve had an emergency dentist appointment with Dr.George and a hygienist appointment with Carolyn Wright. At each visit they’ve been so thorough in explaining everything and taking the time to ask me questions and get an understanding of everything. The reception staff have also been so lovely and welcoming at my last visit Katy was incredibly kind and helpful. In all the dentists I’ve been to (from moving around different places) I’ve never had the experience of it being so friendly and thorough!

Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly and proactive staff. If you call and they're fully booked, they'll put you on a cancellation call sheet. They're also good at scheduling regular appointments and call backs in case one forgets. I had a hygienist appointment today with Adnan and Qiutonj and they were very professional and experienced. They explained what they were going to do beforehand and didn't try to upsell. They explained the pros and cons of the standard rotary vs Air polisher and most importantly there wasn't any discomfort! Highly recommend.

I had regular check-ups throughout the process, and the dentist made adjustments to the plan as my teeth moved . Really happy with the end result, highly recommended! Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to Market Dental having moved to the area and I cannot fault the practice. I have been terrified of going to the dentist but finally I have found somewhere that makes me feel calm and safe. On arrival, I was greeted by Kirstie who also settled my payment at the end of the appointment, she was very friendly and kind asking how I was and how my appointment went. I was then seen by Carolyn, assisted by Shannon, who both took time to ask me how I was, asking about my day and general life. They were all so kind, smiley and really helped to make me feel comfortable during my visit.

Called with raging toothache, was not registered with the dentist but this was soon solved and the ladies on the phone were super helpful. When arriving at the dentist for an appointment you were made to feel very welcome, the dentist was very thorough and checked on you throughout your appointment making all very clear. Any follow ups were discussed and a clear plan was put in place. Great service from all, would highly recommend.

Renewed with a new white filling,... which I love !!! ❤️ The experience was drama free and I actually relaxed into it very quickly, whilst watching the aquarium on the very well placed, ceiling TV. Totally different experience to my childhood memories of having the same filling done, which was over anaethetised and somewhat brutal in approach,... I definitely did not experience that here! Polar opposite! So much so, to my surprised, I was done,... finished in no time at all. Looking forward to my next check up in August. Fantastic experience: I used to have a genuine fear of dentists, but Dr. Alina has completely changed my perspective. She has a remarkably calming presence, and from the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt safe and understood. Her skill is undeniable – my composite bondings are a true work of art, and she even managed to rescue a tooth I thought was beyond repair. I'm so grateful to be her patient and can't recommend Alina and the clinic highly enough! Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Market Square Dental for almost 1 year now and, I can honestly say, they are the best practice in the area in respect to facilities, up to date medical equipment, dental medical aestethic trends and customer service (both admin and Dr/medical staff as well). Their new offices in Graven Hill look amazing, which is always a plus. I have been fortunate to be looked after by friendly nurses and a Dr which I could easily connect with and build trust, Dr Alina Cojocaru, which has made me feel relaxed and less anxious about my dental medical procedures. In a nutshell, amazing facilities, latest equipment and friendly staff but, above all, extremely knowledgeable Dr and nurses! 5 starts out of 5, without any hesitation.
