Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist since I was a little girl—I'm 47 now. Recently, I lost a tooth, and it really took away my confidence. Then I met Kristos, the new dentist at the practice. As soon as he saw me, he said, “We’re going to get rid of that gap,” and set me up with a two-appointment plan. He is honestly the best—I can’t even explain how much he’s done for me. Kristos is a young, handsome man from Greece, but more importantly, he’s an absolute angel. He doesn’t even realise the impact he’s had on my life. He’s given me back my smile and my confidence. I truly hope he stays on at the practice and continues to bring joy to other patients the way he did for me. Thank you, Kristos. x

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic and would not recommend them for expensive treatments like Invisalign or Modern Clear. My first consultation was with a dentist named Sarah, who was extremely disorganised. She didn’t explain anything about the treatment or payment process, which left me feeling unsure and uncomfortable. Due to this, I decided to switch to Invisalign with Dr. Amrani. Unfortunately, the experience was just as frustrating. I was asked to pay a £500 deposit without any clear breakdown of the treatment, and I was told the aligners would arrive in two weeks. After two weeks passed, I was suddenly told I needed to pay an additional £1,000 within one day — something that should have been communicated from the very beginning. There was no transparency or proper communication at any stage. I waited three weeks and still didn’t receive anything, so I asked for my £500 back and chose not to continue the treatment. This clinic feels more focused on taking your money than actually providing proper care or information. I would not recommend them at all — especially not for high-cost treatments. Save your time and go somewhere more professional and trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth extracted today after a course of antibiotics (around a week) due to an infection. The whole experience was surprisingly smooth. I was really anxious, but Dr Pedro explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. The surgery took around 45 minutes but I did not feel a thing!

Negative experience: Paid over £300 for root canal, dentist unable to deal with this. Rebooked and seen by same dentist, failed 2nd time. I complained and was seen by a different dentist who confirmed mistakes made. Sent to another of their branch for correction, asked to pay more money to have them correct their mistakes. Could not afford. Cannot eat on one side, have a hole, very sensitive tooth. Very unfair and unprofessional. Unjust

Negative experience: Poor customer service and it’s run by immature professionals . I was given a completely inaccurate quote for my issue , I paid three times the quote , this was after telling them and than somehow miraculously a new offer surfaced. Upselling is normal but do it professionally. As the dentist was walking me out she found it urgent to catch up with the receptionist about her holiday as opposed to collecting my payment. I was meant to receive the invoice by email , I have requested this three times and yet no response still . The dentist need to learn how to be professional and courtesy in general and especially after the eye watering price you charge for the smallest job. I will not be returning here .

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this dentist for a my wisdom tooth with SARAH.. I don’t think so she is even dentist , fully expecting a professional and efficient solution to what was a straightforward issue. Instead, they decided to waste my time and exploit my situation to squeeze every possible penny out of me. Rather than addressing the obvious need for antibiotics, they insisted on unnecessary X-rays and pointless “consultations,” dragging out the process while I sat there in pain. It was crystal clear from the beginning that all I needed was antibiotics, ( which I have already told that which one) yet she prioritized padding their bill over providing care.rather then solving my problem she keeps mentioning the price again and again ..you can tell soooo greedy..and knowledge is ZERO and at the end she gave me the same antibiotic which I mentioned it to her … It felt less like I was at a dentist’s office and more like I was dealing with a shady car salesman trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. After hours of frustration and hundreds of pounds spent, they finally gave me the prescription that could have been issued in five minutes. Save yourself the headache (and your wallet) and go to a dentist who actually cares about their patients instead of treating them like ATM machines. This place is a disgrace to the profession.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with a complete smile with all the stuff they were very kind and friendly, Doctor Pedro FF COELHO Which he worked very hard on my bottom teeth on the same day he removed my eight teeth at the bottom. He fixed four implants,He stitches and put on top the previous teeth and I came home with no pain no any swelling or temperature, after eight months, I have my fantastic final teeth so I'm very very happy and I will recommend to all my friends and family⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Negative experience: I had a root canal treatment with Dr Sarah , the appointment went good but after 3 months I called them it’s pain again in my teeth they are not addressing the issues so I went to turkey for treatment in just 3 days trip I had professionally done my treatment again dr in turkey said previous filling in the teeth wasn’t good, they changed me whooping £650 for treatment but all wasted my time and money do search before you anyone can book

Fantastic experience: I was looking at getting 2 implants done at my local dentist in south london but the 2 dentist i went to wanted an absolute fortune so i was looking at possibly going to Turkey for treatment. I then came across complete smiles so I checked their reviews which were very good so I thought why not as I didn’t really want to go abroad to have the work done. As complete smiles is quite a distance from my house the treatment had to be right & what i wanted as i knew it was gonna be a few trips over the coming months. Negative experience: I have booked an appointment for wisdom tooth partly broken by self mentioned to receptionist. I was told to book the next day appointment for £25 out £15 was paid in advance. He clearly said this standard one (£25) as it included all the X-rays. On the day of the appointment itself, without looking at tooth doctor Sarah mentioned me that as broken tooth comes under special category so They would charged me £60 for appointment after looked at my teeth for merely a few seconds and then said I had to do a ‘special X—ray’ for which I had to pay £60 on top of the £60 appointment fee. When I flagged this issue, said I do not want to do as I was told to pay £25 for appointment and no Xray fees than she said ok I will consider your appointment in emergency so you can pay your balance £10 pound.Note- No x-ray was taken, I guess you should be clear in terms of fees in advance so that we should not book appointment and waste our time and money. Try to be more professonal.

Negative experience: Didn’t have a very good experience. While booking an appointment for wisdom tooth pain I was told to book the emergency appointment even though I specified it was not urgent as the pain kept coming and going. The receptionist said it was better to go with this option than the standard one (£25) as it included all the X-rays. On the day of the appointment itself, the doctor must have looked at my teeth for merely a few seconds and then said I had to do a ‘special X—ray’ for which I had to pay £50 on top of the £60 emergency appointment fee. When I flagged this issue, the doctor said they would round it off to £100 but what was frustrating that they were not transparent about the pricing right from the start. Inspite of having a slight infection, I was told to take paracetamol for the pain. The doctor was more keen to book me in with a surgeon for tooth extraction than just listening. To add to that, I was told I would get an email with the said x-ray in 5 mins. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received it.

Negative experience: No Answer yet from them yet ………..We visited on Saturday for a extraction of the teeth which was discussed at the time of Appointment with the receptionist whereas the gentleman suggested that £25 for the consultation and in that price they will do 2 free X-rays to see the problematic teeth and when we arrived for the checkup the dentist told us that she has do to the additional x-ray which will cost £50 additional and we thought it’s important so we did it. Furthermore she suggested after seeing the teeth that if we refer to the surgeon then he will charge £250 for the extraction for the wisdom tooth whereas when we asked not to extract the wisdom tooth and remove the one next to that she agreed and extracted the same and charged same as Surgeon whereas she was only a Dentist and we end up paying £425 for an extraction which was not at all a surgery. When i visited them today for the same the head dentist tried justifying the same for her colleague which is okay. Will never suggest this Dentist practice as they will take the advantage of situation and mislead patients to charge extra. And on top of that am still waiting for the £50 X-ray as we have to show to other dentist as well. The receptionist promised but never sent me even after visiting them back today. Not a professional experience we had Sorry guys..No answer yet its one year now

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe pain and bleeding in my tooth and called multiple dental practices, but none were able to accommodate me. Finally, I found Complete Smiles, and they fit me in for an emergency appointment despite their busy schedule. Negative experience: This place I was feeling very stressed recently I felt I was been robbed from this company, before we gave deposit I spoked to roshan he's the encharged that's what I know I did asked him if i can get my deposit back if i withdraw he said yes£16,000 pounds we gave deposit,before the treatment started our mind changed not to go further for the treatment, we want our deposit back,but roshan this man he really given me only £5000 pounds out of £16,000 deposit,for those who plan to book this clinic please don't do it go & find somewhere else I will not never to recommend this clinic to anybody is a disgusting place.

Fantastic experience: I started going to complete smiles last December. I am so glad I did! As soon as you enter, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I met Sanjeiv, CEO who went through everything with me, he was excellent. I then went on to meet Dr Cosimo who was doing the implant for me. He went through step by step with me and explained everything, really put me at ease, he was also excellent. I then met Dr Sadiyah who was excellent, I would highly recommend her, she is a first class dentist who I cannot recommend highly enough. Normally going to see a dentist is not something I would look forward to, but complete smiles have changed that for me! My overall experience with complete smiles was just brilliant, I will continue going there. I would highly recommend them. An outstanding experience! Easily a 10 out of 10 If you are in any doubt, give complete smiles a try, they will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cosmetic bonding on two of my front teeth. They did a great job of filling the teeth, repairing the damage, and making it all look natural. The cosmetic dentist made sure I was genuinely happy with the look before ending the appointment. I would definitely go again!

Positive experience: Dr Amrani is a true asset towards the team. I am currently undergoing an Invisalign treatment with her and would recommend her to anyone 10/10 service. She truly cares about her patients; I was worried about even entering a dentist, but she made it feel so welcoming. If I have a question, she’s always willing to help and from the beginning of my journey coming up to the final months, her expertise is what made a difference. I’m unable to give 5 stars at this current time due to a few issues I have faced with the clinic itself. I called the Clinic on Wednesday 17th April 2024 about losing an attachment and I wanted to reschedule my appointment + get the attachment added again as quickly as possible so I wanted to reschedule my appointment from Monday 22nd April to 20th April 2024. Unfortunately, the person over the phone said they’ll get back to me by Thursday as they need to contact the dentist and claimed that ‘there might not be appointments’ despite me looking at the website and seeing the majority of the timings being free. Fair enough, I waited until Thursday and got absolutely no call as claimed and I had to call them again on Friday. He said he wrote a note on my account and will 100% call me back which again, never happened. It’s truly saddening that there’s miscommunication and claims are not followed up. If you’re paying for a service, you expect good communication and again, I had my appointment on Monday 22nd April instead of the 20th which was a Saturday. I hope the clinic can check this as this isn’t the first time that has happened to me – I am willing to call about the situation. It's truly frustrating when you have an absolutely fantastic dentist like Dr Amrani who encourages their patients and lets them know they can book an appointment if they lose an attachment to having a receptionist/office who don't follow up with what they say..

Fantastic experience: I had complication with one of the dentist then management handled it really well and straight away referred me to Dr Sarah who is really wonderful and amazing. She continues my treatment adequately with my crown and filling. Her experience really high level and explained everything in detail to me before start the treatment she explained the risk or benefit of that treatment. I am a dental nurse myself in other practice so I can see how is good a dentist from my experience which she was something else. I recommend do your treatment with her, from filling, crown or even implant! She is professional and understandable. Negative experience: I was struggling from tooth ache since some days and taking ibuprofen was giving me relief, but I just thought to get a check from a dentist. I call for general appointment but was booked as emergency , I told them I am not in pain still they said because you were in pain we have to book you as emergency. I was told the consultation includes medication if needed, x ray and consultation. Afterwards they asked 50 pounds more for another x ray just to look whole of the jaw. She emphasised me to get treated for the tooth which was not bothering me ( she found swelling there also) I asked her I would think about it and requested for some antibiotics for which I was denied saying it wouldn't be helpful. I went here as it's close to my house and also the reviews were good but I really am confused now.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place despite the good reviews. The dentists offer treatments which may not be the best for you and charge a significant amount for it. Independent dentists/NHS dentists in the area are much cheaper and provide better level of service. The emergency appointment filling only lasted a couple of days and the next appointment to fix this, the filling only lasted one day. I had to wait over an hour for the dentist for the first appointment. They still refused to refund the full amount. I thought being a chain they have a higher level of service but I had to go back to a NHS dentist to fix what they did. I was seen immediately and the filling has already lasted longer.

Fantastic experience: I came in to see a dentist for extractions I was in extreme pain and was lucky enough to be booked with doctor Sarah I actually came specifically to see her as my friend sophie recommended her. She was so gentle and swift with the treatment carried out two surgical extraction and I was very comfortable throughout the treatment. Honestly it was an amazing experience. Positive experience: EDIT: Management has contacted me to apologize for this mistake and invited me again for the general checkup. I was happy with my 2nd visit, the dentist was very professional and thorough. The second General checkup was exactly as advertised and I have received full dental check up, 2 mini X-rays and a consultation. I was offered a treatment plan and a refund for the previous overpayment. I've sent my feedback directly to the clinic, but after 2 days with no response I have decided to leavey a review here. I have booked a general checkup for £25 and as advertised on their website it includes entire mouth checkup, 2 mini X-rays and consultation. Due to availability I received the appointment for the next day. When arrived, I explained to the dentists that one of my tooth has chipped off a bit but it's not painful and that I want to see what would be my option of treatment. I assumed that since 2 mini X-rays are included in the general checkup the dentist will be able to check current state of that particular tooth. But she insisted that this is now an emergency appointment and it cost £60. I've asked what is the difference, she explained that she will solely focus on that particular tooth and see what she can do. She mentioned emergency treatment 3 times, and I figured that she will be able to do some treatment during this appointment, I did not want to argue and agreed to the changed fee. But to my disappointment she only did one X-ray of that tooth and consulted about my options. There was no further treatment or actions done. So I feel a bit robbed off and confused why I paid £60 for just and X-ray and a simple consultation...The entire appointment lasted no more than 12 minutes..

Fantastic experience: An absolute gem! Dr Sarah is very experienced she did an amazing job, i came for bridge work and composite bonding. I felt really hopeless with my teeth and thought there was no hope but she really changed my life! I can’t stop smiling now! Negative experience: Firstly I have always had to wait longer than agreed appointments, with no apology from receptionist or dr. The first time I visited the surgery the receptionist asked me to leave a review and then called me three times to tell me to leave a review which was both strange and annoying. I had two fillings done a month ago, which one is causing me so much pain I struggle to eat and have cold drinks. I visited the surgery and explained the issue, they did not take ownership of the mistreatment/poor treatment but gave me reasons that they will not cover costs to remedy the problem. Reception very unprofessional, and in general unreliable surgery. I was planning to go for further treatments and repairs but will not return to this surgery due to poor treatment, communication and policy issues. Dentist: Sarah Mahgoub After leaving this review, the practice emailed me and “offered help”, so I replied and explained the poor treatment by the dentist and also reception. I even explained that I’m willing to go back to the practice to fix what they have done as long as it’s another dentist. However I have not heard back from them and will not be able to trust this practice. I have basically been charged to get tooth damaged by then and then got treated unfairly when raising the issue with them.
