Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a great experience here, from being greeted and helped by Nasra, their sweet, friendly receptionist to being seen by doctor AK who is very patient, caring and professional. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Só I just called to try and get an emergency NHS appointment as it states on the website that I can. The receptionist who sounded latin spoke very fast and said that I can’t do that as I need to call 111 and they’ll book an appointment for me, so then I turned to her and said that well the website does say I can’t, and she asked if I was a patient and I said no, and she said that well only registered patients can do that. I think this practice really has to teach their reception what the website says, I was looking to even do it private however this receptionist left a sour taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Dr AK has been amazing. Went in for a long overdue checkup initially and he supported throughout the necessary treatment, ensuring I felt comfortable and understood my options. Thank you also to the nurse Snow who assisted during my treatment, she was kind and caring. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Honestly, not worth the effort navigating the receptionist at this clinic. I called 28th April multiple times and did not get an answer. I called again on 29th April and the receptionist said she was too busy to deal with my call, and took my name and number to call back. Fine. Except she didn't call back. I call again on 8th May. The receptionist registers me and arranges an appointment for 21st May. I arrange work from home for that day, only to find out I have not actually been registered, and I don't have an appointment. Receptionist cites change of systems as the problem. Okay. I request to start again, register and make an appointment. Now I'm told no appointments and not taking new patients. I give up. What a colossal waste of time - its almost been a month since I started the process. I only wanted to register as it's local to where I now live, but based on this experience I'm happy to travel an hour to my old dentist practice that's reliable.

Fantastic experience: I had a dentist appointment with Dr Farah and I was very well looked after! She offered excellent advice for me to continue looking after my dental health at home. She was able to give me advice without being rude or condescending which I’ve experienced with other dentists in the past. She was also able to fit me in for a hygienist clean at the same time as my appointment. Nasra at reception was fantastic, she made me feel very welcome and left a great first impression. After many years of looking for a dentist, I’m glad to have found my new home.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a NHS patient here for several years and fully recommend. I attend dentist and dental hygienist appointments a couple of times each year. The service is good and you receive timely reminders for appointments.

I received excellent care, thorough explanations, treatment options to choose from, and not a hint of judgment for the state of my teeth when I came. I will recommend this practice to others in the area.

Negative experience: !! Attention to all people that have any semblance of common sense, please read this! The positive ratings are not real and if they are then we must be living on two different planets, however, I digress. I had an EXTREMELY disappointing experience with the receptionist at this clinic. Not only is she rude and dismissive, but she also fails to properly explain important terms and conditions. I was booked for a scale and polish without being informed that it wasn’t covered under the NHS treatment, now leaving me locked out of the NHS appointment system because I couldn’t afford the unexpected £75 charge. Instead of offering any understanding or clarification, she was CONDESCENDING and unhelpful, then abruptly hung up the phone. If this clinic cares about its patients and reputation, they should reconsider who they have as the first point of contact. Patients deserve clear communication, respect, and at the very least, basic empathy, compassion none of which were shown here. I won’t be returning and I advise everyone else that is reading this to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I rang the surgery to enquire whether they were currently accepting NHS patients. On being told "yes", I then wanted to make an initial appointment for a check-up, which I assumed would be the standard process before discussing a treatment plan. However, the receptionist was insistent on asking me for further details before then telling me that I needed to have a course of treatment which is not available on the NHS, and it would have to be booked at the outset! Whilst this course of treatment may be necessary in the long term, I was surprised that it was the telephone receptionist rather than a dentist who was the initial decision maker on my treatment needs (without me being offered an appointment). She was uncompromising, dismissive and rude, and literally told me to "take it or leave it"! I decided to leave it - absolutely awful customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: I love my dentist Farah Majid. She is a lovely person who can hold a conversation. She is very personable and can build a relationship with you while your in the chair. I feel like im going to see a honest friend. The receptionist Nasra is lovely too. Ive spent plenty times going in there and not leaving for quite a while. We always have a good chinwag before i go home. I feel safe and cared for here. I signed up here back in 2016 and i dont imagine changing anytime soon. Its a small little cozy place that feels right and clean when you enter. 5star from me. I always leave happy. I would recommend this dentist

Negative experience: Very friendly staff, very welcoming. ;) Updated review! I would give them 0 stars only due to their receptionist! I’ve been here a few times at this dental practice. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming but today I had the worst experience with her EVER! I appreciate you have a policy of informing the practice 48hours, if you are unable to attend. However I do feel there should be a grace period! I’m 30 plus weeks pregnant, I’m not going to know 5 days or 48 hours in advance that I’m not going to feel fatal movements from my baby on the day of my dental appointment. My main concern was getting myself to A&E to see if my baby was alive. I informed the reception of this and I was told “if patients are unable to attend then we don’t want to see you again!” This is absolutely appalling, disgusting no consideration or empathy! So if you’re pregnant and have an appointment with this dentist and can’t attend because you need to go A&E to see if your unborn child is moving, go to your dentist appointment first before you go to A&E otherwise they don’t want to see you again! Vile behaviour, unprofessional! Also I did call the next day to explain the situation but I was on hold for over 20mins!

Negative experience: I had a negative experience with this dentist and I feel there are areas that need improvement. The receptionist's demeanor was a concern as I found her to be rude and lacking in respect. I hope that the office can address this issue in order to provide a more positive experience for their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Majid has always done a fantastic job with my teeth, including a root canal and whitening that saved a tooth I was previously told would need removing (7 years ago and it still looks great). The receptionist is also lovely and I have never had trouble rearranging an appointment with a couple of days’ notice.

Negative experience: When I made the appointment, I was told that I would be receiving a text message reminder, and that at that time, I would be able to reschedule or change the appointment. I received the text message reminder yesterday. Since I hadn’t heard back, I called the receptionist this morning. The receptionist was volatile and hostile, and spoke in a very angry tone, denying that she had advised me as such, saying that she had been with the company a long time and had never advised otherwise. I very clearly remember the receptionist saying that I could reschedule when I received the text message. Most importantly, the behavior of the receptionist and her tone of voice has utterly terrified me. I work in Human Resources, and I find that tone of voice unacceptable to use on anyone, let alone a client. I calmly advised her that I would not be willing to argue with her, and that I would like to speak to someone else, at which she became hysteric. I now no longer feel safe walking into a clinic with such a volatile individual.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this practice my whole life, almost 30 years, under different dentists. The dentist is great, very professional, however the booking system, communications and administrative side of things is appalling. I cannot understand why there is no email response, online booking system, or even a phone system which works properly. It cannot be that difficult or costly to implement.
