Fantastic experience: Lovely team I always see Alisha and recently got visited by Alex, both super professional and lovely. They are very clear and easy with their explanations and next steps all the time.

Fantastic experience: They are so KIND, gentle & the appointment system is swift; reminders always sent. Dr Sam Reid is not only a genius dentist; but his genuine rapport with his nurses brings about a sense of security & trust while you’re in his chair. Can’t fault.

Positive experience: Absolute night mare place, went to have my teeth cleaned this morning which my dentist had told me to ....... then got charged!!!!! However when I complained to the boss she was fantastic and really understanding and waived my charge. So started off bit stressy and then with great customer service was resolved. Thankyou Louise!!!!! This is another reveiw for 14th january 2025. I had a clean treatment which was sooooo painful but thats just because ive got sensitive teeth. Once it was over though they felt really squeeky clean and Mr Avery guided me on how i should keep my gums healthy. Overall nice and quick and the dentist(Mr Avery) was pleasant in his manner. I went back on 3rd February coz i had toothache and the dentist gave me some antibiotics, which ive just started so hopefully theyll work ! Fabulous service I’ve just seen my dentist again for a hegeine clean and I had some questions about my mouth wash and he really helped with his advice and his assistant kindly recommended one that would suit. And this time it didn’t hurt nearly as much. Overall very successful appointment. Thanks Ross and your team

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible service every single time, i have been registered here for a good few years and now my children are seen here also, as a mum of children with additional needs i found it incredibly hard to find a dentist that my children felt comfortable with but Dr Alex King is so understanding and has made a real effort to make sure my children have a pleasant experience, now they are more than happy to visit the dentist! Highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Paddock Dental Centre in Handforth. I avoid going to the dentists, strong fear of them, but I've been attending the Paddock Dental practice since it opened, it's very clean, well organised, the staff at reception are approachable, rearranged my appointment when I got mixed up with another appointment on the same day, the dentists are great, explain everything to me, didn't even scare me, I needed an xray, that was booked for me, thankfully it's a new xray system, tooked about 30 seconds, doddle. I still have a fear of dentists, but it's due to treatment from dentists in the 1980s, this Dental practice are the complete opposite of previous dental surgery's, thankfully.

Fantastic experience: The final stage of fitting my implants was carried out today by Alex. From the start the process was carefully and thoroughly explained and quoted for. It was also explained all the way through the treatment. I always had total confidence that every step from extraction of the old teeth to the preparation and final fitting of the implants was in competent expert hands. Over all the years I have been going to Paddock Dental the excellent and friendly staff have always been able show that they are able to carry out both the mundane and more involved dentistry. Fantastic experience: Filling fell out. Got an appointment within a few days. Aware that the tooth was fragile and might not be a simple fix. However the dentist was very good. He put in a temporary filling and discussed options for a more permanent solution and I felt I had a decision in that and we agreed on a way forward. Happy days!

He provided first class service, made me feel at ease with full explanations given at every stage, giving me total confidence in my treatment given by Alex. Very polite and courteous, a great experience.

Negative experience: Exactly one month and one day since my visit 10th Feb 25 Mr King carried out the consultation. During that consultation being a person of colour I can only presume that was the reason Mr King asked about my heritage and wanted to know where my parents were from originally and him giving the explanation of why I had gaps particularly in my lower teeth. Apparently, Mr King said people from the Caribbean had gaps in their teeth!! I found the experience extremely humiliating. I went home and told family and friends who unanimously agreed this was discrimination. Never in all my years have I been questioned in this manner. I waited some weeks before posting this review and gave careful consideration before doing so especially after the failure of the promised treatment and recommendation were never emailed to me, has led me to the conclusion that the negative and prejudicial consultation was never going to be carried forward. Thank you Mr King for the embarrassing, unnecessary and humiliating consultation. I now understand you had no intention of treating me. Have reported this to the regulator.

Fantastic experience: Saw Hugo yesterday and he ‘fitted’ screw into lower jaw ready for implants to be fitted next year. He explained every action he was taking and, although it was somewhat painful, I understood what I had to do in the following days. He prescribed antibiotics for 3 days and told me to rest, eat yogurts and ice cream for those 3 days - easy to do. I can highly recommend Mr Pinto for implant surgery

An emergency appointment was scheduled within a day of my call, and I was seen again the following day for further treatment. The team was always available to offer advice over the phone and provided clear explanations of my options, including the pros and cons of root canal treatments, as well as NHS and private services. Dr. Cain Coots was outstanding - friendly, professional, and highly skilled. His approachable manner and talent put me at ease throughout. Dr. Jelena Sinagina, the endodontist, was equally impressive. Her experience, skill, and focus were evident at every step of the treatment. The professionalism and care I received from the entire team were second to none. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of excellent dental care.

My 8-year-old son needed to have a tooth extracted, and they ensured he felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the process.
