Fantastic experience: I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed with Jas and the treatment he gave me. My NHS dentist told me that my tooth was beyond repair as well as the root. It had a cap, it was root filled and had a hole in my tooth. It would have to come out soon. Google said a root filling can be repaired and your reviews were 5 star so I came for a second opinion. Jas saw me twice on the same day and after an hour or so of hard work it looks and feels like a new tooth. To say I was happy would be an understatement. Nobody likes to lose a tooth and I am really, really impressed with the treatment and all the information that Jas gave me. What a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: The Dentist and receptionists are excellent they are warm, friendly and experienced, I can recommend the surgery and the Dentist Mansiba Fabiha, they all do excellent work, I also like the time they spend talking to me as though I have been friends with them for ever, so friendly! great job everyone.

Negative experience: Would give it zero stars if I could. This is for the receptionist who answered the phone this morning. I called to ask how much it would cost to get braces removed. Yes, I would’ve been a new patient, but that’s still a perfectly normal question. Right away she hit me with a rude and condescending tone, saying it would be “sooooooo expensive” and acting like I was asking for some top secret dental job. She actually said “we can’t do that” and I was just sitting there like…I literally asked for a price of removing braces? that’s it? i’m sure your clinic remove braces all the time? and mind you i do know some clinics only do it for patients they began treatment with, but with quite a few that’s not the case and if it was she could’ve said so but that’s not what happened, she was leading up to saying that nobody would remove the braces but where i originally got them which was abroad, that was a lie. I even explained that I’d already spoken with other clinics and they said they’d be able to do it and i just wanted a rough estimate of the price so i can choose what works best for me. She didn’t seem to care. She just started speed talking about how there are “soooo many steps” and kept repeating that one appointment alone would be £300 (clearly wasnt talking about a braces removal appointment since she kept talking like id need multiple appointments and that there’s “sooooooo many steps” like it’s an infinite amount of steps and she couldn’t even say what they were). She said it multiple times for whatever reason. I tried explaining that most clinics do a consultation first, which is usually around £40-£80, and then quote for the actual braces removal. But she wasn’t listening. I wasn’t even asking about continuing treatment, just the removal. Not that deep. She never gave me an estimate, which honestly wasn’t surprising at that point. It felt like she’d already decided I couldn’t afford it based on how I sounded over the phone. She should seriously consider a job in finance with the way she judged my bank account using pure psychic ability or whatever it was she had going on. It honestly gave me the movie “Pretty Woman” vibes, the scene where Julia Roberts tries to shop and the staff decide she’s not worth their time. Super welcoming vibe you guys have going on. Really.

Fantastic experience: Dentist was brilliant and so patient with me for a difficult 3 tooth extraction. I was so nervous and her and her assistant made me so at ease talking to me and checking on me throughout. Another dentist wanted to refer me to get put to sleep but she didnt want me wait so attempted with just numbing. Extracted perfectly no dry socket no infection and healing really well.

Fantastic experience: Visited today for a check up. I have to say, it was one of the best dentist experiences I've had in decades. I was seen by Dr Mansiba Fabiha. She was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. She did my check, explained the problems I have and all the options that were available to me and the costs of each treatment. She showed genuine care for my health and took her time to explain all the problems in details, including how they can get worse in the future. I highly appreciate the advice she gave me and the treatments she recommended. I have a mixture of NHS and private care. We discussed all options and what's most appropriate for me. These days getting quality dental care under NHS is a myth. Dr Mansiba is a testament that good care is still available, you just have to find the right place. Highly recommend this practice and Dr Mansiba Fabiha. Thank you for your top notch service.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this dentist. From booking my appointment to treatment all was 10/10. Staff were friendly & professional and the clinic was clean and bright.

Positive experience: I was called in about 5 mins after my appointment time (hence 4 stars rather than 5) by Lucinda the hygienist. I have been seeing her for some years now and really trust and like her. She does a good job.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here twice and all the awards they’ve won are justifier. Make you feel really comfortable, non judgemental, great staff and a great clean too (for my teeth). If you haven’t been to the dentist for a long time like me, I recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: On arrival, I had a warm greeting from the Receptionist. I was then seen by Simone who explained everything in great detail. Xrays were also taken of my teeth which highlighted that I would actually need braces rather than envisalign. I was also given a pricing list of what the cost would be. Very nice place. Clean and as mentioned very friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: So we been comeing to the dentist for few years now, my son is scared of the dentist, he had his teeth pulled out last time so this time he was to scared them to let them look his mouth his anxiety is high and he was crying he was nervous, I also don't feel it was very good to pull them teeth in front of my 4 year old daugher while I was pregnant the 1st time this time I was with my 6 month, also I had to climb the stairs with the 3 kids, so was not the best experience...

Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome at the surgery. Maureen, the very friendly receptionist was my first point of contact. I then met Dr Will, a very charming and friendly man who put me at ease straight away. I'm not a nervous patient at all, even so I felt very much at home at the surgery. Dr Will explained all the options open to me for the treatment that I wanted, and accompanied by his very able assistant Edna, got to work straight away, laying the foundations for the upcoming work. I couldn't be happier. My treatment plan in simplistic terms is to get two fillings, braces fitted (train track type; I'm not vain) once the braces come off I'll have a permanent retainer fitted, then whitening and bonding should I wish. Maybe a year's worth of work.

Positive experience: Ive not been to dentist for a while sadly no nhs A very good an enthusiastic dentist very high tech cameras screens only reason not 5 star cos of cost but I dare say it's same everywhere woold have liked Seniors discount having said that a plesent experience for a dentist just not for wallet hope dosnt use a blunt needle when having tooth out for only 4 star

The doctor was fantastic with my kids—very gentle, patient, and made them feel completely comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the problem and the treatment options. You can really tell they care. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone, especially families with kids!

Negative experience: Friendly staff. Great service Update: my first appointment was okay as mentioned above. However, since then I booked my son's first dental appointment here, who is just under 2 years old. Firstly when booking the appointment, the receptionist was quite rude to me. Subsequently my son came down with Strep A on the day of the appointment and we ended up in hospital. I had to call the dentist to cancel quite last minute as a result. Because it was his first appointment, the dentist said he could no longer be seen at the practice. I think its very cruel to punish a toddler who had just been through a horrible ordeal in hospital and, through no fault of our own, resulted in an inability to attend the appointment. What does the practice suggest a parent do in this instant? Go to the appointment with a sick child? Or not go to the hospital? It's crazy that there is no understanding for children, especially very young ones who often get sick suddenly. The state of NHS dental care in this country is clearly in disarray and as a result, children get punished. Now he will have to go on a waiting list again at a different practice. Hopefully one that doesn't punish children.

Fantastic experience: Today I am very very happy about my Dentist. Mr Singh done to my all of teeth miracle. They calling cosmetic surgery i suggested to everyone got similar problems see this Mr Singh he and nurses are very very kindly helping me and give me full support. Negative experience: Always very disappointed not good with SEND child at all. Took money from Autistic vulnerable adult who received free treatment partial refund offered but she has to do back to get it. Now refuses to see part of the family as the dentist cancelled appointments and time has lapsed due to extreme personal circumstances. Hate the fact there are no other options. This should not be allowed to happen.

The receptionist have been consistently nice and polite, they have always squeezed me in when I’ve needed an emergency appointment. My dentist was phenomenal, dr Jaspreet Singh. He’s so understanding and patient with me. He knew how anxious I was at the start and has done my treatment at my pace. He has even missed lunch to try and give me appointments. I would highly recommend this surgery!

Mansion Fabiha and Agnes were both so professional and reassuring and what I loved is their tailored care and attention. Fantastic experience: I had really bad nerve injury and urgently needed a route canal, there were no appointments available but Dr Jas saw how much pain i was in and managed to fit my in between his existing appointments, he advised me well on what the different treatment options were and what would work best for me. The chosen treatment went smoothly and my pain was gone within a few days ! Excellent service !

Fantastic experience: I had my composite bonding completed about two weeks ago and so far so good. I'm happy with them, the work that was done and the service and continuous service going forward. My procedure was complex but they can really make you smile again with confidence. My procedure was longer than usual but you also make me relaxed with a blanket, pillow for back support and soothing music in the background to make the procedure feel short. Negative experience: I find the staff unwelcoming and rude! Very looks so miserable. When you have have to take to kids to the dentist they see this and wonder why hate the dentist! Not happy !

Fantastic experience: Just completed my treatment with Dr Will Holmes including Invisalign, whitening and composite edge bonding. The whole process was months quicker than anticipated. The service was seamless and I felt really well looked after. I'm so pleased with my smile after the composite bonding. He spoke to me about all the options and when we actually did my teeth I am really happy with the result, they look natural and my gaps have been filled. Jas has been amazing despite my needle phobia he listens and always attends to me so gently with compassion. I regularly come for check ups and cleans and am not frightened they staff are so welcoming.

Negative experience: Got a filling which went fine until it fell out 6 weeks later which is over their warranty apparently. Booked another appointment to have it checked (which I had to pay £39 for the deposit despite the fact I'm in agony) then I had an emergency and had to reschedule my appointment... and they want to charge me for another deposit! Absolutely outrageous. Especially considering both times I've been there they have called me up before my appointment and asked me to come earlier to which I did in order to help them out. Clearly they do not believe their customers deserve the same courtesy. Awful "computer says no" attitude. I shall cut my losses and go somewhere that does not try to take advantage of people's goodwill.

Fantastic experience: Jazz and his nurse are amazing , I am a very anxious person at the dentist I have had a problem with one of my teeth for about 12 years , I left it ending up with an abscess at the very stop of my gum I was petrified to have it extracted. They made me so calm and he did an amazing job . I now feel so relieved :)
