Negative experience: It’s a shame when patient go for normal checkup and dantist tell advocate them about private treatment.If a patient need a service of plan treatment and that is available in private they force them to go and book privately though they need it on NHS . All Dentiat should be supervised by government NHS staff . So far it looks there is no check on these dentist .

My dentist recommended Dr. Avani, and from my very first visit, I received clear and concise information about the results I could expect with braces. Everything—from the initial consultation to the aftercare—was handled with professionalism. Each appointment was conducted with care and attention, and I always felt comfortable asking questions about my treatment. All of my concerns were addressed thoughtfully, and the entire journey with my braces was smooth and reassuring. I'm now very happy with my teeth—they look their absolute best! I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Negative experience: Poor service, you can’t pay online and they demand your card details over the phone where manual payment is taken, otherwise your appointment is cancelled. Wrote them an email a month ago regarding my experience as a private dental customer, no response or acknowledgement. If you’re a private customer go elsewhere, there’s plenty more options available in the area.

Fantastic experience: Today I was seen in emergency Dr Shah did temporary dressing.Nurse working with him was very friendly and gentle.Receptionist Shaheen made the urgent appointment.

Negative experience: They charge 66£ for consultation and said the extraction or root canal charges would be separate I you want to do. They just give me temporary treatment and they didn't told me about extra money at that time. When I finished or leaving They said I need to pay more 54£ for the treatment. That's literally cruel and I can't afford that. I took the loan and I did before I leave. They even didn't realise my pain my condition

Negative experience: I do not recommend the place. My work was not fully completed on the day my appointment was. As the dentist had some other work, I was asked to come on another day to complete it and was asked to do the full payment without completing it. I had to wait for another weeks time, with my teeth half way done. I was very uncomfortable during the whole time and it was embarrassing to go outside without getting my front teeth fully done in one go. The receptionist did not even give an earliest appointment given the circumstances, which was really unacceptable and unreasonable. I still receive messages from this stupid place to book appointments stating my checkups are due after providing very unprofessional service by a person called Brian Simmons, who ruined my teeth may be a year ago. On immediate effect I want my data be removed from your system as I would never use unprofessional place like yours and would not recommend anyone to you.

Positive experience: Receptionists need a crash course on how to provide a polite and respectful customer service and customer Care. It’s cost nothing to be polite and non confrontational. Attitude make all the difference. Dentist are great. That’s why I gave 3 stars. Update on April 2025 Service has improved went in and receptionist was polite and respectful without the attitude, she was great Actually and my Dentist is always superb. Fantastic experience: Just had 6 veneers replaced by my excellent dentist Jinu (apologies for misspelling) . He has done an excellent job for a very fussy patient! The veneers look very natural and are fitted perfectly. I'll be back for more work. Highly recommended at a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: Every single person working here is amazing. I had my braces few years ago and these people supported me throughout. They all were very helpful. My teeth had a problem and many other Orthodontist refused to help me but the staff at Dental Solutions not only took me in, but resolved the issue with my teeth first and then went ahead with the procedures. I lost my retainers recently and I got quick appointment with the Ortho. Sorted in no time.

Negative experience: Been with them for long time as a NHS patient. Needed to extract a tooth urgently and had to do it private. Dentist was good and friendly. After that they chuck me out as a NHS patient. I could still be their private patient. But I need to be NHS aswell because it's my right. But I guess they are more into making the money than providing the care.

Negative experience: I have always been satisfied with the care provided by the dentist, I was disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist. I was given the wrong appointment date, and when I arrived on the incorrect day, I was told I had missed my appointment. The receptionist informed me that I missed another appointment, I would be removed from the patient list. while I was trying to explain to her and asking her questions in a calmly manner, she started getting leary and giving uncalled attitude shouldn't be working as a receptionist then. Honestly ruined my day considering that I have been a loyal patient for 14 years. I know I'm not the only one who experienced this. So unprofessional.

The receptionists on the other hand need to liven up. They are all very nonchalant, appear uninterested and quite frankly just don’t care. Not very welcoming as the face of your business.

Negative experience: Had appointment booked for 9am told I'm first patient to be seen by Amir. I was not seen till 9.25am dentist walked in at 9.15am.Took another patient before me....really!! how does that work to be booked in for 9am?? Also if I was running late I would get a big lecture by receptionists.....Sort yourselves out!!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend doctor amir more, i recently had a root canal with him and he made sure to give me an understanding of the procedure beforehand so I’d be aware of what was going to happen as well as making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure by repeatedly asking me if I was okay. I felt no pain during or after the procedure . The nurse Saba was also very kind.

Fantastic experience: Dr H Shah has been my dentist for nearly 30 years. He is an absolutely fantastic dentist. He takes time to examine you and gives you a detailed explanation of your treatment plan including options (if appropriate). I can't recommend this dentist enough. The 5 star is for this specific dentist, not the practice. Shame the practice is squeezing out NHS patients. You get kicked off the list if you don't attend in a year and there is no getting back on the NHS list. They're only taking private patients.

Negative experience: The staff including my regular dentist Dr Shah and hygienist Rimsha, as well as the receptionists are all excellent and do an amazing job and I 100% recommend this dentists! The reason for my 1 star review is because every time I book my next hygienist appointment (6 months in advance) I pay in full - once I come in for my appointment I am told the prices have since increased and I am then badgered to pay extra! As a business owner myself I could never imagine taking payment from a customer in full and then asking for more 6 months later - it is extremely unprofessional and very bad business practice. I have never experienced anything like this! Rimsha is amazing at her job and she is the only reason I continue to come back. Dental Solutions head office please review your policy this is not ok to treat customers like this - please explain why you are charging me twice for a service I have paid in full for?

Negative experience: This dentist is rubbing, every one is lazy in this clinic, they are not happy do the specific treatment for patients, they refer you to other hospitals for treatment, instead. And the main thing one of their new receptionist is so rude , she doesn’t know how to do the receptionist job , how to talk to people, they all are sitting and sipping tea. Better is go another dentist somewhere, who has educated staff .

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the exceptional care my sister, Suhaila Akbari, received from Dr. Poonam Julka. Despite Suhaila's other medical issues, Dr. Julka expertly crafted a perfect denture and skill fully extracted four troublesome teeth with minimal discomfort. Her professionalism, gentle approach, and compassionate care made all the difference. Dr Julka treated Suhaila with incredible care and love throughout the process. Though we are sad to see her leave for another place, we know her new patients will be in the best hands. Dr. Julka’s dedication and kindness will be greatly missed. I wholeheartedly wish her the best in her career and life.

Negative experience: My experience with Dental solutions is so bad I can't explain in my words. Basically they are doing froude to the customers thay takes all payments in advance on the phone but they are not doing their job properly. I did book appointment with teeth hygienist but with in 20 minutes she finish her job she said time is finish I said my teeth not clean yet she said she can't do anymore because time is finish. My advice to all other countries is that don't book appointment with dental solutions it's waist of time and money. Lots of dental clinics are in London try to them but don't book appointment with this dental solutions at illford Lane London.

Negative experience: Terrible service from Brian. Saw him last year for dentures, which didn't fit well, but due to illness was unable to see him. Recently was able to have a checkup only to find he's unable to help me and blames my own mouth! Which is disappointing to hear - didn't seem too keen on helping me. I am a pensioner and have paid for a bad service. Will not recommend.
