Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, all staff are friendly & polite. My dentist Mr Davood Rezaie Dastjerdi & hygienist Ingrida Stulaite are the best, they’re both super friendly & knowledgable, and are a credit to the practice. I have been a patient here for years now and have never had an issue, always can get appointments and have had staff go above and beyond to get me an emergency appointment when I had an infection in my gum back in March. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Staff including Dr.Davood have humiliating behaviour, especially with NHS patients. Their systems sent spurious emails. Dr. davood tried several times to delay my wife’s treatment during her pregnancy without satisfactory reason. Rude guys.

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely dental phobic and as such haven’t been for a long time due to a filling falling out I knew I had to go. The dentist I saw was amazing. I explained my phobia and my triggers (whilst crying like a baby). She did not rush me she listened to me and reassured me. She tailored the appointment around what made me most comfortable and explained everything step by step. She gave me several options for treatment and gave me time to think and adjust to what was happening. Thank you so much Chanel Nesar For you patience, understanding and kindness. I wish I had a dentist like you when I was a child as I may not be so terrified in my adult life if I did.

Negative experience: Shocking treatment of a nervous patient who missed an appointment due to anxiety. They were waiting outside for someone to help them in but there was no answer on the phone. When they have tried to rebook they were told that no more rebookings for this patient. Thats the state of the NHS

Fantastic experience: I've been using this Dental Practice for many years and cannot review it highly enough. The Practice Manager, Debbie, is very professional and will do her best to help you, but more than that she is kind and empathic , just what you need as an anxious patient. I'm lucky enough to have Miss Shivani Patel as my dentist. She understands my anxiety and always puts me at ease. I would let her do any kind of treatment on my teeth! Fantastic experience: Best dentist EVER! I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dentistry, but the staff on the desk are friendly and welcoming and my dentist is just wonderful. He’s gentle, greets me by name when I enter the room and he puts me at ease with friendly chat before he starts. I no longer worry about trips to the dentist, and though I wouldn’t say I look forward to my 6 monthly check up I definitely don’t dread them anymore. Thank you to everyone at the practice for being so understanding.

Fantastic experience: I'd split a tooth in two forward and backwards. To remove it because the root was curved took 25 minutes. At no time did I feel pain, or discomfort even though the dentist that removed it could give a Russian weight lifter a run for his money. All in all a Very professional experience.

Positive experience: I have no faith in my dentist here. And there's been an issue with their "NHS rules". After my filling, which has not been done correctly, they refuse to see me again without charging me again (check up, and then filling fee, again) because I left it too long to contact them. Problem being, nobody told me there was a 2 month cut off date, and I had a death in my family so it got left a little longer than I planned. No consideration was shown. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: The reception desk staff gave me an iPad to fill out multiple forms for myself and my kids and then got impatient when I hadn't finished in time. The public areas were really worn and unclean. I told my kids not to touch anything because it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was in a very awful state and not clean either. Again, I told my kids not to touch anything. The treatment rooms seemed fine in terms of cleanliness. Worn but not dirty per say. The dentist forgot to apply fluoride to my kids' teeth. Luckily my daughter remembered before we got into the car to leave. Otherwise the service was good. The Dentist was calm and gentle with my kids which is the most important thing. But, again, the public areas are in desperate need for a cleaning / updating.

Positive experience: The Dental Surgery is not only handy for where i live but the relationship between staff and patient is a friendly one. I am treated with respect and care. I see a Dentist called Jai and he is very thorough and caring of my needs and being comfortable when i am in the chair having treatment. Debra is the Practice Manager and is usually available if there are any problems and i would recommend the practice to others.

Positive experience: Welcoming efficient professional But no obvious place outside to lock my bike.

Negative experience: Don't answer the phone and when I finally managed to get through receptionist was rude. Got a call back from another receptionist the next day after they picked up my message and they were also rude.

Fantastic experience: Finished my treatment excellent from start to finish each appointments I was explained what will happen at the next visit had total of 4 visits in 6 weeks to complete all my treatments I’m very happy very friendly staff as well

Fantastic experience: Had three teeth removed by Mr Akeel Mosea, very informative, precise and caring. Does not engage in small talk just gets on with the job. Next stage is in three months to have a scan and discussion about sinus uplift and implants. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
