Negative experience: Shocking visit to this practice today. Went for an Invisalign consultation, they thought we booked for implants- no scan done which was supposed to be included- we were then recommended a ‘cheap’ fix of paying for Invisalign to then result in and under bite. Laughable!!

Fantastic experience: Today I saw Dr. Rami and his assistant for the removal of a wisdom tooth. How respectful he was towards myself listening and taking into account my concerns. Refreshing to meet a dentist that treated me as an individual and listening to my needs. He only administered the minimum amount of anesthetic as I requested next to the tooth I felt no pain and although it was extremely difficult for him to extract he was very careful and patient and did not rush constantly checking if I was in pain. Which I was not at all. He successfully removed all of the tooth and roots and within 2 hours the anesthetic had worn off completely my jaw is a little sore but I don't require painkillers and I can feel all of my face no uncomfortable numbness and dribbling when I drink. I very highly recommend Dr. Rami and his his assistant wonderful Lady also very kind and caring and professional. How Refreshing to have a brilliant dentist that actually listens and uses minimal anesthetic not a whole capsule full and more which would have left my face numb for days, but just the right amount to extract one of the largest if not the largest tooth in anyone's mouth. If at anytime I needed more anesthetic I could have asked he was so professional and concerned but I did not require anymore. Highly recommended the best I've seen in many many years.

Fantastic experience: I had been self-conscious of my front teeth since they were damaged as a child, and decided to get crowns, veneers and whitening with GM Dental. Everyone is warm and friendly, and puts you at ease from the start. I felt very supported with regular check-ins, and the focus was always on what I wanted to achieve (the minimum work needed to achieve a natural result and hide the damaged teeth). My dentist Jai is incredible; she has worked wonders and gone above and beyond to give me the best possible results. I'm very grateful for all her hard work, patience and kindness. Thank you also to Shekina and the other nurses, the receptionists and the technicians, who have all been so accommodating, hard-working and lovely. I love my smile now, and will continue to use GM Dental for anything needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant care compassionate lovely people made you feel comfortable very caring a big shout out to the fantastic dentist Dr Pedro and wonderful dental nurse Lekshmi. I would especially like to point out that everything was explained in great detail but in an understandable format. Any questions I had were answered and both Dr Pedro and Nurse Lekshmi had amazing amounts of patience and were both willing to answer as many questions as I had. I should also mention that the procedures I’m having are quite complex and will take nearly a year to be finish but I have every confidence in their ability and I’m sure all the care given will be done in a professional caring manner. Fantastic experience: Had my first time visiting GM Dental and straight away I was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly, the hygienist Roshan and nurse Shelina who completed my cleaning were very nice and reassuring as we discussed a treatment plan for me, next to nothing pain and any discomfort I did feel Roshan stopped and kept asking if I was okay which was very nice. Positive experience: They're ok but still feel little bit outdated compared to European standards. I was quite disappointed with the treatment my son received. The dentist didn't use loupes neither microscope, refused to give my son local anaesthetic and filled his tooth with only temporary filling and asked me not to floss his teeth around the treated tooth (leaving food and bacteria to create more problems in the future). When he finished with the filling he didn't even check with my son how it feels in his mouth, whether it is too high. Only after I insisted he checked, and of course the filling was too high so he had to bring it a bit down so it's not ao high- it looked to me like he really didn't want to take time to do his job properly.

Fantastic experience: I went to G & M Dental and Implant Centre back in 2023. I had an old, worn bridge that I received on the NHS when I was a teenager. After a long waited patience, and with Dr. Jens and other expertise opinions, I've finally got a smile I have always dreamed of. I've now come to the end of my treatment, and it has been worth every step a long the way. If it weren't for Dr. Jens and Nurse Lekshmi, I think at times I definitely wanted to quit, and I'm beyond thankful that with their knowledge and support that I felt very comfortable with every step. The practice is extremely clean all over. The reception team is also extremely friendly and will alter, change, and help with anything that they can.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the service and staff at GM Dental. I have only recently joined the practice, but I have already had a few positive experiences. The dentists and hygienists are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain everything to me before proceeding with any treatment. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating, and they always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Update - I have now been with this dentist for a couple of years and the level of service they provide has been consistently excellent.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this clinic were the loveliest people! I looked forward to all of my appointments because of them. Angela never failed to make me feel incredibly welcomed since day one. Lauren was ever so kind and accommodating. They both went above and beyond to ensure my treatments were booked accordingly and for that, I am so thankful. Most of all, I am so so grateful to Dr Jai who was not only the most fantastic dentist, but also the most genuine and warm person! She ensured I felt comfortable and eased any concerns I may have by giving thorough explanations. She truly made me feel so safe and taken care of, alongside her kind nurse Shehina. I recommend this clinic; it was the best decision to do my Invisalign treatment with them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent consultation from GM dental in Strood. I came to enquire about implants and was met by Cheryl who was lovely. She went through what would be happening at the consultation very thouroughly. I met Shreyas the implantologist who took an Xray and explained what he could do for me, excellent advice and explanation. All I can say is I was really impressed with the service and I am considering the options given to me. I would really recommend GM. Angela on the front desk was also really welcoming. All in all brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Fantastic experience: I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.
