Positive experience: Wow what a brilliant service these people give I’m 63 years old and have been afraid of dentist since I was a child. I haven’t been for years because of my fear but the pain got so much I had to go. The young man who treated me was only in his early 30 I would say. but he treated me So well, that he made me feel very comfortable He explained everything my teeth were in a bad state. He took photographs and he took lots of x-rays. He made me feel like he told me everything that would happen he told me that he was going to take two teeth out straight away the one that was giving me trouble and another tooth that was bad. He gave me two or three injections. And within five minutes, both teeth had gone with very little pain his dental nurse was absolutely fabulous to. She kept asking me if I was okay lovely lady. I am going back in two weeks time for more work and I have no fear whatsoever. So sorry the dentist name escaped me but I think it was Assive so sorry for my spelling and pronouncation. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Kreate Dental - I had a long appointment with fillings from 9 until 12.30. The dentists caring for my teeth (Dr. Arezo and Sue) were so kind, comforting and made sure that I felt comfortable and not in pain the entire duration (they even let me pick the music).

Positive experience: The staff, service, and overall results have been consistently excellent — I can’t fault them on that. However, the timekeeping is persistently poor. I have never been seen at my scheduled appointment time, and delays of over 30 minutes are unfortunately the norm. It feels quite disrespectful of patients’ time and commitments. Regrettably, I may need to consider an alternative purely on principle.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service and treatment. From reception girls to nurse Shannon to the amazing Dr Emma. Practice is very modern and very clean. Highly recommend Dr Emma and the dental practice. Emma went above and beyond to get my treatment done on a tight time scale, any issues were solved quickly and efficiently. All staff are very friendly. I drive 30 minutes to get to the practice, but very worth it! Found a dentist im very comfortable with and trust her 1000%

Fantastic experience: Don’t know where to begin!! From the second I had my consultation with Mihir I was put at ease. I am such a nervous patient, so much that I sob in the waiting room! I was determined to get my teeth done for my wedding and I genuinely wouldn’t have been able to if it wasn’t for the patience and care from Mihir and all the staff! He took his time, explained everything to me, booked me in for extra time to allow for the tears and panic never thought I’d become a person whose excited to go back to the dentist for a check up and hygiene! Can’t thank you all enough!

Fantastic experience: Kreate Dental are a lovely team. It was second time visiting today and I was made to feel really welcome in having a filling completed. Dr Jodairi and her team were lovely and explained everything they were doing to my tooth including when the clamps were being added. It is really affordable and they offer great payment alternatives if you cannot afford all your treatment in one go. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else here as they provide a great service.

Fantastic experience: Visited Kreate Dental today for my regular check up. The whole surgery has undergone a huge make over and has a very modern feel with well equipped treatment rooms. My dentist did a very thorough check up and was able to offer lots of advice for looking after my teeth and gums. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Kreate Dental enough! I recently had composite bonding done on my teeth, and the results are absolutely amazing. My smile looks so natural, and the work is so seamless that you’d never guess I had any dental work done at all. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Emma took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. Her attention to detail and precision are truly impressive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about achieving the best results for her patients. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also has a warm, friendly and reassuring presence that made the entire experience enjoyable. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were equally friendly and professional. If you’re considering composite bonding or any other dental work, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Staff are great. Dr Emma is a fantastic dentist and so is Dr Arezo, I highly recommend both. They are very experienced and professional and has a great way with the clients. They give great advice.

Fantastic experience: Emma can not be faulted as a dentist or Shannon as the assistant . They both have a talent for engaging with their customers. They both always look after my elderly mother with greatest respect and care. Talk direct to her instead of me which seems to be a rare quality. Fantastic experience: Always been very wary and even scared of going to the dentist. However someone recommended this practice to me and I have not been disappointed. In fact I’m not even worried about going any more! Ben, the dentist I had, has always been so patient, gentle, thorough and truthful and I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. The receptionists and nurses are so friendly and make the experience almost enjoyable!

I had a hygiene clean today with Dr Rimi, and I have to say that she was so gentle with her cleaning that now all my anxiety has gone from visiting the dentist. Looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Got a filling off Emma and I’m no dentist but it went really well. Took an hour, which I was booked in for and I have no complaints. Can’t say much more about getting a filling as they aren’t they greatest but if I ever get one again I’m Going to Emma. She is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable along with her assistant, 5* for a dentist. She is very informative as I now know more about my teeth than I ever have.

Fantastic experience: After fearing the dentist my whole adult life, I felt it necessary to leave this review today. Today I had an extraction of a root that my previous dentist advised that my gum would have to be cut and that I would also need stitches. Not today.... After having numbing gel to my gum, then the injection after it was almost completely numb, the pesky root was removed once and for all. I was made to feel at ease and reassured the whole time. Top dental practice. Thank you for making me less fearful !!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently finished my Invisalign journey with Emma; in which I also had composite bonding and I’m extremely happy with the outcome of how my smile looks now. The whole process from start to finish ran very smoothly, Emma and both of her dental nurses Beth and Brodie were really helpful throughout too. As a whole the practice itself is very very clean and everyone is so welcoming. I’d recommend for anyone to go here for treatment and I’ll continue to come back for further check ups needed in the future etc.

Negative experience: Do NOT believe all the positive reviews of this place! Yes, they will be fantastic but God Forbid you get ill & have to cancel appointments at short notice on medical advice, this has happened to me & each time I explained the exact circumstances to the 'understanding' reception staff who empathised but did not ONCE mention their short cancellation policy on the phone. Now having been hospitalised & isolated under medical advice I am finally able to proceed with the dental treatment I pay a large amount monthly for I am informed by this practice that I have been charged £600 & "struck off" from the practice. Kreate dental, dentists or just money making pretenders?!!

Fantastic experience: Great dentists! Blinding service and all members of staff are friendly. Called at 9am this morning for an emergency appointment with an awful toothache. Seen by 12.30 and given what I needed to get me through.

Fantastic experience: Emma and Beth saw me today over concerns regarding a loose tooth. I from the bottom of my heart recommend these two or the whole practice for any one who suffers with any form of dental phobia. From mild to severe. I would say I was previously close to the severe scale. I was now say my dental phobia is 90% cured. It probably never will be due to suffering anxiety as a whole. But I will never go anywhere for dental work ever again!! Even if it means I move out of the area and have to drive hours to get there. I would happily go back and have every tooth removed tomorrow if Beth and Emma told me I had too. Their care was off the scale! My last tooth extraction at Photay dartford was horrendous to say the least. So much so I felt every moment of it. Emma and Beth spoke to me in such a calming reassuring manner. Nothing at all that was said that would make you feel embarrassed about your phobia. And I’ve had that experience with other dentists. Before they would commence my tooth extraction they explained all the reasons why it needed to be done. Asked if i wanted it done there and then. And then from that point. Administered the injections so carefully I barely felt any of them. And I had to have ALOT due to not feeling numb. (This is something I’ve always suffered with) Emma persisted with me along with Beth, to ensure that I was completely numb before starting the extraction. Even though the injection and numbing process in its self took a good 35 mins. The extraction its self was the most quickest pain free thing I’ve ever experienced. Honestly i stubbed my toe when I left today for my appointment. That hurt more. Please any one with any doubts about seeing the dentis. Have a chat with these guys. Pop in and see them and you’ll leave as happy as I have. I promise you that!!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with low self esteem due to the gaps and missing teeth in my mouth . As a result, I was never happy with my smile. However, this has all changed. This would not of been possible if I did not receive the brilliant care from Dr Roshini and her assistant Sharon. They have been incredible during my journey at Kreate dental which begun first in November 2021. Dr Roshini is always available to help me when needed and has listened to any of my concerns throughtout the process. If you need anyone with the knowledge and experience of giving you the best smile as possible. I highly recommend Dr Roshini. She is an expert in composite bonding and braces. I will continue to be under her as long as she does not retire anytime soon :D

Fantastic experience: Wow! Simply amazing clinic! Dr Rimi and Brodie cured my daughter's dentist phobia in 5 seconds! I'm speechless, they knew exactly what to say and explained to her every step of the treatment. She dealt just with the emergency problem I’d booked an appointment for although obviously seeing I had other work needed, but didn’t put any pressure on for me to get those things done. I will be back, and have booked another appointment already, and for someone who normally hates going to the dentist that’s saying something!

Fantastic experience: I have bitten the bullet and booked in for cosmetic dentistry after putting it off for many, many years. To date I've had a comprehensive consultation with Emily, felt very relaxed with her, at ease and have agreed to treatment within the next month. Emily comes across as totally professional, approachable and easy to relate to. The proof of the pudding will be in a few weeks time when treatment is complete.

Fantastic experience: For someone who literally hates visiting the dentist - I can’t thank the staff at Kreate Dental enough for making me feel at ease, explaining things thoroughly to me and most importantly, not coming away feeling like I’m being advised of dental work I may need just for the money aspect! I saw Dr Lee today and both he and his dental nurse (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) were both so lovely! Positive experience: Have been coming to this surgery since the previous owner so many years. Since it has been taken over it has been refurbished and is lovely, clean and modern. Cannot fault any of the staff at all. Always friendly, welcoming and the dentists take time to explain what they are doing. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because my appointments always seem to be around 30 mins late.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up and saw the dentist and hygienist. Thankfully all was good. Ben, the dentist was calming, not that I needed it. Very through. The hygienist was excellent. A very good job done. All staff as usual were polite and exceptional. The total cost was a surprise. More expensive than I expected? I'm sure this is what stops people from visiting dentists? This is so important for health.

However, the biggest compliment to Emma and Brodie is that my daughter who has significant special needs and has always been terrified of the dentist, is now finally happy to go and Emma has sorted her out from a girl who would not brush her teeth to now where she is happy to have them cleaned and looks after them herself. Fantastic experience: I came to Kreate Dental for the first time a couple of years ago for a filling and was treated by Dr Emma, who I remain with today. It is always so quick and easy to get an appointment. Emma is lovely, talks you through everything and always makes you feel at ease. All of the staff are amazing at what they do and the receptionists are always so welcoming and lovely. I have since gone on to have other treatments (including invisalign) and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I now live in London however I always come back to Kreate. I used to dread going to the dentist before I came to Kreate however now I look forward to my appointments!

I see Dr. Emma, and she is super friendly, apart from pulling my teeth out... she makes me feel super relaxed before we even get started, and then when she does, she constantly checks in with you to ensure you are ok. I visit as a private patient and don't think the prices are too unreasonable either.

Negative experience: Felt completely ripped off to be honest. Went in for an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth and a small scan was taken inside my mouth which clearly wasn't meant for spotting wisdom teeth ( it was too far back to be seen this way which the dentist must have known - wisdom teeth are always at the very back of the mouth!) so they took me to get a bigger scan done of the whole mouth without letting me know I will have to pay double what I came in for (I was only told by the receptionist as I was about to pay for the visit) I'm also told during the appointment it needed to be taken out but the dentist (Rimi Gill) herself for £180 said she can do it but if she can't during the prcodeure for example if the tooth crumbles (I asked why it would crumble she said if the tooth is rotten, which she also said mine was not so why say this then??) that she will then have to refer me to someone else who she explained does the exact same job but charges around £350. I'd rather not have it taken out than go through such an ordeal when I'm anxious already with dentists and having my teeth taken out let alone be taken out by someone who's not even confident in her ability to do the job she's qualified for. So I basically just got the message that she's gonna charge me her rates and pass me off with half a tooth and be charged someone else's rates on top!! Felt like they took me for a mug, safe to say I won't be going back!! I thought with all these amazing reviews I'd finally found a good dentist but no unfortunately. The only thing I benefitted from was the 'free' wisdom toothbrush (worth barely a couple of quid) the receptionist so kindly donated.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually leave reviews but I need to this time. I had pain in a front tooth for 2 weeks over Christmas and was absolutely terrified I'd lose my tooth. I had an emergency appointment with Dr Rimi Gill today. I was in an absolute blubbering mess but she was the kindest, most patient dentist I've ever seen. Her assistant Brodie was lovely too. They reassured me and explained everything. I now feel much better and am more confident that if anything was wrong with my tooth it would be sorted out. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I'm really scared of dentist as my last one butchered me I fount my experience fu with kreate dental really relaxing and the dentist herself was very informative towards me and the receptionists are very friendly even my sister was shocked at how good they were I know it's a bit of a ride but the dentist is amazing they are making en feel the needle going inme a set of teeth for me can't wait till I get um xx 4/11/22. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful visit to Kreate dental today, from the moment we arrived the receptionists were friendly and helpful and the dentist we saw, was so lovely she took her time to make the children feel comfortable and at ease! A fantastic practice.would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, needed an emergency appointment and they managed to fit me in on the same day. Dentist was lovely, explained treatment and dealt with problem efficiently.

Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointment, receptionist was very understanding and helpfull and arranged an appointment with Emma today, arrived with a very painful mouth, came out feeling so much better, only a temporary fix for now, but I have no hesitation about returning for my follow up appointment, would definitely recommend Emma, she explains everything she is doing step by step, and continually makes sure that you are feeling ok. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: The dental practice was very clean and tidy. Modern up to date equipment which gave instant results All the staff were professional, polite and knowledgable. Everthing was explained in great detail and I was impressed with the service, from reception, hygienist to dentist. No problem with car parking.I would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming to Kreate since just after his 1st birthday & he’s now 6. They have always been so polite and friendly, and I’ve never had any issues. My son sees Emma & more recently he’s seen Ben. Both are so nice, and he’s been completely relaxed with them both. I would throughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Emma used composite bonding to fix my teenage daughters smile. She was absolutely amazing. She colour matched it absolutely perfectly, and during the whole process she constantly checked that my daughter wasn’t in any discomfort. She did have a peg shaped tooth and also a skinny tooth at the front. Now she has a perfect smile. Emma is so meticulous and thorough, I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Just had my final crown fitting appointment and I cannot thank Dr Shah and his team enough. I recently had a throat operation and have great difficulty in swallowing so was extremely nervous, I shouldn’t have worried Dr Shah was very kind and patient , making me feel very comfortable and calm through the whole process. Fantastic experience: This morning I saw Chloe the hygienist assisted by Sue the dental nurse. I am a nervous patient and Chloe and Sue were so kind. Chloe talked me through my treatment and checked regularly I was ok. I certainly will feel less anxious next time I visit.
