Fantastic experience: Lovely clean dentist practice, didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Very up to date service, for example filling out forms on an iPad, I saw Dr Baljinder Dhaliwal she was so kind and informative, she really made me feel at ease with my Invisalign process.

Fantastic experience: Just completed the final fitting of my implant. This is 2nd one and it went as smoothly as the first. Vishal recommended removing an adjacent tooth, putting in a new implant and using base of existing implant so that I had 3 teeth spread across two posts. Feels great so far, but it's early days but I'm optimistic for the future of it. After a good experience the first time I was not as worried this time around. I would not waste money on any more crowns but go for the implant option as although more expensive, it is potentially a better long term solution in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Have recently joined confidential dental practice. I’m very happy with the care I have received in the first weeks of joining. I was given a thorough check up and scans on my first visit with Deepack. Had a visit to the hygienist Emily. Being a nervous patient they both put me at ease and explained everything during the appointment. Also noticed how they do late evening appointments and are so accommodating. No long waiting times. All the receptionists were welcoming too.

Fantastic experience: I rang the surgery this morning with raging toothache, I was seen today by Deepak-he identified the problem and began treatment there and then, explaining the procedure and ensuring my comfort at all stages.I cannot ask for more! Fantastic experience: Fantastic practice! I have discovered it when needed an emergency root canal treatment, when my usual places could not fit me in for at least a month. I was given an appointment on the next working day and saved from excruciating pain I was in! The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating. Dr Deepak is great at explaining the options and providing the best treatment. Not the closest for me to get to, but I don’t mind travelling from a further away to a place which gives me confidence I am getting the best service with the top products on the market and being very well looked after.

Fantastic experience: I called Confidental at 8am today, due to having pulled off my crown whilst flossing my teeth last night....♀️ Luckily I found it and desperately wanted an emergency appointment today to re-cement it (as it was at the front of my mouth). I am a very nervous dental patient. I got an appointment for later today and was SO grateful I had to take my 3 year old grandbaby with me. I saw Bali and her dental nurse and both were amazing, so calming and kind. The crown was refixed with no pain or fuss, and my little granddaughter watched on in awe and asked why I couldn't just put my tooth under the cushion for the tooth fairy..... Bali, invited her to have a ride in the dentists chair up & down and she got a princess sticker aswell. A great experience from my perspective and my little granddaughter left saying what a lovely time she'd had at the dentist's.....Definitely NOT something you hear everyday!! Confidental you are THE BEST...

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise or recommend Confidential dentist practice enough for the recent treatment they gave to my mum. Dr Vishal was calm, knowledgeable and put us both at ease. The extraction wasn’t easy, but Dr Vishal ensured mum was fine throughout. Mum has MS and uses a wheelchair which was accommodated and not seen as an issue which is refreshing. I have been a patient for over 20 years. Before joining the practice I was a dentist hater. Confidential has completely changed that. They always make me feel relaxed, from the lovely welcome to pain free treatment. If you are looking for professional, knowledgeable, pain free, adaptable dentist then I would highly recommend Confidential Dentist Practice for a five star treatment from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Just completed a full transformation with implants top and bottom with Sandeep. I am terrified of the dentist but the gentle approach, clear explanation and pain free treatment I have makes the experience one that I can do. As a result, I won’t have to face a future with bad teeth and/or I’ll fitting dentures. I can’t recommend the practice more highly. I now live at some distance but will keep them as my dentist whatever.

Fantastic experience: Having been particularly nervous, in fact terrified of dentists I was dreading my first visit. I was greeted warmly and the staff at confidental were so empathetic. I've needed several hygiene appointments over the last year where Katrina has been so wonderful. Taking time to reassure me and make sure it was painless and also gave a wealth of education to support me. Fantastic experience: An emergency visit with Deepak today after I lost part of a tooth. They fitted me in straight away, and did the treatment that was required without having to come back. I’m a very nervous patient but Deepak and his lovely assistant went above and beyond to explain every aspect of my treatment and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I dreaded the dentist for most of my life but the switch to confidental has been a life changer. I’ve now been going for around 8 months and in that time I have vastly improved my dental hygiene and even decided to get Invisalign which I couldn’t have imagined in the past. I’ve always been greeted nicely by the reception team. Sandeep is such a helpful, warm and professional dentist who puts you at ease from the minute he greets you in reception. He clearly explains everything and makes sure you’re calm and comfortable. Katrina as a hygienist is probably the nicest dental professional I have ever met - friendly, not judgemental, as well as being thorough!
