Positive experience: They were very attentive, I was extremely nervous, the dentist and the wonderful dental nurse assured me that if the procedure took longer, they were fine with that, they walked me step by step through what they were doing, and the appointment ended in hugs and laughter.

Negative experience: You shouldn't hire agency nurses who don't know what respect for patients is. This cheeky one laughed at me when I made a mistake in pronunciation, and when I pointed it out to her, she started rolling her eyes. And then she told me straight to my face that she wasn't laughing and wasn't rolling her eyes. And when I was leaving, I heard more cheeky words in my direction. It's a very unpleasant feeling when your pronunciation is being ridiculed. That's why I decided to give 1 star, think about who you are hiring. Respect is the basis in this business.

Fantastic experience: The only legitimate criticism that could be laid at Sara Oommen's door is her disarming youthful appearance. In short Sara is 'highly personable'. However her actions as a competent professional Dentist displays a high level of performance. A few of her qualities that I have noticed are her 'listening skills' where with me she has always managed to identify the source of the dental complaint. Then there is the manner in which she almost casually 'creates an efficient plan' to bring about a total resolution to the problem. Allied to this is a quiet but tenacious 'never say die attitude' and resolve to find the elusive answer despite any setbacks.. These skills and more are anchored down by her 'empathy' towards the customer with the clear objective for him or her to leave the 'Dental Practice in a far better state than they originally arrived. Fantastic experience: First impressions were great ,the place is easy to find,clean and welcoming. The receptionist was lovely and really put me at ease. Very efficient but in a relaxed way . Sarah the dentist knew I was nervous and was so kind and took her time to explain everything. I felt so happy when I left and will definitely make it a regular thing now. I've had horrific experiences with past dentists and I feel I've found one who is naturally emphatic . Thankyou highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Thank you Pooja Capoor for sorting out two broken crowns. I really though I had lost both teeth. I was referred to Pooja via recommendation. When I arrived, she told me she promised to help save my broken teeth. My treatment has been brilliant from start to finish. I have not had to worry. She took X-rays and 3-D scans of all my teeth. The saved moth my roots and was able to attached two new crowns to them. I am extremely grateful and the alternative would have been expensive implants. The treatment room very clean and the back ground music helped as I do not like pain. I'd also like to say the dental nurse that worked with Pooja (ANISHA JOSHI) was also brilliant. I will be recommending Pooja to others.

Fantastic experience: I started Invisalign at the end of January this year (2024) with Dr Pooja Capoor and have almost come to the end of my journey, I am now just wearing my retainers at night (November 2024). I had a very good experience, my teeth look good and I received very good care. I was also able to make flexible payments. I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Im new to this dentist I havent been in years I had an emergency and needed to get seen. My dentist Sneha Lopes is amazing! I had my first ever extraction under local anaesthetic may I say I was worrying for absolutely nothing didn't feel a thing. She's a star and a amazing dentist always makes me feel at ease when seeing her will definitely keep up with all my appointments.

Negative experience: I was asked to review my appointment - but I didn’t have one. I received a call saying that the dentist was running late and would call me later. I never received a call

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hussein Al-Tekreeti is a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. He is also very sociable and makes the patient feel comfortable throughout the consultation. One of the main advantages of Together Dental is that you can have the Examination and Hygiene Treatment in the same appointment. Definitely recommended.

Negative experience: I was not entirely happy with my last appointment. I was told he was going to clean my teeth, it took all of two minutes, and it wasn't until I got home I noticed my teeth didn't look or feel any cleaner!

Fantastic experience: I've recently joined together dental. I find all the staff very welcoming. I had a tooth that stuck out which I was very conscious about and didn't really like smiling but Pooja Kapoor made me smile again I had Invisaligns and now I have the biggest smile ever and it only took 10 months. My whole family have now joined Together Dental. I would highly recommend this dentist especially if you are as nervous as I was.

The overall process to book an appointment, confirm the appointment and arrive for the appointment was very smooth. My dentist, Sarah was great - she took time to talk through the procedures and made me feel at ease throughout. Would highly recommend this branch and will be returning for all my dental needs.

Negative experience: I will not return to this practice. Rude receptionist who shouted to me Your name! as I arrived. No eye contact. I replied Are you talking to me? She replied: Yeah, your name! I reported her disgusting behaviour to the dentist. No immediate follow up. At 5pm, I rang the practice to speak to the Manager. She had gone home. Have requested a call back tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Pooja a few times now and this includes my two children. She’s so friendly, happy, always smiling and welcoming. She tells you exactly what needs doing and is upfront with costs. I really would recommend her as well as Together Dental as a whole. Appointments are easy to come by and phones answered quickly

Pooja, my dentist, was really friendly and explained all the steps of the treatment and was very flexible with booking appointments which suited me. Fantastic experience: I am a teeth grinder and this time it resulted in a cracked tooth from the tip to the bottom of the root. To cut a long story short, my tooth needed extracting in an emergency appointment . I was in agony, but was seen quickly, my nerves put at ease and the whole process was done and dusted within 30 mins. I am so very grateful to the dentist I saw. So polite and understanding, I didn't feel a thing and the next day I am back to normal. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed Invisalign with Dr Taha and I can’t recommend him enough! I joined this dentist last summer and told him I was very nervous on our first appointment together. He done everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing. I then decided to start Invisalign, so had a lot of appointments with him, and again every single appointment he was friendly and explained every step. If I ever needed to contact him he was very quick with getting back to me. I felt one hundred percent confident and safe in his hands and I’m so pleased with my results! Highly recommend!

She is extremely caring, professional and an absolute expert in her field. She is an exceptional dentist and it’s clear that she deeply cares for her patients. We are really thankful to her for getting the issues with my son’s teeth resolved so efficiently, doing such a fantastic job at fitting in the Invisalign and most importantly going above and beyond throughout. She thoroughly assessed him, explained the whole process in detail, gave him some very good advice which saved us a lot of money on the treatment compared to the quotes we had received elsewhere. Her knowledge, experience and complete dedication to my son’s well-being has beyond impressed us. Dr Pooja made the whole process of fitting Invisalign so much smoother and effortless while my son was between home and University during the treatment (he refuses to go to any other dentist near his Uni but Dr Pooja)! Negative experience: Had an unfortunate experience at together dentist this week. I had been told by dentist Pooja I needed three fillings, with no X-ray to confirm. So I booked for a second opinion to be 100% sure. After seeing Sarah, the second dentist she said i didn't need any fillings and my teeth were in perfect condition. Confirming I was going to be charged for unnecessary treatment. Please make sure you are booking for second opinions when being told you need expensive treatments, it’s unfortunate & concerning we cannot trust certain dentists have are best interests in mind. However credit to Sarah and the reception team who understood my concerns and were very helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have had an excellent and pleasant experience with Dr Pooja for the treatment of my Braces and Bonding. I was given a detailed appraisal of the procedures to be followed, including digital and photographic display before my treatment which was a great reassurance of how my smile was going to look like. This was followed by the actual treatment, which was carried out with gentle care and great precision. I have recommended more friends and family to see Dr Pooja . I can't be in a happier place with my new smile . It has raised by confidence.

He also thought me how to use interdental brush. He was very attentive to my questions, not rushing through the appointment and putting my needs first. And thank you to a lovely lady (I did not take her name) at the reception who was very understanding and helped me with registration. What a great dental clinic. Thank you again.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment as I developed a wisdom tooth infection. Unfortunately in the meantime the infection spread which meant I had to go a&e. Arrived at the appoitment few days later to only be greeted with a lesson on how to look after my teeth? Within 2.5mins I was asked 'silver or white fillings?' Then we proceeded to go for an xray where I was asked again 'silver or white fillings?'. Came back from a the xray where I saw the picture, and third time I was asked again 'silver or while fillings?'. I was so confused as literally the whole appointment felt like a tick box exercise. The lady proceeded to ask when should I book you in, not even consulting me what are my next options and whats the situation etc, there was absolutely no care in this. After I said to her I'll get back to the practice on that, she said thats it you can go. And I said excuse me? The whole reason I came here is because I have an infection that made me end up in hospital for 8 hours. She told me there is no infection. The hospital gave me 3 days worth of antibiotics to last me till my appointment, and the dentist refused to give me any more to finish the course? I asked her what do I do now? And she said 'we can send you to hospital if you wanna remove it?' I was gobsmacked as I didnt know what was happening at this point and why am I not being given proper information on the whole situation. Mind you this was all within the space of 6 minutes. I left the practice STUNNED. she mentioned a mouth clean thats included in the appointment which I never got. Honestly, it felt like I paid them money to see me, not paid money for them to have my best interest at had, show some care and empathy. 7 hours after the appointment I am still confused with what was the purpose of that appointment. Mind you, the door to the room where my mouth was wide open wasn't shut, could hear the kids running about and people walking past, great privacy for the patients too.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists, to the point I couldn't go for many years! I just so happened to come across together dental through the 111 service when I was having problem with my teeth. My first 2 visits were with Dr Sarah Oomen (sorry if I spelt that wrong) she is absolutely fantastic, as a extremely nervous patient she talked me through everything, gave me safe gestures to use if I needed her to stop. After a few visits and a few fillings I feel much more comfortable having dental work done and that's all thanks to Sarah, she's amazing!! I also had to go and have emergency wisdom tooth extraction yesterday, phoned up on sunday, left a voicemail and i was phone back before 8:30 the next day and had an appointment for 10am and again from the lovely reception ladies to the man that done the extraction it's always been great service of care.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, one of the best dentists - if not THE best dentists - I've been to! Sarah was fantastic; she listened to my fears, my previous hugely negative experiences, and really helped to put me at ease before my procedure. I didn't catch the name of the dental assistant, but the two of them had me laughing infinitely more than I've ever done during a dental appointment! I highly recommend this dental practice to others! Huge thanks again to all the staff!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarab Oberai fitted my implant he is very professional and if you are thinking of having something similar done he's the Man. You will not be disappointed one bit.

Negative experience: For the first time I made an appointment via e-mail, I was positively surprised by the quick response and booking the date. After a week, a small hole in the tooth was filled and the scaling was done. I was offered to book next appointment in 3 or 6 months so chose 3 months. I saved the date on the phone with a reminder, repeated the date again to be 100% sure. When I came for an appointment, I found out that I did not have it because it was not booked - it is also possible that it was simply canceled without informing me. Unfortunately, at the reception I heard only "sorry"…Good behavior and respect for the client is to apologize and propose a new appointment instead of sending someone away by saying "sorry". I do not recommend!

Negative experience: From last three weeks they have cancelled the appointment for my son everytime we have to go there and book appointment as very difficult to get through the phone. It has been cancelled again. I have recently read your reply but it does not address my concerns as for no reason you have cancelled appointments three times and not even once gave any time to reschedule appointments
