Fantastic experience: The dental practice and particularly Dr Ibrahim is superb. The professional dental skills practised on a chipped tooth were so splendid and glorious on the eve of her Surah workshop 3 days where smiles are everything g. Dr Ibrahim or only restored her front tooth to its original form but the skill, friendliness and additional help of his assistant makes you feel very, very confident. The reception isn't o ly friendly and competent but helpful and the waiting area is soon comfortable. Look IknowLonfpn dentists and tried many but mark my words Advance Dental Suite is SUPREMO!!

Fantastic experience: Hi there Today I had a dental appointment with Dr. Ibrahim. He was a truly experienced and professional dentist. Fast, painless, and professional. Thanks to Dr. Ibrahim and the entire dental team.

Negative experience: My experience going to this dentist was terrible. Dr. Ibrahim was the worst dentist I had, he was barely a doctor with how unprofessional he was, he would never help me properly, didn’t give me antibiotics or treatment when I had an infection, he didn’t act like an actual doctor who talks to you properly and helps a patient. I had to go to the A&E in order to finally get some antibiotics for that temporary pain. Dr Ibrahim could’ve saved me the trouble and prescribe me some but he decided to waste my time instead. He would just awkwardly wait for you to talk instead of giving service and educating the patient on what’s wrong. I hope he loses his job. Who even made him a dentist? I switched and now I’m seeing a very good dentist at a different place who has now fixed my problem and will be referring me to see a specialist which Dr Ibrahim failed to do on the first try. I seen customers complaining about this dentist saying they will sue this department for messing up their teeth… at least the receptionist was nice to me. Don’t sign up to this dentist… save yourself the trouble. You’re welcome.

Negative experience: Nice receptionists, polite & efficient. I had a peridental consultation with Dr Nikita. 10 minute wait, no issues it happens. How she passed her dentistry school, beggars belief. I know I require severe work on my gums & require a lot of work. Dr Nikita probed my gum like a builder, abrasive technique, no communication horried experienc. I asked how much experience does she she have. She refused to answer. Taking x ray was embarrassing. They left the door open, mouth wide open, on goers walking by.I had to tell them to close the door. Then her assessment was questionable, which I challenged. I was shocked by her advice which adgeitated me. I requested practise manager. I was not impressed by service or knowledge. She requested me to wait in reception for a plan of treatment, 10mins, nothing till I questioned the delay, response she will email it. Avoid avoid avoid. Disgraceful, no communication skills. Principal dentist Dr Zain, how did he pass his school? 20 mins late, consultation lasting 10mins. It's so difficult to find a decent dentist, nowadays, flooded with questionable motives.

Negative experience: Called modern dentist for all you dental needs on their website and IT IS NOT. Certainly not if you are in a dire need and in need of a qualified dentist. And you are on NHS. You are passed around for real work to someone else. Pathetic. Called by phone for an emergency appointment for tooth extraction and waited for someone to answer 2 hours and 7 minutes. Only to be rushed and talked over when answered by Ms Janet the receptionist, because people are waiting she said and I was the one holding the queue. That was Monday 5th .Friday 9th, seen by the dentist Margarita only to be told she does not do extractions. But she can make referral to the hospital and within 4 months I can be relieved of pain and have the rotten tooth out. This big nothing of an appointment costs 27.40 . Shameful . 2 hours to answer the phone, a week to be seen urgently and 4 months to wait for tooth removal.

Positive experience: I was contacted regarding having a check up which I had today , l think I could have possibly had this check up when l had my teeth cleaned in November as it only took 10 minutes. Overall, I had a good experience and I would definitely recommend .

Negative experience: I registered with this dentist 8 months ago. My dentist is Ms Priyal. I am a woman in her late 40s who has lost a front tooth. When I asked what options were available to me on the NHS, I was told only a singe denture or I could pay privately for an Implant-£2000. I am disabled due to an accident and have not worked for over 4 years because of this so this is not an option for me. I reluctantly accepted this but was very distressed about now having a denture in place of my front tooth. I do not live in Kilburn and have been on the waiting list for an alternative dentist that is closer to my home. The other Dentist contacted me last week to offer me an appointment. I went to have a check up and was told I am entitled to a third option-a crown on the NHS!! I can not believe this was not an option when I visited Advanced Dental suite. I was lied to about what I am entitled too. WHY ?? The only good thing about this dentist is the receptionists. Its rare to find such lovely receptionists and this is all I will miss about not coming here anymore. I'm disgusted I was miss informed. This shows a lack of care or consideration and only GREED. Stay well clear of this dentist if you value your teeth.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice was recommended by a family member because my booked appointment at another dental practice was cancelled at short notice. So needed an urgent appointment in the interim. I sent an email on Thursday evening after the practice was closed but bright and early next morning I was contacted and offered an appointment. Attended, and as the saying goes, first impression is always lasting. The receptionist was brilliant, warm and welcoming. The female dentist and her male assistant are one of the best team I have ever met. They took an holistic approach to my care. It was not all about my oral care but other factors as well. After X-rays I was shown and explanation given as to the state of affairs and what needed to be done as a result. Kudos to this dental practice, Margarita and Janet. The name of the male assistant has eluded me. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: This old bird has been kicking around for 66 years and this is the first time I've left the dentist laughing and feeling elated. The receptionists are very friendly and you can have a bit of banter with them (we discussed earrings!). The wonderful Dr Margarita managed to do a difficult root canal filling so gently I almost drifted off to sleep. Along with Andrea they've put going to the dentist up there with a spa visit (without the Champers, of course).This practice sets the bar for others.

Negative experience: Having to wait 53 minutes in the queue on the phone with the dentist just so they can tell me they don’t know if they’ve done my referral or not. What a joke. I was number one in the queue as well. When I had asked the receptionist why I had to wait almost an hour for her to pick up my call, she gave attitude and told me there are 3 people in front of her waiting to be served and that she likes to take her time with each patient. Clearly she doesn’t know anything about being efficient. Why does she think she can waste a persons time like this? I have called before and have given up after being number one in the queue for over 10mins. This time I thought I would wait and see just how long it would take for the phone to be picked up. Insane.

Fantastic experience: During the dental examination ,dr.Margarita saw filling needed to be done , she gave me options between NHS filling and private filling ( white filling ) . Once I had the feeling done (2 appointment ), I was very satisfied with the procedure ,as I was worried about local anaesthesia but dr.Margarita was very confident during the whole time . She talks in a very calm way and her answers to all my questions was satisfied . I am blessed with my NHS dentist _ I had a hygiene and airflow appointment with Nicole ( the hygienist ) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am very satisfied with tips she gave me to keep on track Thank you, guys

Fantastic experience: I went back to the surgery a bit apprehensive, as my usual dentist had gone away since I was there last year. But I couldn’t be more reassured when I met my new dentist, young but confident, competent, and very friendly, easy to talk to. I also found the same levels of cleanliness and competence as ever. I’ve been to many dentist surgeries in my life, and this one comes up in the top 2 or 3.

Negative experience: The receptionist acts as if she owns the place. This place is as bad as it can get, the business name has changed but the service hasnt. I paid for my service ahead off the appointment, and had to cancel the appointment last minute due to health issues. Despite having prepaid and willing to book a new appointment with an additional payment; this stuck up receptionist questions the cancellation of my previous appointment, despite having taken my money. Avoid at all costs, bad service but will gladly take your money.

She is very kind and very helpful especially in the last minute cancellation /rebooking , although it’s very inconvenient for them when we cancel 1 hour before the appointment, she still manages to accommodate us by giving the next available slot with a smile, yes with such a welcoming smile, I registered my family and friends with them, every one of them are so happy with the way they are treated from reception to dentiste. They are excellent and professionals, I’ve dealt with loads of rude staff other the years and I can assure you dental suite are within the best establishments going these days, people are waiting months to be seen by dentists in London , dental suite will always try to find a slot to be seen as soon as possible. So glad and happy you guys are around especially after suffering 2 years of teeth ache due to the lake of NHS dentists. Happy to be your patient and thank you for your kind help. Fantastic experience: I have just posted my review of a year ago to add that I have recently had some major dental work done with Joanna and I have had to visit numerous times. The reception staff are very helpful and always cheerful. They always try and accommodate appointments. I have noticed not every client is as patient and understanding as me and do not have understanding of how a surgery works... They insist to the reception staff that they have to be seen there and then and that is impossible! However the reception is always professional and try and explain eventhough as I can see from a recent review, this Client continues to fail to understand that this practice always does its beat! Joanna is truly a professional,taking her time to evaluate slowly what is needed. A truly gem of a dental practice. I am blessed to have them as my dental practice.

Negative experience: I do not advise anyone to deal with them because they are an extremely stupid team, especially the reception staff who have no morals or manners. My advice to you guys: Do not deal with them they are rude.

Negative experience: Went there yesterday and I saw Dr Ibrahim Kadir. He’s very very rude. Dentist he just faced my time into my family. Please do not go there very rude. It doesn’t know how to talk to patient I’m in big pain. Provide nothing for me so you have to go private time space do not go, thank you

Negative experience: This dentist has cost us a lot of money. They stole money from me by claiming I hadn’t paid for a checkup (they refused to check their CCTV). Then my sister received a penalty charge from the NHS because the receptionist stated that she was exempt from paying due to being on benefits (she never has). Please avoid them, they will cause you a lot of problems. I will be seeking further action due to them causing us financial problems.

Fantastic experience: i was impressed how kind and friendly i was treated by the dentist doctor. I really didn’t have major problems, it was a dental cleaning appointment. I recommend to every one to attend to this place, you’ll be surprised how fast and good you’ll feel.

Negative experience: Terrible service receptionists don’t know what they are doing and are very rude kept cancelling appointments after I’d paid in advance pulled half a tooth out with no pain relief leaving the other half exposed causing me pain I had to leave and find another practice really not happy

Negative experience: I phoned to cancel my appointment on the day which then I was told that I need to cancel 48 hours before but I explained that I had an emergency and was at the hospital today I called to make an appointment but was refused and was told to register somewhere else that I can't be seen there again
