Fantastic experience: So far just had consultations with Banning Dental and some scans, but they make me feel at ease and important. Treatment and waiting rooms are spotless, staff are lovely and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I both had our teeth whitened at Banning Dental Group in Canning Town. We were very impressed with service at the practice from the receptionist to the surgical dentist. There were very professional and upfront at affordable rates. As a result I went on to have 3 implants after wearing a denture for 20 years. The whole experience was top class with minimum pain and discomfort. The end result was spectacular and has given so much confidence at a great price on my doorstep. I’ll like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and I would highly recommend Banning Dental Group.

I wish they also run a hospital, as I know it will be competently run like their dentistry. In a sea of carelessness, unprofessionalism and lack of empathy, they are a breath of fresh air. Fantastic experience: Painless wisdom teeth extraction! I was super nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted, but Ali at Banning Dental in Canning Town made it a breeze. I didn't feel a thing during the whole procedure. It's only the next day, and I already have minimal swelling and the pain is fading. Highly recommend Ali if you're anxious about extractions. Honestly the best dentist I’ve come across. Once again thank you Ali.

Moving onto the surgeon, I'm very happy with the single implant that Dr Rob fitted, the initial consulation x rays he fully explained to me in great detail ensuring I fully understood everything. The treatment I have received from my orthodontist Dr Lura Braga has been outstanding from start to finish and I am extremely happy with the final results. Fantastic experience: Went through the Brannigan group and they amazing; always on top off customer care when I needed it. Really good experience and communication with emails and texts for my follow up appointments. Treatment planned laid out for me, payment plan done monthly with reminders which I love. I can be forgetful. The staff are just so friendly and welcoming. I took my mother for a treatment plan and they treated her with such care through her whole process. I will be looking to go here for my professional cleans now.

After experience some dental trauma following an accident, I had a very unpleasant experience at another local dentist. However, after attending Banning Dental and meeting Dr Bulgac, I immediately felt at ease. He and his team made me feel comfortable from the outset, and explained everything in a manner which I could understand. The standard of care I received was of the highest standard, from teeth whitening, to composite bonding and a root canal. Dr Bulgac’s meticulous work made me love my smile again. Fantastic experience: I have never in a lifetime ( am 60ish) been treated with kindness and care from a dentist as I have been from Banning Canning Town branch. I am having extensive dental work which is not complete, but sure am happy with the results so far. I also visit the skin aesthetics at Banning’s again no complaints. As soon as you walk through the doors you greeted with a pleasantry smile and by name if you become a regular like I am. I really can’t ask for anything more than want Banning gives. So welcoming.

Dr Iole is the best, she is always answering questions, makes sure patients are comfortable. I have thin enamel and very high sensitivity. She is very patient and knowledgeable. The rest of the nurses and reception staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. I went to the clinic for help to pull out a tooth. I asked the receptionist beforehand if the clinic provided such services. They assured me that they did and issued a referral. As a result, I did not receive any help. Only a dental examination. I paid a very high price just to talk to the dentist. I absolutely do not recommend it. They are extorting money

Negative experience: UPDATE: Have received a couple of messages from them offering me a facial to change my review - I refused and this makes me question the validity of other reviews. My partner got burned REALLY BAD TWICE, after first acting like they were going to give a refund they are now trying to act like it was his fault. Might be better to avoid this place. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My partner gets laser here so I wanted to try it as well. I made an appointment and received an email, text, phone call, and another phone call (which for me was a bit annoying). But even more annoying is when I got there I was told that the laser machines were being tested to make sure they are good for all skin types and given my skin tone I wouldn't be able to get it until they switch machines and they don't know when that will be (which is weird b/c my partner is darker than me but tbf he did get burned here and there). They tried to offer me a hydrafacial instead, I was obviously not interested. With all of the messages and calls they could have asked my skin tone over the phone and I wouldn't have had to troop all the way to Canning town for no reason. The place itself looks nice and clean and at least they are trying to sort the machine out but would've been nice to not have wasted my time/money traveling over there. They also still haven't notified my partner about the machine change either so he has no clue if his next appointment is still on or not. :/

Fantastic experience: Hi had masseter botox which I was quite nervous about but Naz explained everything in details - I wish I would have done it sooner, my jaw is relaxed after years of grinding my teeth, and my face looks slimmer as well which is a plus!

Negative experience: I had a consultation and initially had a good experience. However, after receiving the quote, I wanted to explore other opinions and needed time to decide. During this period, I was repeatedly contacted—presumably by a salesperson. When I started asking questions about my quote and inquiring about opting out of certain treatments, I was ignored. It seemed like the priority was selling treatments rather than genuinely considering the patient’s best interests. I know others who have been to this dentist and had the same experience, which makes it even more concerning. A dentist should prioritise patient care, not just profitability.

Fantastic experience: Banning Dental Canning Town is miles better than the Lewisham branch. A big thank you to Aneta for transferring my case to the Canning Town location. She really went above and beyond to assist with a tricky transfer. I had an implant and nine porcelain veneers done by Dr. Robert Jung, and I’m so happy with the results. My new teeth look incredibly natural, and no one can tell I had anything done. Dr. Jung was patient and professional, accommodating all of my requests and making sure I was happy with the outcome. Thanks to him, I now have a beautiful smile. The reception team is also very warm and helpful. I was always greeted promptly and offered a drink. Laura, in particular, was a huge help. She made sure my messages were passed on to Dr. Jung, stayed late a few times to relay my messages, and even personally contacted the lab to confirm my requests were met. Fantastic experience: I went through an extraction with Dr. Ghali Berrada. The Doctor was super patient, professional and caring. I was very tense so I couldn’t have asked for more. All the staff , receptionists included, has been helpful and polite too. The only thing I would suggest is to speed up the emailing/calling back Clients service, that would help to reach an even better experience. A part from that, Banning in Canning Town is a very good and convenient place to go in case of need. Thank you Antonella

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of going to the Dentist but the team at Banning Dental made sure my experience was a comfortable one (October 2024).
