I can honestly say that throughout I was never in any pain ..I was expecting a lot of discomfort once the anaesthetic had worn off but again I am pleased to say even after the work that was done there was no after effects at all..I can only thank Ulrika for her skill and professionalism and would have no hesitation in recommending Teeth on the Heath for any Dentistry explained Ian Bray.. ( Very pleased patient) Thursday 19th September A potentially traumatic day!!!! All necessary work had been completed for my implant and today was surgery day… Hadn’t been looking forward to this moment but I needn’t of worried .. The staff were excellent and made fe feel completely at ease and the whole process was totally pain free from start to finish ..Everything was explained to me before during and after the surgery . When completed I was handed a complimentary bag with product that was needed to aid my recovery .. I cannot recommend Teeth on the Heath more highly .. I left my old practice because I was fed up with always being made to feel like a nuisance because they were always ‘so, so busy’ and insisting on full payment up front at the time of booking appointments (even if it was several months ahead). Since becoming a patient here I have experienced nothing but excellence - from the helpful receptionists, knowledgeable hygienist and the skilled and delightful dental surgeon Jason. Fantastic experience: I always feel safe at Teeth on the Heath! It is always a bit disconcerting when you have to have some long, expensive treatment & let’s face it no likes going to the dentist! But it’s good to know you’re in safe hands & the results will be good! I’m also massively appreciative that when you need an appointment in a hurry there is usually a slot to suit. I’ve had treatment from both Ulrika & Tomas & Tina my hygienist. Everyone is friendly & takes time & care with treatment to give you the best possible results. Thank you.

I used to hate going to the dentist and especially the hygienist, but they are so nice and everything is so much nicer than other places I no longer dread going and each time I visit the hygienist Rachel she needs to do less and it's such a relief to not be afraid to go anymore .

Fantastic experience: I found the whole experience, from a very helpful and kind receptionist to the hygienist who was equally as helpful making me feel very relaxed.

Negative experience: I had my teeth cleaned by a female hygienist on first floor last year, which was a horrific experience. She applied too much force on my teeth over very long intervals causing my whole set of teeth in pain for over a month. I paid £900 for the services and I felt like robbed. I will never pay a visit at this dental surgery ever again.

Fantastic experience: In this clinic you can find a friendly family atmosphere. My wife and I have been clients of this clinic for many years. We have had various services done here ,from oral hygiene ,through filling cavities to crowns. We have always left satisfied. The entire staff is wonderful, but our favorite person is Dr. Urlika.

Fantastic experience: I had two procedures performed by Tomas last Tuesday (11th January). Firstly I had a repair of a damaged filling which went quickly without problems. Than I had to have a bad upper tooth removed which was difficult but handled professionally being informed throughout on the progress. Immediate follow up by reception staff was empathetic and the following day a call from Dr Ulrika to ask of my condition was most welcome and appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Very prompt appointment by friendly staff. I think my dentist is lovely and gentle, but because of this she cannot take any other patients. So glad I was able to find her as a dentist. I hope she is going to be able to be my dentist until I no longer have any teeth. Hopefully that will be a never occasion. Of course that is dependent on a pts diet and care that they give to their teeth. As they say, just brush the ones you want to keep. Very happy, would prefer them to be NHS and not to have to pay. But hey ho. Teeth are the porthole to your face and for most people very important, so a little self investment is essential if you can afford it or prioritise it. So do it. And join this lovely practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with Teeth on the Heath for many years and found them to be very caring and gentle when treatment is required. My recent visit was to start procedure for dental implants which was explained in detail before the treatment and carried out in surgical conditions to avoid any infections. I have been without pain and only minimal swelling since and look forward to my new smile in a few months time.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a completex extraction with Jason. The tooth was cracked, had bulbous roots and had an infection in it. Basically, a perfect storm! My previous dentist said it was too complex and couldn't be done, so I would need to go to a specialist, which would cost me in the region of £3,000!! I did my reasearch and asked for recommendations. Teeth on the Heath came highly recommended and when I read about the dentist experience, I knew Jason was the only one who could possibly help me. I had a consultation last week and today, he extracted the tooth within minutes. I've never had a tooth removed in my 57 year, so I was apprehensive, but he made me feel calm, as did Katy the dentist nurse. I am so releived and so grateful, as I have been waiting two and and half months from my previous dentist and he sorted it within a week.
