Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my treatment at Dental Elements recently. I had a double extraction done by Donnie, I felt no pain, I was clearly advised of aftercare and the receptionist called me the next day to ask how I was feeling and if there were any problems. Amazing team of people who truly care and I would highly recommend Dental Elements to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My neighbours recommended Dental Elements when they first opened their practice years ago. I have been consistently impressed with the treatment from Jonathan, Aaron and Donnie over this time and the hygenist ladies. They have access to all of the up to date technology and I have found every member of Staff from reception to dentist extremely helpful. Cannot fault!

Fantastic experience: A lovely dentist. Very caring. Had an issue down to human error only where they didn't re arrange an appointment after having to send me home due to another person having some form of medical emergency, Although annoying, it happens. The error was resolved in a quick, professional and polite manner that exceeded my expectations. I recommend without hesitation to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dental Element for many years. I have had a whole range of work done from teeth whitening, filling, root canal and hygenist. I cant recommend them the enough. The practice is pristine, the staff are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Pain free, efficient and 5* service.

Positive experience: Nearly everything you would want in your dental experience is here. Warm welcome from receptionists, dental nurses, hygienists and dentists. However there is an issue with follow up when a procedure has been recommended that requires the involvement of another practitioner.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would ever say that I felt relaxed going to the dentist but during my hygienist and check up appointment in February I did feel totally relaxed. From the moment you go into reception you have the friendly reception team. Jenny my hygienist is lovely and was so gentle and for me to feel relaxed is an enormous achievement given that before joining Dental Elements, although I used to go to a dentist I was too terrified to go to a hygienist. Rav who is my dentist and Erin-Mae his Nurse are both lovely too and again Rav is so gentle and has such a calming way about him and I also love having our chats about other things with all of the team there. I would highly recommend Dental Elements and even more so to anyone who is nervous or terrified, believe me, you couldn’t be in better hands. Jill x

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great, positive experience in this office. They offer early evening appointments which are super convenient. Dentist is knowledgeable and is personable. Keeps you informed of what’s needed and what’s happening during. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Dental Elements have been amazing since I started seeing them around 2.5 years ago. They have helped me feel confident with visiting the dentist and having a good oral hygiene routine to stick to which is paying off now. Being on a dental plan which enables me to pay monthly for check ups and hygienist visits means I don’t neglect my teeth out of fear of the costs. Would absolutely recommend them to look after you and your teeth.

Negative experience: I've been with this practice for a few years. However, had two appointments with Chirag Patel for fillings for the last few months and twice got complications after treatments. I could understand that it could be a mistake once but not twice. Unfortunately, I am leaving

Dr Donnie is great at making my son feel comfortable and not nervous when he’s having his dental checkups. The orthodontic treatments they offer are better than anywhere else my teeth are so straight now. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dental Elements is a lovely practice to go to. The receptionists are always kind, welcoming and helpful. I only know one of the dentists, he is professional but friendly and kind. He deals with my dental issues gently but thoroughly and always has good advice.

Fantastic experience: Attended a free clinic for my 2 year old which I thought was such a great idea for people like me who can’t find a dentist for our young children. I easily made an appointment and there was no waiting time. The clinic was clean and quiet. Very grateful.

Above all, the advice and dentistry work that I have from Donnie and Rav has been first class. I should also add that my recent visit to see Michelle, the hygienist was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have had a brilliant experience with Dr. Patel. I had a filling fall out and they got me an emergency appointment for a temporary filling early the next morning. I have just been for my appointment to get a proper filling put in 3 weeks later and Dr. Patel was brilliant. He sorted the problem out quickly and let me know the process as he was working on my tooth which made me feel at ease. Will definitely recommend...

Fantastic experience: I went for an assessment for the teeth straightening. I wasn’t sure if I could have it due to previous treatment and a receding gum line. I had all of the checks and information given to me. I wasn’t able to have the treatment. It’s great that they only give treatment if safe and appropriate to do so. It’s a very professional practice. Despite having various treatments it is always a pleasure from reception to the Dental team who are always friendly, welcoming and professional . No more fear of the chair - great care always taken - minimal pain - plus you can watch a movie!!! Love it.

Fantastic experience: I consistently have a great experience here. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I've been seeing Chirag for my Invisalign journey, and I've been thoroughly impressed. He makes me feel at ease during my appointments, and I'm very pleased with the Invisalign results as well.

Fantastic experience: I had a very loose tooth that was causing issues, I was seen the same day, the tooth removed painlessly and given after care advise. Unfortunately, I was due to go away and there was pain after the anesthetic wore off. I called and was asked to come immediately and was prescribed antibiotics to ensure nothing got worse

Positive experience: I was pleased to get appointments easily. The treatment seems to have gone OK. The premises are very basic, in particular the chairs in the waiting room are uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: I became a client of Dental Elements virtually from the day they opened in Leatherhead and have had exceptional and expert service from the two dentists by whom I have been treated, Donny and Jon. Their equipment is "state of the art". I have now moved away but will always try to see them when I'm nearby.

Negative experience: Avoid like the plaque!!! I cancelled an appointment with plenty of notice due to roadworks, completely not my fault and they have chased me endlessly for payment, even threating legal action. Very greedy and they tell lies. There are better dentists with more focus on the customer and not just the money. They are very expensive too and the new location has no parking! Avoid!

Fantastic experience: I am not sure going to the dentist could be considered a pleasure, but that is what Dental Elements is. Rav, Jon and the team put you at your ease and explain everything clearly and sympathetically. I have been attending for 8 years and the number of issues I experience continues to go down as the preventative advice I receive is so good. First class service and dentistry - thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dentist was exceptionally gentle when probing and checking my teeth. Dentist also ensured that I had a large and excellent clear view of my Ex rays taken and explained and gave advice on the future treatment that I would receive and involved me in the future procedure of what might be done. When having further treatment if required, once again explanations of what was happening helped a lot. Despite examinations and treatment, this greatly removed the fear with the gentle actions that they took and ensured that I, the Patient, was well cared for and could feel no pain. Equally, the Dental Hygienist, was so Gentle that I could hardly believe that she was accomplishing her job! Brilliant! She checked on the cleaning of the teeth, and the removal of plaque again indicating any areas that might need further treatment. She took great care of me whilst she then cleaned and polished my teeth. Was most impressed. New premises are very good and more spacious than those before. They also have a surgery on the Ground Floor for people who cannot use the stairs or perhaps are Disabled etc. Overall Rating *****. Well done !

Fantastic experience: Corrective dental work on root canal which another specialist dentist missed, without all the history of the previous dentist, the result with dental Elements is tooth pain gone after 2 years.

Fantastic experience: Have been with Dental Elements for many years and have never had a bad experience. Donny is by far my fave (soz guys you’re all awesome!). I struggled with getting a moulding done for a particularly difficult crown, but Donny was so kind and patient - I really appreciated it. I had to have a routine check up and met with another dentist who actually couldn’t believe what an amazing job Donny had done with my tooth. He is friendly, kind, approachable and professional and always remembers who I am. I would highly recommend him and all the staff. Shout out to the lovely dental nurse who always recognises me too!

Fantastic experience: My family of four have been going to Dental Elements since they opened and I cannot recommend them highly enough. For the last few years our appointments have been with Donnie Graham and he is absolutely amazing and especially good with our once nervous child who thanks to his wonderful manner she no longer dreads going to the dentist. All the staff from dentists, dental assistants to receptionists are all so friendly.

Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth. I didn't know about emergency appointments so phoned at about 09.30, only to be told there were none, as I should have called at 07.30. I said I would phone again the next morning. However, the receptionist called me later that day to say there was a cancellation, & did I want it? I was seem at 18.05, tooth was taken out & despite it being "dead", it did not want to shift. Donny was very kind & gentle, despite the fact it was really stubborn; I didn't feel a thing. Excellent service.

The dental care has been caring and thorough and it is nice that during the appointments the team is helpful with advice and answering questions. The reception staff are helpful, organised and excellent communicators. I cannot fault this dental practice - I would highly recommend it.

Negative experience: I booked a check-up at a practice, courteous dentist, specifically a service without X-rays for twenty. This price was confirmed,I even checked the price, and the dentist assured it was correct. However, after the check-up, the bill presented reflected the full standard price, significantly higher than. When I questioned discrepancy, dentist insisted that the discounted offer expired shortly before Ibook. This contradicted our initial conversation, and I felt misled and deceived. To further complicate matters, the dentist offered a refund if I removed a negative review I left. Kept calling 51. This felt like an attempt to silence my criticism rather than address the underlying issue of misleading pricing and unethicalbait tactics. Felt Frustrated: The lack of transparency and attempt to pressure me was unprofessional and disappointing.

Negative experience: I selected this clinic online and sent a query before Christmas 2023. A receptionist called me after Christmas, but halfway through the call, it ended abruptly, and she never called back. It was unprofessional and a waste of time. It seems there was a misunderstanding, as she assumed I was looking for NHS, while the clinic is private. It's disappointing, and I hope they address such communication issues in the future.

Fantastic experience: The practice works long hours to accommodate evening as well as daytime appointments. I have only recently become a patient but care so far has been excellent. Never rushed and thorough examinations carried out with good advice given.

Fantastic experience: FROM SUSAN WILD - I visited Dental Elements on 17 Nov/23 for my semi-annual hygienist session and check-up by my dentist, Donnie Graham. I felt I had a careful examination by Donnie, and a very thorough cleaning by hygienist Daisy. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I always feel confident in the services I receive from Dental Elements.

Fantastic experience: Chirag and the team at Dental Elements couldn't have provided a better Invisalign experience. My teeth have completely transformed in just over a year and I now feel so much more confident when smiling in photos. You can tell Chirag really cares about getting you the best results by providing regular progress checks, scans and refinements.
