Fantastic experience: My first time at the clinic was for the unexpected emergency treatment and I can’t stress enough how kind, caring and professional everyone was! The lovely staff did everything to make sure I was treated as soon as possible, accommodated me despite their tight schedule, ensured I was cared and looked after. Dr Zaki Kanaan was superb, very gentle, the best specialist I could ask for. My discomfort was alleviated immediately. Special thanks to Dr Preiss who knew exactly what needed to be done and arranged it for me. It’s my new favourite clinic!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Bow Lane Dental for over a decade. Not the cheapest is town but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Their clinic is very clean, staff are very friendly and their service is top notch. I won’t be going anywhere else, even though I live 100 miles away.

Fantastic experience: I’d been putting off having a niggling wisdom tooth removed for some time. However, James put me immediately at ease. I’d consulted with a few dentists previously about my wisdom tooth and none had made me feel so confident. The procedure itself was both painless and seamlessly completed by James who is both utterly professional and genuinely kind and understanding. I couldn’t have been more happy! I’ve even invested in some Invisalign treatment with Tammy. Such a fantastic clinic!

Fantastic experience: I saw Tami for a general check up and we discussed my ongoing jaw pain and teeth grinding which I know that I have had for many years. Tami advised me of the options to help with my teeth grinding, jaw pain and headaches and explained all of the pros and cons of these options. We decided that Botox in the Masseter muscle combined with a custom splint that I wear at night was the best option for me. Tami took such great care doing the Botox which I was a bit nervous about as I have never had this before, but I felt very comfortable during the treatment as she took time to do this very carefully, checking each area where there was tension. After two weeks the tension in my jaw is much better. I was also hesitant about using the splint but I am already getting used to wearing it at night and noticing a huge difference when I wake up. So it is really worth it IMO! Tami continuously checked in with me after every appointment which also felt very reassuring. I couldn’t recommend Tami enough if you suffer with similar issues.

Fantastic experience: I traveled to London for dental treatment. At Bow Lane Dental Group, I found dental practice at its best. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. James was fantastic with the extraction. Dr. Mahya, the root canal specialist was calm, reassuring and an expert par excellence. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bow Lane Dental for my hygienist (Sarah U.) and check ups/treatments (James G.) for a number of years now and I can’t recommend enough. They’ve consistently provided a caring and a professional environment, they’re clear when explaining treatments and great at putting you at ease. More recently, I emailed James to see if he could help as my daughter (6) was having issues with her teeth, he emailed me back the same day with a provisional diagnosis and my daughter was booked in the following day for an appointment. Aside from providing me with great care over the years, he was amazing with my daughter, who felt very comfortable and happy to be in his care. A BIG thank you to James and the team at Bow Lane Dental for going above and beyond.

Negative experience: Went for a teeth whitening consultation at Bow Lane dental group, with Zaki Kanaan. Unfortunately this was very disappointing, rushed and unhelpful. To top it off, as I left the consulting room, I heard Mr Kanaan have an inappropriate conversation with the assistant about myself (including why did I book my appointments in a certain order, and why did I also book a consultation somewhere else etc), totally unprofessional. It would have been helpful if he addressed those questions with me directly and it might have helped to clarify the information necessary for the consultation. Will definitely not be returning here

Fantastic experience: James and the team have looked after me for about six years. The professional service is exceptional with a fantastic team. My teeth are not the youngest so plenty of care required and they haven’t let me down. Thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My orthodontist Raman and his assistent Francesca are simply fabulous. I had invisalign for my lower teeth and braces for my upper teeth and could not be happier with the beautiful result. Thank you so much! Highly recommended! The entire atmosphere and crew in the praxis are very friendly, professional and make you feel at ease and welcome. I am now looking forward to switching over to James to finalise my upper teeth.

Fantastic experience: Update on the below - I have now finished my treatment with Bow Lane Dental. The service has been impeccable and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every person who works here is a pleasure to deal with and goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful - couldn't recommend more. Since moving to London I've visited Bow Lane Dental and started an Invisalign programme with Renate. Having never really flossed before Renate managed to get me flossing daily, and during lockdown has been in regular contact to check in on progress and to prompt and assist with maintaining my dental hygiene. She's very professional, friendly and makes you feel at ease. I couldn't be happier with the difference in my teeth, thank you Renate.

Fantastic experience: I first went to the Bow Lane practice because it was convieniently close to work. However, I was so impressed by the quality of service and the friendliness of the team, that I was back in no time and would definitely recommend the place to my friends. I have been patient for more than 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Sarah is following me for the cleaning and Ilan for the dental work. Both are great, so professional, yet so nice and gentle (I have a very little pain threshold for toothache). My 9 years old is also covered for a yearly check-up with Ilan. Having children himself, he knows how to approach little ones to make it fuss free and fun. She’s so comfortable that she always asks me when is her next appointment, and I think coming from a child it is saying something.

I personally must mention Ilyan Preiss, who has carried out the substantial corrective work I needed. Ilyan is obviously highly skilled and has done amazing work for me. I can honestly say he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and a visit to the dentist is actually a pleasure. He explains what he’s doing and why, what the options are and then puts some music on and carries out the work to an amazing standard. No discomfort whatsoever either -,in fact I’ve almost fallen asleep on several occasions. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience of Ilan at Bow Lane and the team, from Rachel the dental assistant to the receptionists. I was looking for some cosmetic dental work as a result of needing replacement crowns following a tooth trauma suffered as a child. I was struggling to find a dentist skilled enough to tackle it, but Ilan was recommended. From the first appointment he listened to what I wanted and made recommendations and is a perfectionist in his work - I am over the moon with the outcome. And his manner and that of the team (plus the music!) meant that even the time in the dentist chair was not too bad! Thanks Bow Lane Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve been to! I had two wisdom teeth which were painful and kept getting infected, and so James explained they needed removing. The experience was incredibly quick, and James was calming and informative. I also got clear instructions on after care, and a great little pack with medication and instructions. The whole process was smooth, and super quick. Very glad I went to Bow Lane, and would do so again!

She is the most gentle and thorough Hygienist I’ve ever had and she does a fantastic job when she cleans my teeth. She also gives great advice on maintaining teeth and gum health. Fantastic experience: Bow Lane Dental is the best Dental practice I've ever visited. As Americans new to London, my wife and I didn't know where to start when looking for a Dentist. We decided to give Bow Lane Dental a try after reading some expat community forums, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Bow Lane is professional, punctual (neither of us have ever experienced a delay past our appointment time), and extremely high quality in the dental care they provide. We had some significant work to be done between the two of us and found that the dentists and hygienists were very gentle and cognizant of pain management. More importantly, their recommended treatments have worked exceptionally well -- since starting my treatment regimen I no longer experience any bleeding when I brush my teeth each night! I could not recommend this practice more highly.

Fantastic experience: You might be a nervous patient who finds lots of reasons not to attend the dentist. I typically am that patient however can I say this is the first practice that actually enjoy attending. Everyone at the practice has a kind word - whether it is a hygienist you are seeing or a dentist my experience is that they treat the patient with the same care as if the appointment was for their very best patient. Not only is she incredibly friendly and professional in her approach but her expertise surrounding dental hygiene was evident as she was readily able to answer my (many) questions. Following my hygienist appointment, my teeth are the whitest they have been in many years - I’ve even had people ask if I’d had them whitened! The whole process of arranging my appointment and asking follow up questions was seamless - Renate and her team really go above and beyond to enhance customer experience! Finally, Renate intuitively started a social media campaign offering free hygienist appointments to NHS staff as a thank you for their work during the covid pandemic which I feel is testament to her selflessness and kindness as a healthcare professional and person!

Fantastic experience: Renate provided me with a fantastic dental teeth clean and also gave me good tips to keep healthy teeth. Left me feeling not wanting to eat as my teeth were so white and clean. I expressed concerns about my bite and even though it was not part of the treatment, Renate kindly took a scan of my mouth and gained advise from an Orthodontist for me. thanks to Renate’s advice I spoke to my Dentist and I will now be having jaw alignment surgery to fix my bite. Fantastic experience: Renate is an orthodontic therapist and kindly donated £10,000 worth of therapy to NHS staff! I'm an NHS nurse and wouldn't normally go to such a fancy location, so firstly I was really grateful to her for offering her services for free to me. Secondly, it was great to have a proper clean after a year of not being able to access my local hygienist. All that happiness aside, it was the most comfortable clean I'd ever had - almost painless throughout, none of the usual grimacing and waiting for it to be over. Renate pointed out some new decay I wasn't aware of and advised me about options for teeth straightening which I have been considering for while. Finally, she's really lovely - a nice person to spend time with! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As an nhs nurse I took renate up on the offer for a free hygiene treatment and she was so lovely and did a really good job making me feel comfortable the entire time. She went out of her way arranging Adam to come in early to do a full check up for me and he ended up doing a filling too and I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommend and definitely coming back!

Renate generously offered a campaign to make the NHS smile again and I was lucky enough to have take advantage of the opportunity (and be brave). Fantastic experience: Having had separate different treatments done, I could not recommend the practice highly enough. Throughout lockdown James has personally took his time to provide online advise, then had root canal treatments with Sameena, hygiene treatments with Brooke that were all done to highest standard. They managed to get my dental phobia vanish. Special mention to Marcel and reception team for warmest welcomes too!:) Just to extend my previous review, had further treatments done throughout current lockdown and they do not miss a step to make you feel covid safe 100%! Seen Stewart quite a few times and cannot praise his work enough, always answering my never ending questions with patience and making me feel at ease.

Sarah the hygienist is a shining light in the world of painless cleaning and polishing, I'd go so far as to say 'relaxing' - she is truly expert - tbf, the whole team is. I was lucky to recently be enrolled for the Smile for Life program which is a service offered by Bow Lane Dental, including an annual check-up, three hygienist appointments, teeth whitening and other goodies. A great package all in all. I was greeted warmly and professionally by Marcel and his team, with the COVID precautions I needed to follow explained to me clearly and calmly. I had my first hygienist appointment in over a year with Brooke who was jolly, informative and took very good care of me. I had some issues with my gums which were explained to me with clear instructions on how to improve them demonstrated to me. A follow-up appointment was immediately booked in the following week to check up on my progress. Secondly, I met James the dentist who echoed Brooke's concerns and organised a full plan for me with a schedule for the following year. Having some distrust for dentists over the years, I can confidently say that I felt in the safe hands with the whole team at Bow Lane Dental Group and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: My service experience in Bow Lane Dental was second to none, from my excellent customer service experience with Marcel booking me in and explaining to me the process. He made me feel so calm and relaxed. The hygienist (Brooke) was very patient, and professional - the best hygienist I have ever come across. The calm attitude of Stewart the dentist was very reassuring. Bow Lane is hands down the best dentist I have ever been too.

I saw Renate for a facial aesthetics appointment, I’m a slightly nervous patient but she was very encouraging, patient and gentle. I have had numerous lip filler procedures in the past but none I’ve been completely happy with. However I’m really happy with the results from my visit, Renate has restored my confidence by giving me natural-looking full lips.

Fantastic experience: The team at Bow Lane Dental, but specifically Renate have been amazing in helping me with my Invisalign treatment. Renate has always taken extra care to give me the best service and treatment plan. I was introduced to the Orthopulse system to help speed up the process as well as various other services throughout my treatment to help keep my teeth and gums healthy while also helping the Invisalign process go smoothly. During the pandemic she went the extra mile to ship my Invisalign trays to me and checked in on me many times, even though I could not attend in person appointments so that I didn't fall behind. Renate, Raman and the team are so great!. Even with the Lockdown situation, Renate was always reaching out to check how things were going on (and remind me to brush my teeth!!) and she is always available for any doubt or request.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Renate for the past two years with orthodontic treatment for invisalign. I never feel rushed or hesitate in asking her any questions. She makes you feel comfortable and reminds you to brush regularly and keeping the gums healthy. She has also been very helpful outside office hours in particular when my sister who needed emergency treatment when her dentist where shut for during the Covid period. Renate managed to arrange an emergency appointment for her at short notice for Monday when I messaged her on the Saturday evening. You can’t ask for a better service.

Fantastic experience: Renate is fantastic. She is kind, caring, and gentle but doesn't let me get away with not looking after my dental health! She was brilliant making sure I had all the support i needed even during lockdown. She is always quick to respond to any questions about my Invisalign treatment. I've love the remote Dental Monitoring which Renate uses to check my progress weekly and comment on my gum health and aligner fit - a great motivation for me to stay on track!

Fantastic experience: I have Invisalign through Bow Lane, and my dentist Renate has been excellent throughout my treatment. She is continuously reminding me to brush my teeth and ensure that I keep my gums healthy during treatment and to stick with those habits post-treatment. She has managed to get in contact on several occasions during the Coronavirus lockdown to check in with myself to see how I'm progressing and that my retainers are still fitting on correctly. I've always loved the modern technology they have used such as their impression scanner, which is a big improvement on having to bite into the material! Fantastic experience: Renate has treated me for invisalign and general dental health for the past year, and has always given 5* treatment. She's always smiling, has a great attitude towards her work, clearly explains the treatments she is giving me, and has even drilled me (no pun intended) in proper brushing technique. Fantastic experience: This review is regarding Renate the dental Hyginist: Renate has been my dental Hyginist for quite a few years now and I would happily recommend her to anyone I know. She is constantly reminding me to brush properly and floss, and even got me addicted to flossing for the first time in my life. I’ve had gum disease for as long as I can remember and thanks to her treatment and guidance that is now long gone. She is very personable and sweet, and even made sure we found ways to keep the routine during lock down. She is always gentle and accurate and makes the treatment itself completely pain and discomfort free, while still reaching a great outcome. The equipment used also seems to be top of the range and some tools (like the scanner for example) I have not seen used in any other dental clinic. In short, couldn’t be happier with Renate, would highly recommend to anyone seeking a top notch hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Renate during my orthodontic treatment for the last year or so and she has been fantastic throughout. She kept in touch with me during the full course of treatment and especially during the lockdown. I felt I could always reach out to her regardless of any issues or questions. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Brooke at Bow Lane Dental, After a lifetime fear of the dentist I finally booked in to see a hygienist after a friend recommended Bow Lane Dental for nervous patients. After speaking with their lovely receptionist Emma, I was booked in for a clean with Brooke and cant believe how relaxed I felt during my visit. Brooke really took the time to listen to my worries and answer any questions I had, it is clear to see she takes pride in her work and is passionate about advising others in practicing good oral hygiene. I was asked by a few people after my visit if I had my teeth whitened, Very happy with my results. Thank you Brooke, Looking forward to my next visit (something I never thought I would say about the dentist!).

Fantastic experience: So sorry for everyone here but this is going to be a long review. I was in a bike accident 2 weeks ago with stitches on my lips, 2 broken teeth near gum level with pulp exposed and 2 chipped side teeth. And during lockdown, I was panic, I was concerned because I know that if the teeth got infected and got into my bones, then it's over. I was trying everywhere but the latest root canal appointment I got was way too late. Desperate, I came across Bow Lane Dental and James was super helpful, he did all the test to my teeth, check my gums and Xray my teeth real nice. However, the latest he can get for me was the week after. Of course I was sad but that's the earliest out of all the dental clinic I visited. However, just 30 minutes after I left the clinic, the reception called me that they can book me in IMMEDIATELY at 3.45PM on the same day!!! I was definitely going for it and my Endodontist Sameena was super helpful along the way. I was so nervous because it was my very first canal treatment. She put some anaesthesia onto my gum then injected some more onto my gum which honestly didn't hurt at all! Then afterwards the whole root canal treatment was a pleasure because she did it so accurately and efficiently, she asked if I want her to explain a long the way but I was too scared so I put my trust in her haha. Afterwards, she shaped my new temporary teeth and honestly, even though it's temporary, she made it as if they were my old teeth (in one piece of course). I could not be more grateful. Then she proceeded to make an appointment for me to check it again next month and if everything is fine, I'll get my new crown!!!! I cannot recommend them enough because they don't do it for the money, I can feel that they genuinely care for your teeth well-being. I have been doing researches on prices of dental practice around London, some might say they are a bit pricier but imagine this, would you pay £100 more for a job that will last for decades or would you pay £100 less for a job that will cost you more money along the way? Not to mention that my lips were super swollen so a big round of applause for James and Sameena for finding their way to my gums! Long story short, thanks the team so much! And I will see you soon for further treatment and hopefully will be one of your regular check up in further future!

In addition, they always seem to have the latest dental technology (tools and materials) - so you really do feel and experience a cutting edge, high quality service every time. Fantastic experience: Friendly and accommodative receptionists and staff members. Gentle reminders in time regarding my upcoming appointments. First encounter with Dr Zaki (my dentist) was with great impression; he was patient and understanding of my complex teeth issues - he always treats me with utmost patience and explains pre-treatment procedures thoroughly, ensuring I understand and accept the treatment prior to commencing. Overall, on the pricey side for dental treatments but all worth the quality/outcome of dental treatments and overall service provided by all staff members. Location: Easily found on first visit; convenient location and in close proximity to London tube Mansion House stations.

Fantastic experience: Review is actually for Sarah Urquhart, my dental hygienist who works at Bow Lane. I have a condition that requires more frequent hygienist visits so have been through a few. Sarah is the best I've met, she is super thorough addressing each and every tooth and periodontal aspects. She also offers excellent advice on how to get the best results at home tailored to your individual needs. Sarah is a great asset to the Bow Lane Practice.
