Negative experience: Routine dentist appointment was less than 3mins..The main part of the appointment was trying to see if i want teeth whiting or cosmetic procedures to my teeth (more concerned in that money maker now) After a very quick look at my teeth i Was told both my teeth and gums were very healthy and hardly any plaque ..then walked across the landing to the hygienist ..there i was told i had an infection and bleeding gums…when i said what the dentist had said..she had no clue what to say ..so all she said was see you in 6 months …Best £78 i’ve spent to be basically lied too if i could give 0 stars i would

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with a broken tooth - saw Bisma twice who filed the tooth as it was causing ulcers. Had a follow up (this appointment) to check all was clear. Overall, had no problems with these appointments and Bisma is so professional and really lo0ks after her patients.

Fantastic experience: I broke a piece off a tooth. Kiss saw me the same day, put in a temporary filling and planned a long term solution with me. He even offered to see me again the day after Boxing Day if I was in trouble. Top class service

Fantastic experience: My recent appointment with the Dentist was excellent, I saw the lady dental surgeon unfortunately I never got her name but she was excellent and examined me thoroughly, would definitely recommend them.

Positive experience: Practice had changed a lot under new management. Until recently, the reception and admin services were not very good. These have improved over the past 6 months. The new process of paying on arrival before treatment and potentially having to pay again for treatment after appointment was confusing but it was explained and made sense to prevent failed payments and bad debt.

Fantastic experience: Really satisfied with my appointment I had booked in for my 9 months check up I asked if she had the time to do my de-scale and polish she checked to see if her next patient was waiting not arrived yet to she went ahead and completed my treatment very helpful gave me some tips on my over sensitive teeth

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit at the practice with the new staff. The receptionist could have been more welcoming, but she was polite. I was extremely nervous as l hate the Dentist - but l was put at ease as soon as l walked in. My Dentist who was under the supervision of the male Dentist, welcomed me and reassured me l would be ok. After checking my teeth she re-filled an old discoloured filling, she assured me l didn't need an injection and it would be painless - which is was. I can't even tell where the old filling was now. I am really happy with the service l received and the main Dentist who l also saw was very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Today I was initially booked in to check I had a hole in my tooth. I met the lovely new lady dentist. She was polite,professional,explained her every move,was so gentle. Offered to do the filling the same time. I explained I was sensitive atm,so she took gentle care,I didn’t even need any anaesthetic. Kish popped in to check,and was as lovely as ever. I cannot recommend the new dentist any more than the best dentist I have ever dealt with. She certainly is an asset to butt lane dental surgery,and any one seeing her won’t be disappointed. Fantastic experience: I saw Rida for my hygienist appt and she was very thorough but also gentle. This is the second time that I have seen Rida and I would definitely book with her again

Fantastic experience: Waited 1 hour and 10 Minutes in the waiting room after my appointed appointments. Then I was put with another dentist. I was ignored at reception. I nearly missed my next appointment with my solicitor due to this delay and I did complain to the dentist reception with no joy. No one should have to wait this amount of time after their appointed time and I needed a filling but had no more time to waste.

Negative experience: Not very happy with this place since its been taken over. Felt like my appointment was rushed and it seemed to be about just getting as many appointments into one day as they could and I'm sure my check up price included a clean after when it was the previous owners but not now! (Mabe wrong) . Been going there for some time now but not sure I will be returning . The lady who was using the suction during the clean choked me about 5 times in the few minutes of being in the chair (seems to be unexperienced) . Very sad review but all true unfortunately.

Negative experience: Not happy at all,,my son had a pre assessment for 2 teeth to be removed so he was ready to have his braces put on at the hospital, a further appointment was made for the extraction day, that day came and all of a sudden, bear in mind the pre assement was done so all was checked beforehand, she refused to take them out as she wasn't "confident ", even though the orthodontics at the hospital said it was routine, not even a offer on another dentist at the practice to see if they are confident enough, braces appointment had to be cancelled, in which he's waited over 3 years or more for this treatment to start

Negative experience: Just counted my teath. Because l told him l had a bad tooth. He said it needed to be taken out didn't do a thing but charged me for the check up. My husband was surprised how quickly l came out. He asked me again to see the hygienist because l had a lot of tarter. This time l agreed to see the hygienist then have my tooth out.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my daughter as she had been in pain with her tooth over the weekend which was explained to the receptionist. They were brilliant and got her in the same day. Once there got told by the dentist that they needed to pack my daughters tooth but they didn’t have time and we would need to come back nearly 3 weeks later. I was disgusted that this was even suggested. After much discussion with the receptionist they finally agreed on an appointment 3 days later. This was something that should have been done by the dentist on the day instead of making a 10 year old wait days to be treated.

Negative experience: Quite poor actually...A week before my appointment I called to say I had a cold sore and should I cancel? I was told I was OK to attend. I turned up checked in, sat and waited and as soon as the dentist called me in she told me she was unable to examine me due to the cold sore. ... Wasting both my time and hers ..

The hygienist I had yesterday was extremely patient with me and was very nice polite and thorough with the job, as is my dentist. Kish is very patient and he always explains any procedures and takes into consideration my nervousness of going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this practice. A friendly place and the Dentist will go that extra mile for you to be happy. .

Fantastic experience: I wanted to bring forward a check up appointment originally scheduled for May and for the dentist to look at an issue with my tooth. After a slight communication issue with the receptionist she got me an appointment for the following day which was great. The dentist was great almost. I had an issue with the charge but this wasn't the dental practices fault, they were just following nhs band charges.

Fantastic experience: Contacted the surgery first thing Monday morning 10/3 about a painful dental problem. I was very surprised to be offered an appointment for that afternoon, for which I was very grateful. Kish attended to me, explained what was wrong, allayed my fears and explained further treatment needed and prescribed antibiotics. He was very kind. The speed of the service was exceptional. Fantastic experience: Rang to see if they were taking NHS patients on and received a phone call saying they would take me on , , after assessment and impression done the third visit did the job and I never felt any pain having the 2 teeth removed , had the young bloke do the job he was easy to get on with and professional, don’t have any worries going here 10 out of 10 , this was couple of yrs ago now , but went only last week and still finding the service good just another two visits to go then ok for a few yrs apart from the 6 monthly check ups

Negative experience: It would be appreciated if full costs could be discussed before treatment. Is it appropriate to be told during treatment of the cost and options after having a tooth removed. Then to go into a debate about it. It would also help, that after having the treatment, to get a complete breakdown of costs and what is left owing. And again, not have to get into a debate with reception staff in order to pay the correct amount. All unecessary and makes the whole experience annoying and frustrating!!!

Fantastic experience: Didn't have to wait long at all to be called in. Kesh is a fabulous dentist. I'm on ESA and one of the receptionists wasn't aware and kinda shouted at me when I was leaving, thinking that I was doing a runner. The other receptionist corrected her. Negative experience: Very disappointed. Came away very angry with the service. I got quoted £35 for a gum shield which I agreed to and went to get it fitted, I waited over 20 minutes for a 2 minute fitting then went to the receptionist who told me it was over £300. She was very unhelpful and wouldn’t go to the dentist to sort the bill out. She just emailed and left me waiting for 30 minutes. After waiting so long just to pick something up (over a hour) I left without the gum shield, I handed this back to the receptionist very disappointed and I will be looking elsewhere after today’s service. This has caused a lot of distress due to the lack of communication and being told the wrong thing.

Fantastic experience: Initial scans and prep work for an implant indicated some issues. Kish explained all the issues face to face, and gave alternatives. Opted for a bridge. Very pleased with the end result, looks very natural. The service felt personal , considerate and informative.

Negative experience: Appointment was supposed to at 12:05 didn’t get seen till 12:45 absolute shocking if it had been the other way and I had arrived 40 minutes late they would of told me I was late and refused to see me so how can it be acceptable for them to make there patients wait so long just so they can book way to many people in just to make money

Negative experience: both mine and my husbands hygiene appointments were painful and uncomfortable and both of our dentist appointments lasted less than 30 seconds in 40 years of visiting the same dentist i have never experienced anything like this before and can only presume it is the new staff /management that have caused the changes if it was easy to swap to a new dental practice i would do it immediately
