Fantastic experience: From the minute you walk through the door you become aware of a lovely friendly atmosphere. It’s housed in quite an old building but once inside it is immaculate, it’s a bit like the Tardis. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Receptionists are very efficient. Dheraima is amazing and has all the time in the world for her patients. Her nurse (sorry not sure of her name) is very kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Was in for three fillings so not looking forward to appointment. However staff were lovely & super gentle, no pain & all over & done with, without any hassle.

Maria gave me a very thorough explanation confirming that it was due to me grinding my teeth subconsciously. I have been more aware of this and not had an issue since and that was 6 months ago. Very good friendly team work with dentist Sinjal, and an Oral surgeon and technician over explaining process and covering anaesthetic well with care needed for result. Reception staff also very helpful and caring whilst waiting. Recommend the practice.

Negative experience: I’ve been a regular patient for over a year and was generally satisfied with the care. However, my recent check-up was very disappointing. The dentist spent barely five minutes with me, didn’t check each tooth properly, and only repeated what I had already told her. There was no real examination or advice beyond suggesting a private deep cleaning session. When I raised my concerns at reception, I was told that’s all that’s covered under the NHS Band 1 fee. I was also told a proper 30-minute check-up would require going private. It’s disheartening to see such a clear divide in care between NHS and private patients. All patients deserve proper attention, regardless of how they pay.

Negative experience: They disappoint me they always cancel my appointments when im already on my way and they force me to wait 3 weeks for my next appointment and making me suffer with a tooth that I specifically said I wanted gone today they are horrible I dont recommend

The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease the moment I walked in. Dr. Gholmy took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly and patiently answered all of my questions. Their gentle approach and expertise made what could have been a stressful appointment completely comfortable. From the efficient scheduling to the follow-up care instructions, everything was handled with excellence. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-tier dental care. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually do reviews, however I felt it only right to do so on this occasion, due to the outstanding service I have received from them in the last 2.5/3years that I have been registered with them. I suffer with long-term illness and am an EXTREMELY nervous patient. I am scared stiff of literally everything about dentists e.g. noise, smell, pain, sensation etc. However all the staff I have had contact with are kind, helpful & compassionate. In particular Noelle on reception and my dentist, Dr Parus Shah. I greatly appreciate how considerate, kind and helpful they are & have been with me.

Positive experience: I have so much dentist anxiety and am autistic so freak out with the sensory experience. The staff here are so caring and understanding and always take time to explain to me everything they are going to do and no longer spring unexpected procedures on me. It makes traumatic experiences much more comfortable. Recommending I wear noise cancelling headphones and eat properly before procedures has been a game changer. Positive experience: Not the greatest waited 8 weeks for the mould to come back not the 4 weeks that I was first told, the plate was missing the 2 teeth that were removed 12 weeks earlier the plate itself was to big and moved around and the front teeth that should have been the same as original were very long so not a great experience, the staff are very nice

Having lost a tooth and damaged my 2 front teeth I impressed with being able to get an appointment on the same day I requested one, assuming I would have to wait at least a week. Negative experience: This is one of the worst organisations I had found. Last year I went in for an appointment but the receptionist was very rude. This year I booked an appointment and paid £30 as deposit for the following week. I didn’t received any reminder and also tried to call them that I would not be available but no one picked the call. When I went in after some hours, I was told to pay for another booking. Avoid them please.

I got my Invisalign done here with Maria who is so thorough and patient, really takes the time to make sure you understand everything and are happy with the treatment. Noelle is so helpful with appointments whether it's for a check up or to check in with Maria for Invisalign. Best dentist I have been to and definitely recommend!
