Positive experience: I arrived at the practice 3 minutes late and was told by reception, in front of another patient she was attending to, I was late!! I have been several times in the last 6 weeks and had to wait to see my dentist every time, usually about 10 minutes, last time over 25 minutes. My dentist was great as usual.

Fantastic experience: Offered an alternative dentist as Jonathan on holiday which was much better than a cancellation or rearrangement. Dentist I saw was friendly, chatty and carried out the check-up quickly and then the cleaning which was very thorough. There are no NHS dentists anymore so paying full price you expect excellent service and this was!

Fantastic experience: Had a huge problem with my broken tooth and im going on holiday. My Dentist did a great job fixing this for me. I'm very nervous and he was very kind, considered and made sure I was OK through out. Being caring makes a difference.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Bridge Dental in Market Deeping and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was extremely nervous due to a previous dentist not listening to me, causing unnecessary pain, and charging a fortune. But from the moment I arrived, the team at Bridge Dental put me at ease. Dr. Pawel Samusz and his dental nurse were so gentle and reassuring. Dr. Samusz explained everything clearly — what he was planning to do, why it was necessary, and what I might feel during the procedure. That level of care and communication really helped calm my nerves before having my tooth removed. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, the receptionist was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. I genuinely appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the whole team. Fantastic experience: 19/10/23 Just changed my dentist. I was very pleased with my first appointment at Bridge House Dental. The reception area is spacious, the receptionist very pleasant and the assessment with Mr Cliffe was very informative. I am looking forward to my next visit and getting my problem tooth sorted. 26/10/23 Have just had my second visit and so pleased I have changed to this dental surgery. Had a scan and one tooth needs to come out. 3/11/23 Had a tooth removed on my third visit and Mr Cliffe was very gentle. Am glad I made the decision to change my dentist. 14/11/23 Just visited June the hygienist for the first time and she was so gentle and also very friendly and had time to chat. Again very glad I changed dentists. Am now sorted until next May. I will definitely recommend Bridge Dental practice to all my friends. My daughter has already decided to join this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was fitted in at a few hours notice on Christmas Eve for a repair to a broken back molar. Everyone was very kind and professional and made me feel very comfortable about the whole experience.

Negative experience: Treatment was very good, but I feel it should be advised how much it will cost! I was told I need to Xrays just for a check, not advised it would be nealy £50 until i went to pay, I was able to cover this cost but some peole might not be able to. Total bill for a check up £170!

Fantastic experience: After speaking to a couple of practices by phone, I decided upon Bridge Dental, mainly because of the friendly and approachable reception staff. They explained everything clearly and transparently, and in a way that got the facts over succinctly and without fuss. The service continued with prompt emails and easy registration. And then a warm welcome when I arrived for the first appointment. The problem was resolved easily and everything happened as described and promised. I’ve registered as a client long term and will be taking the Denplan scheme which was cheaper than I had expected since I’m moving from an NHS dentist 75 miles away. Really impressed….and relieved on the cost front!!

Fantastic experience: My son Edward is autistic and very nervous of visiting the dentist or doctors. Both Jonathan and June went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and were helpful in changing their ways of working, Jonathan checking Eds teeth whilst in June's chair, or standing up, whichever he preferred at the time. Fantastic experience: Rang on Monday with toothache got an appointment Tuesday morning, Johnathan did an X-ray, found the problem and has put in a temporary filling to hopefully settle things down. Top service as always.

Fantastic experience: A very good and thorough dentist. For crowns (I have had a few now) use of 3D photography and digital tooth design results in a very accurate satisfactory outcome. Receptionists engage positively when you enter. Booking system is efficient with helpful text/email reminders. Reception is attractive. Hygienist is thorough, and very good for a laugh (a difficult thing in the circumstances!).
