Negative experience: I have been a private patient of this practice for several years. At my last appointment I was told that I had been transferred to a different dentist who is new to the practice. She examined me and stated one of my fillings needed refilling then xrayed and now recommended a silver filling. She then stated this could not be done at the practice and she could not understand that either. I asked where I could get a silver filling and she said she did not know. There was also a lot of interest in my accent and where I am from. Shocking experience overall after many years of decent service and not what I pay for in private practice. I have since taken up her recommendation to go somewhere else. At my new dentist I paid more than 1k for dental treatment that was long overdue. What a waste of my time and money - found this interaction quite unhelpful and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I recently made an appointment here after avoiding going to the dentist for years, and I am really happy that I did. I was really nervous about finally going, but from the moment I walked through the door, they made me feel extremely comfortable and more relaxed. The dental hygienist was amazing and incredibly understanding, never once judging me despite the condition of my teeth at the time. They took the time to talk me through everything before they did it, even offering me reassurance. I left feeling so much better about my teeth and myself. I am now looking into dental plans here as I don’t feel nervous anymore and the staff are amazing. I will definitely be coming back as it’s worth every penny. Thank you!! :)

Fantastic experience: Recently away a course in Kent, I started to experience some serious toothache and swelling, so I rang my practise and Kate the practice manager was so helpful, she managed to find me another dentist nearby as part of my practice plan for an emergency appointment which I had no idea I was entitled to. She communicated throughout the day to secure me an appointment. I was so happy with the service I received, and it really helped me whilst I was away. Highly recommended, nothing it too much trouble at all.

Fantastic experience: I Cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Ive had structural and cosmetic treatments over the course of a year and it's transformed my smile. Always greeted on entry and kept up to speed with any appointment information via text and check ins. My dentist Mr Redpath has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions and clearly takes great pride in his work and care for his clients. If one were to be of a nervous disposition in such settings I can assure you Lee would put you at ease and explain everything with honest and open communication. Fantastic experience: My family and I still are under the care of Sharoe Green dental despite not living in Preston anymore for over 5 years, simply because they are the best practice around. They always try their best for us and seem to always fo the extra mile when they dont need to. They genuinely care for their patients from the Manager Kate, their dental assistants to our dentist, Dr Lee Redpath. I would not trust another soul to have their fingers in my mouth as much as Dr Redpath.

Negative experience: I have been treated by Marem Ahamed Charging whatever they feel like it. paid 69 pounds for nothing Done for 1st time now. marem didnt show here face even we asked wow never again I have since visited for some different One in fullwood can honestly say, he is the best Dentist ever. He explains everything he is doing, and does a thorough & precise job which is pain free. Lookout for my next review I can not recommend him enough for both cosmetic procedures and dentistry work.

Always a pleasure to see Suzanne who tries to drown you whilst giving your teeth a good clean. Always does an excellent job. I was registered with an NHS dentist for many years, but I wish I had gone to sharoe green dental practice sooner because the service and quality of the dentist is far superior to the one I was previously with! Would strongly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Very poor customer services seem more concerned about payment than care. Treated my husband with a brain injury suffering from encephalitis poorly, asked hin to pay £80 for missed check up . I phoned on the day explaining he was having a severe seizure. Would not recommend. My husband had been paying monthly for years. I also will not be going again and my family also wont either. Im a retired nurse and sad to say no care anymore.

Fantastic experience: I always have a positive experience at this dental surgery. I never struggle to get an appointment and the whole team are all very friendly, welcoming and professional. My dental hygienist Elisha does a fantastic job keeping my teeth top condition and gives me great tips on keeping them healthy!

Negative experience: I don't know where to start really.. Flabbergasted would be an understatement to say the least . Don't get me wrong as CEO of a very large groundbreaking concept of the dynamic public transportation portal project AKA project x me and my colleagues of whom stretch out as far as outer Mongolia and beyond refuse to return after their introductory clean and polish solely due to the rude receptionist.. they think there dentist and forget they are simply receptionist....Aside from that it all went down hill when me and my rotterdam connection where in the area. We all had private subscriptions which state you will be treated within 24hrs of calling... Well let me point out they have all been back in rotterdam and had their teeth fixed. And these joker's still haven't find the time or made an effort to accommodate any of my highy valued compatriots.. I feel violated so stay away Kindest regards. Mr Burns.

Fantastic experience: I had my composite bonding done by Dr Lee and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He gave me a better smile than I even imagined and the effort and care he puts in is second to none. It is incredibly refreshing and endearing to see someone genuinely care about the work they’re doing. 10/10 I will never use or recommend anybody else for cosmetic work again

Negative experience: Customer service 0. The way the dentist speak to you on the phone if you have a concern is disgusting. Basically being told your a liar. The practice cover up following a complaint all because they work as individuals and don't want to lose out on the fee for another colleague mistake. Never have I experienced customer service like this. Avoid and pay your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist was very professional and explained everything in detail. They relieved my pain, detailed all the next steps and aftercare was easy to understand. I was made to feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Lee Redpath for over a year now. Lee did my veneers for me in 2023 and I was extremely happy with the results. I have since visited for some different issues with my teeth and can honestly say, he is the best Dentist ever. He explains everything he is doing, and does a thorough & precise job which is pain free. I can not recommend him enough for both cosmetic procedures and dentistry work.

Fantastic experience: After many failed dentist experiences over the years I was signposted by restorative dentistry from RPH for dental work due to teeth deterioration after radio therapy. Met with Lee who I noted on my first appointment has trained in restorative dentistry along with other things. Came up with a plan together regarding work required which is quite extensive. 4 of my own teeth restored so far, I am over the moon with the results. Im not the best when it comes to dental work, Lee is so patient with me and goes at my pace I can't rate the dental practice more from Lee to all the dental nurses reception staff etc there amazing. Can't wait till the end of my dental plan to see the results in full Don't settle for second best when it comes to dental work sharoe green dental practice is the best

Fantastic experience: Never thought I'd say the words "love" about the dentist, but I do love Sharoe Green Dental Practice. Reception staff are lovely and helpful. I used to be scared of the dentist until I came here, absolutely no need to be frightened as these guys know exactly what they are doing, and they're really good at it. They always put you at ease, and make sure you're okay every step of the way. I actually felt relaxed when getting two fillings done. I won't ever go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: A great dental practice the whole team are professional and friendly making you feel relaxed. The dentist not only listened to me he offered good advice and options . The hygienist is very gentle and thorough and the appointment reminder service is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: My son has a fear of the dentist, but I can't believe what happened. He didn't feel pain, even though the doctor had a tooth pulled out because he had decay and an abscess. The doctor was excellent and the receptionist was friendly and kind with the children. Now my children are not afraid of visiting the dentist.

Negative experience: Really gutted with the outcome of treatment. It would be better to know during the appointment that your expectations haven't been met, why and what next, rather than waiting until you get home and seeing the mess in the mirror for the first time. Then having to chase up the resolution yourself because phone calls aren't returned and promised emails not sent. I used to have a perfect bridge but now I can't close my mouth even after being filed down so much there's no natural definition and the internal metal sticks out cutting my tounge. Why not say during the appointment- it doesn't look how it did before, I'm afraid I can't position it lower...

Fantastic experience: I’ve not been to the dentist since pre Covid (over 3yrs) and had a build up of plaque behind my teeth I was embarrassed of. From my first consultation the dentist made me feel so relaxed and at ease, it was a really lovely experience. Where as previous NHS dentists have literally shouted for not coming more frequently and made me feel uncomfortable. Today I had a hygienist appointment, which I’ve been dreading because previously at other dentists it’s been a really unpleasant, painful, rough experience, that’s hurt and felt like your drowning. Today wasn’t like that at all, it didn’t hurt at all, the hygienist was so gentle and not once did I feel like I was drowning. Usually after a hygienist appointment you have that rough feeling from where the plaques gone. I don’t even have that either because the hygienist has polished it so smooth. I have already booked in my next appointment and I look forward to it. What a completely different experience to be looked after and cared for gently and professionally. Can’t thank you enough, I definitely will never put off the dentist now!

I’m so glad I did - Dan and his team have been fantastic. I’ve even made a ‘Dentist’ playlist for my appointments - I couldn’t even say the word dentist out loud before without feeling nervous! Negative experience: If you can somehow organise an appointment by proxy, go for it, if not, don't waste your time. It's not ironic that all the negative reviews are about the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my wisdom tooth, and was new here - I was treated so well, my mum decided to go too and is absolutely thrilled by the kindness and professionalism showed. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I chipped my tooth on Fri and contacted the surgery. My wife had an existing appt for the following Mon so I asked if there was any chance I could be seen too. No problem. It was changed to a 'family' appt and I saw Dan. The tooth was a front one and very obvious but Dan worked his magic and it is indistinguishable from the rest of the tooth and looks like nothing happened. Great job. Thanks SGDP.

Recently had root canal treatment and a new crown fitted at Sharoe Green Dental and it was a positive experience from start to finish. Fantastic experience: I am not good with Dentists!! but I have been to Sharoe Green Dental recently to have an implant fitted which in its self is quite an ordeal, but I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and Dan and and the rest of the team are very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. I am more than happy with my implant and feel more relaxed about coming back in the future.

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist although older one was much nicer. Went for Invisalign not very friendly very much interested in money went to provider 1 mile away completely different experience went with them much nicer all around, shop around much better places nearby

Fantastic experience: I have been with Sharoe Green Dental Practice for over 2 years now and it has been the most brilliant decision to both complete Invisalign treatment and then sign up to their monthly plan. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly and provide the most brilliant, comprehensive service and always go above and beyond to help you. COVID precautions are at the forefront and I have always felt safe and protected whilst visiting. I had always used an NHS practice prior to signing up to Sharoe Green's monthly plan and cannot recommend their service and value for money highly enough. My teeth and oral hygiene have been brilliant since joining the practice and I have recommended their service to all I know, included my mum who has also been treated at the service despite living in Southport. Give them a call and see what amazing treatment and input you could receive, you won't regret it.

Then Liz was very friendly & professional putting me at my ease & carrying out a thorough examination also sorting out my dental problem with an xray. It was my family’s second time attending our dentist Mr Walmesley , which we all agree is a pleasant experience due to his professionalism and relaxed atmosphere. We also attended the hygienist Suzanne Morton who is probably the gentlest hygienist I’ve seen in 30 years. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with a filling and my usual NHS dentist for some reason wasn’t answering the phone ! I eventually got in touch with them but was told it would be after the New year until I could be seen even as an emergency! ‍♂️I inquired here and was given an appointment a week later ! I was seen and fixed up by Lizzie Dobson who was brilliant , very happy with treatment and service !

Fantastic experience: Never have I enjoyed going to the dentist so much!! I'm in the process of getting my smile back, I currently have very few teeth of my own and was given the opportunity to get tooth implants on my upper an lower along with a denture upper and lower bridges. So far I have had five tooth implants upper (Just like to add it dosent hurt having implants fitted) and due back to get my denture fitted next week. I can't wait!! The staff are brilliant an really lovely, I'd just like to thank my dentist (Dan Walmsley) and all the staff for the work so far on replacing my smile.
