Fantastic experience: I am so glad I've found this clinic. Over the last few years they've been pretty much fixing the results of negligence and incompetence of the NHS dental practice I foolishly relied on before. I finally have some confidence in my oral health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mira, my dentist, supported me through a very stressful time improving the health and progress of my gum disease. She managed to stabilise this following a very extensive treatment program over a period of a few months. She gave me very detailed advice and told me how to best look after my teeth. I have never had this level of support and encouragement from a dentist previously and I’m not fully motivated to look after my teeth like I never have done before. Surgery was clean and well lit And the reception professional and communicated well. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to this practice and absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel has treated me and my daughter, always with care. My daughter had to have a false tooth re-done following poor job by NHS dentist, so this was expensive but worth every penny. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I must claim this medal, but I have been the longest patient ever to do my Invisilign due to my own fault, as I managed to have two kids in between my treatment. I started off with a different dentist, but ended mr treatment with Dr Pratik Patel. I cannot praise him enough of how kind, polite, professional, and good he is in his job. I feel so sad that my 6 1/2 year journey has now come to an end, but it was such a good journey. Keep up the good work

The doctors are highly skilled and professional, but what truly stood out to me was their wonderful WhatsApp service. After having so many years of infections and pain in my tooth and many failed root canals and treatments, I decided to put my faith in Dr Simona and her team and they did not disappoint. Dr Simona is amazing at what she does and on top of that is so kind, patient and helpful which makes the scary dentist experience that bit more bare-able! I cannot thank them all enough. I finally have no pain and a healing tooth which is amazing as I originally went to their dentist asking for an implant and they persevered and saved my tooth! Fantastic experience: A life-long dental phobic, after some painful and difficult experiences back in the 1960s where the technology was of a thankfully long gone era - I finally decided to pluck up courage in my 60s to enquire about realignment and whitening. Attracted by the surgery appearance and poster claims I summoned up the courage to go in. I asked for the best dentist in the business and an appointment was made - When I arrived, I was told I’d been switched to Dr.Amidia Tobia - not a good start for my nerves, as I thought she may be ‘only second best’ - at best! I need not have worried, from the outset Dr.Ami put me at ease, talked me through my wishes, gave a clear assessment of my options (at no time did I feel I was being ‘sold to’, in fact she dissuaded me from extremes but counselled me in what was right for me). It involved a programme of Invisalign retainers - initially estimated for 9-12 months, which due to a difficult tooth resulted in about 18months. Regular checks with Ami and my commitment to wearing them every day for 20-24 hours has reached the end today.and I and Ami are delighted! Phase 2 for me is whitening and I’m excited to see how that process develops. The point of all that is to say, if you are nervous about dental care - PLEASE go and see Dr Tobia! I feel so silly about waiting so long. She is a wonderful professional with a fabulous empathy for her patients - I’m a changed man! The technology the surgery has is fantastic. If I have ANY complaint is that I’d live to have a video of what Ani was doing and how to watch later! The other staff members are all super, too, the nurses and the lovely Darshia on reception. Friendly and efficient, they all add to the ambience and patient care. I never thought I’d say I look forward to going to the dentist! But I genuinely do! Thanks Dr Ami!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Pratik Patel for a dental procedure, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Patel demonstrated great attention to detail and was incredibly thoughtful throughout the appointment. His approach not only made me feel at ease but also confident in the care I was receiving. I left his office feeling genuinely better than when I walked in. If you're looking for a dentist who combines professionalism with a personal touch, Dr. Patel is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I just went to this clinic, which was recommended to me by a relative. I went for a check-up and a procedure to get a second opinion and decide if my procedure could be postponed. The doctor who consulted me and solved my problem communicated with me constantly, being very open to my questions and understanding my situation, she considered that it should not be postponed much longer. It is now the beginning of February when I write the review, I wanted to postpone the problem until May. Later it turned out that the doctor's opinion was the correct one. I was able to observe the procedure and how it works in the reflection of her plastic mask. She solved a cavity that was dangerously close to the canal/nerve, managing to fill my tooth and avoid other complications. She always communicated, telling me that if I had any pain, to tell her and she would take action. So she did, she treated me very nicely, at the slightest inconvenience she would anesthetize me or change the tools to avoid doing a painful procedure although I could have endured a little more pain during the procedure, it is clear that the doctor sought to deserve this 5 star requirement. However, we are in the UK and dentists here are much more expensive than in other countries, yet her opinion and the intervention were much more affordable than other clinics. I asked to keep her name and I hope that if there is a need (I hope not) I will find her in the same salon for possible future needs.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, clean practice, modern equipment. Bit pricey for dental treatment, but then it's 2024. Still, you'd think they could use all the revenue from the peddling of unregulated cosmetic treatments to subsidise actual dental medicine.

Fantastic experience: Super attentive and caring, and the receptionist is so very lovely! Had my composite bonding and aligners from here by Dr Natasha she is so very sweeet and did an amazing job. I just love my teeth now and feel so confident. Had a touch up for one of my chipped composite bindings by Dr Sapna who did a great job at making it so natural and doing it very attentively and with care. She also did a teeth clean up for me and check up, and she is very thorough in hers checks and honest which I appreciate. I really recommend this dental clinic honestly, usually I feel a bit apprehensive with dentists but the ladies here are kind and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful I found them! I have been in terrible pain and unable to see the dentist who had treated my tooth. I managed to get a same day emergency appointment, at 6, and the dentist not only took the time needed to find the issue but also worked on removing a filling, treating decay, and putting a new filling in. Over an hour! Both the dentist and the assistant were lovely and kind as I have an irrational fear of the dentist. They were soft spoken, explained everything in detail, and were lovely to each other too. The atmosphere really helped me. Positive experience: EDIT: yes, I came in 2022, and you don't have any record because you didn't take note of the fact i expressly said to the dentist i didn't want the whitening Nice place, quite professional but price are suoer high, even higher then in central Lonon. They also did a service i didn't ask for (whitening) even if I specifically mentioned that i didn't want it and then put it i to the bill. I didn't argue the bill cause I found really stupid to not respect the patient will considering it was my first time there. First and last, I don't like when people take advantage of myself

I booked in for a hygiene and air flow clean appointment with Dr Sapna - not only was the end result magnificent, but she quite clearly takes pride in her work and ensured that the entire appointment was well explained and as pain free as possible! Negative experience: 2 stars for the polite staff and nice dentist but be careful of them adding things and charging you without notice. Get a clear break down of what you are paying for and make that deal and pay no more! do not allow added extras, I certainly will not be back!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sapna Bhattessa and all the team at Eastcote dentist are brilliant. I can't recommend them enough. I have just finished a course of Invisalign and am very happy with the results. Dr Bhattessa is professional, friendly, open and calming. Great service and I will continue to go there in the future.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit today and I just wanted to emphasise how friendly the staff team were. I was seen by Dr. Amidia Tobia who was super knowledgeable and was able to explain everything clearly. She also made me feel very comfortable and was happy to answer any questions.

Positive experience: Overall good service. Dentists assistant needs more training though. Was slow in understanding what to do, and at times struggled to complete certain tasks on her own. 3.5 star would be a more accurate score when taking this into consideration.

Fantastic experience: * UPDATE * I went again for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Ghassan Al Shaikh Radi is an angel. He helped me get through my anxiety and the procedure went so smoothly. A big shout out to Dr Ghassan Al Shaikh Radi, nurse Alexandra and the lovely lady from the reception, Liliana! The best and the most professional team. **** This place is amazing. I just can't recommend it enough! Everyone in the clinic is a sweetheart. The most lovely people I ever met. I had a wisdom tooth that was giving me troubles and I needed it removed. The reception lady was so lovely, empathetic and reassuring. A big thank you to Dr Ghassan Al Shaikh Radi and to the nurse (I really apologize, but I forgot her name). They have treated me with the highest level of respect. The doctor understood my worries and my anxiety. He explained everything in detail and he was making sure I was alright during the procedure. He is a very kind soul and made me understand that there is nothing to be scared of. I fell in love with this clinic. Fantastic experience: I went to Eastcote Dentist to get Invisalign as well as composite bonding with Dr Tobia. She always explained everything very clearly and made sure I was comfortable through each appointment, the dental assistants and reception staff are also just as friendly. Had a pleasant experience every time I was there and am so happy with the final outcome of my teeth! Can’t thank them enough

Negative experience: Booked to see the hygienist. Got called 3 times asking if I would want to move my booking to 8am, 2pm, or 3pm, and it was rather annoying given that it was a working day and I clearly mentioned I could not and I was a first time patient. It was clear someone didn’t want to work on a Friday! And in fact… My 1 hour appointment lasted only 35 minutes (see website, they sell a 60 minute service for 30min or 45min), with very basic cleaning, and the usual basic hygienist speech with some basic google images that I didn’t appreciate. I’m waiting for a refund given I was sold something I didn’t receive. Stay away from here, or any other dentists around this area, if you’re looking for someone decent. It’s very disappointing that people don’t know how to do their job.

Fantastic experience: I originally spoke to Mrs Darshna Petralia the receptionist on the phone to inquire about having an implant done, as I had lost one of my front teeth, she was very friendly and super helpful. I was booked an appointment with Dr. Ghassan Radi that same day, and he was extremely helpful and recommended I saw Dr Simona Loghin, as he believed she could redo my root canal instead of having an implant. I was booked an appointment with Dr Simona Loghin the following day, and again she was lovely and very helpful. She has temporarily filled my gap to tide me over until the root canal treatment can commence and I can once again smile without feeling imbarassed. I am very happy with the help and treatment I have received so far by all members of staff, and would definitely encourage anyone looking for treatment to try Eastcote Dentist.
