Fantastic experience: I have always been very nervous of the dentist, during being housebound when my son was terminal my original dentist struck me off as I couldn’t stick to my monthly check ups, even after explaining my situation as I was housebound. Although my original dentist made me anxious every time I went for a check up or treatment. Was not sympathetic to nervous patients at all. I couldn’t find another nhs dentist for years and obviously my teeth were then in awful condition and desperately wanted to see a dentist but couldn’t find one locally. After a couple years I saw that Bournemouth Dental Centre was taking on new nhs patients. From the first phone call to seeing the dentist Jamie it has been a breeze, I obviously needed/need a-lot of treatment but straight away Jamie and the dental nurse put me at ease straight away. During treatment didn’t feel any injections and Jamie explained everything as he went along. Jamies team are amazing and wish I had found the clinic sooner, I can’t ever thank them all enough, especially Jamie and the dental nurse.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this dental practice for the last few years and recently completed my Invisalign treatment. I have found all the staff to be welcoming, attentive, and genuinely nice people to work with, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. I would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Hardip Dhatt, who guided me through the Invisalign process and made each appointment a pleasure. The process was straightforward and well-explained, and I am delighted with the results. I used to dread visiting the dentist, but this practice has completely changed my perspective. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Goes the extra mile by putting the patient at ease and then proceeds to do a first class job. I consider myself extremely lucky to be included on his list . Best practise I have ever been to.

Negative experience: This place and its staff are only interested in your money they don't even listen to you to what your saying and why you need them requested a report for hospital only 2 days later, they ask us to pay for another report. And the dentists there deliberately making you have go there again and again just to charge you more money. Hygiene is terrible receptionists like i said only care is payment first and they are NoT reasonable prices. I would NOt recommend Dental Care Bournemouth triagle .

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient here for two years now. Always a good experience. Reception staff are lovely. Nurse Rebeca was really kind and made me laugh when I was nervous. Dr King really helped me and basically rebuilt my damaged tooth perfectly. I have had emergency treatment here too, they always take the time needed to fix problems. Can’t recommend Dr K and the Dental Centre enough.

Negative experience: Came for a veneer, doctor Ben king said with composit vending was gonna look good enough and safe me money so all good till here. The day of the appointment there i go, pay £200 in advance and when the doc says he is finished i see that he did only polish my tooth.. i tell him this is not what we previously talk, he then goes on and applies the layer on my front tooth, in which process he cuts my gums and drops the drill inside my mouth.. then he shows me his work and is fat and uneven, i tell him this and he replays with "your teeth are uneven thats why" i asked him to please fix it and he starts getting angry at me saying his next patient is waiting and that i should go home, that in a couple of days i would get used to my teeth looking like that and if not i would be welcome back. I have never experienced feeling insecure with a doctor until that day. After a year the layer he put broke (my previous one from somewhere else lasted 5 years) Also i may be wrong, dont take this last thing as anything more than a guess, but his pupils that day were looking sort of unusually big.. if you know what I mean. Overall Terrible experience that has created a new fear and distrust when approaching dentist that i didn't need.

Negative experience: Had an emergency appointment as one of my front teeth fell out, dentist she didn't do nothing just had a look just for a second, then she told me u need to book another appointment with dentist, they toolk payment of £25.80, without doing anything, again they booked me another appointment for the fowling week, I got there and again it happened the same thing dentist didn't do nothing just advised me to do a consultation with Dentist Jasen as NHS they don't do dental implants, they took again another £25.8 doing nothing. I felt like they stealing money from patients doing nothing???

I’ve seen B.King and L Viatka and they’ve both been super helpful in helping me get my teeth and overall oral hygiene to a good place. The prices are also very fair. It’s a 10/10 service all round from me.

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. My dentist Revathi was very nice and thorough and explained everything in detail. I needed further treatment and was able to get an appointment in that same week. She made me feel comfortable and safe throughout. Negative experience: As NHS patient, I went there for canal treatment and owner of the dental practice Dr Hardip Dhatt told me there is only one specialist dentist at the practice which I have to go private and pay £800 and he refused to do the treatment. Absolutely appalling.
