Fantastic experience: Visited for a check up, finding further treatment was required for a broken crown. The dentist was both kind and patient, explaining the problem and the options available giving me time to choose an option that suited me. Have been coming for quite a few years, and always well looked after with dental procedures offered to give the most cost effective options.

Fantastic experience: The lady dentist who I saw was amazing. Sorted my chipped tooth and also told me it was guaranteed for 12mths she did not try and sell me anything, which most dentist try to do. I will definitely be asking to see her for all future appointments. Made me at ease and my husband saw her last time and said exactly the same. Wonderful dentist, thank you so much

I always find the staff very polite, courteous and professional and every procedure from filling out forms to filling in cavities is explained. My experience was pain free, as comfortable as it could be and surprisingly quick. I also liked the amber tinted protective glasses that made the bright lights dimmer. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, well-run dental surgery. Our dentist Tithama Gill always explains things well and shows us using mirrors how to improve brushing techniques if required. She's the only dentist I've had that does this and it's very useful. Update: more recently we've had an extremely negative experience with a different dentist at this practice in her inadequate treatment of our 4 year old, so it definitely pays to be specific about who you book with! Further update: after getting a 2nd opinion from Tithama Gill, my 4 yr old had 3 "small fillings", which were undertaken with great kindness and understanding of a child's needs. It turned out that the other dentist, who clearly didn't know what my daughter needed because she kept changing her mind, was incorrect in her 3 different diagnoses, particularly the one that indicated a more difficult procedure under sedation. She also didn't need the week of antibiotics she was given! We feel like she's had a lucky escape. Needless to say, my 5 stars is for Dr Gill and the excellent hygienists and support staff at this practice, not for the dentist who's just put my family through a lot of unnecessary stress.

Fantastic experience: I took my son for his first check-up at Faversham Smiles, and we had such a positive experience from start to finish. The reception team gave us a very warm and professional welcome, which immediately put us at ease. My son was seen by Dr. Thitima Gill, who was absolutely excellent. She made him feel comfortable throughout the appointment, explaining everything as she went along. He actually enjoyed the experience, which is not something you often hear about a trip to the dentist! The whole team at Faversham Smiles was fantastic—there was a real personal touch in the way they looked after us. I’m so glad we found this practice, and we’ve already booked in for our next check-up in six months. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Upon entering the bright clean dental surgery you are met with a friendly helpful receptionist. The dentistry is second to none making you feel at ease whilst in the chair. All the staff seem happy to work there creating a professional and relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here last year, I walked through the door and instantly freaked out (I had a serious dental phobia) but they've been absolutely brilliant, calm, caring and understanding. In a complete 360 I went again today and managed to do both of my appointments feeling positive and without the use of headphones. I never thought I'd feel comfortable going to the dentist but cannot recommend these guys enough!

Fantastic experience: I am an Ex Soldier and hated the dentist, I would say the military dentists are failed Mechanics lol... however this dentist has made me so comfortable and my fears melted away.... I had 6 teeth out in one go, and now looking after the ones I have left.. we are not all the same, some have a fear of going to the dentist , I for one did, but to get over the fear you need to find one that cares and my lord this place is amazing.. from walking in met by wonderful staff, cheerful and chatty, to the dentist herself tentative and caring, to the assistant that helps the welcome you get is amazing... waffle waffle anyway give it a go this place is amazing...

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth looked at and cleaned by hygienist Jodie, who was fabulous. She spent a lot of time making sure my teeth were clean and back to how I wanted them after some staining I had, even with some very stubborn glue on my teeth from tooth gems. She advised me on any future dental work I could have done and gave me advice on taking care of my teeth to the best standard. I would recommend her to anyone, she was so kind and caring about her job and the outcome - it was lovely to feel so comfortable and taken care of. Thank you so much, I wouldn’t go to anyone else xx

I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. The dentist's was also amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays, explained my oral health in detail, and gave me helpful tips for maintaining better dental hygiene. Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

Fantastic experience: I have attended two appointments with my children and had really great experiences. The doctors are helpful and kind. You will get good care in the chair at this practice provided there are no hiccups. Our family encountered some frustrating disagreements to which I initially felt we were treated poorly and felt frustrated by the customer service we received from the reception staff. I reached out to the complaints manager and was very impressed by the level of thought and detail the practice took in handling my complaint. While ultimately I disagree with their resolution to my complaint, I understand being American leads to cultural differences in our expectations of each other. I am adjusting my review to five stars because ultimately despite having differences in opinion, the practice took all the steps and beyond that I would want from anyone I go to for care and I think those who choose this practice will be happy with their decision.

Every single person who works at Faversham smiles are so nice and make you feel comfortable. Thanks to Balsam and her assistant my rotten teeth have now been filled and bad ones removed and I'm far from embarrassed about them now I guess Faversham smiles gave me my smile back thanks you very much highly recommend you.

Negative experience: Shambles of a dentist, was 6/7mins late for autho appointment due to parking and they said it wasn’t enough time to see me, I’ve got the feeling they just wanted to keep the £30, enjoy it and I’ll find somewhere better, from What I’ve heard I’ve had a lucky escape anyways

Positive experience: Staff very friendly, dentist very kind and efficient, lovely calm surroundings, however, I am an extremely anxious person when it comes to dentists, my appointment was 10.55, I had several reminders to let me know this, I got there 5/10 mins early as requested and was not seen until 11.15, no explanation when I asked, I know things go wrong and appointments run over, these can't be helped, had I known though, given I'm sooooo anxious I would not have turned up nearly half hour early. Overall not too bad an experience though.

She explained the whole process, which tools she was using and checked in with me that I was comfortable during the entire visit. I was put at ease immediately being in the chair and have booked in to see her again, fantastic! I also saw Emily for some dental work, she also checked I was comfortable and happy and had such a lovely friendly manner while remaining professional. The entire feel of the surgery is so welcoming and I’m so pleased to have found Faversham Smiles and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Received a warm welcome by the lovely receptionists, Amy and Emma. Then had an Invisalign consultation with Balsam and Jess who made me feel so comfortable and answered any questions I had. Very professional, modern and friendly practice so decided to go ahead with treatment. Would recommend to all family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Came for an initial checkup today, after being accepted as an NHS patient. Front reception was clean, bright and spacious. The receptionists were incredibly polite and professional. I was seen 4 minutes before my appointment and taken to the “chair” by a dental nurse. The dentist, Dr Gill, introduced herself and asked questions about my dental history, worries and concerns. There was no rushing, time was taken to listen (unheard of in my previous experiences) and she begun checking my teeth. After the check, I was taken to the xray room where a modern panoramic xray machine took a complete portrait xray of my mouth. Shortly after, I was taken back into the surgery room where a large TV opposite the chair showed my xray and the dentist pointed out areas of concern and treatment options. Once discussed and agreed (again there was no rush and time was taken to listen) Dr Gill took me back to reception to give the information to the receptionists so a further appointment could be booked. Prices were outlined before and after treatment, I felt listened to and most importantly each and every issue I had was addressed. Incredible professionalism and by far the best dental surgery I have ever been to. Thank you Faversham Smiles!

Fantastic experience: First time going to the dentist is 8 years after having a big fear and sever anxiety due to previous dental experience and I can say faversham smiles really were amazing. I had 3 fillings and a hygiene appointment and cannot fault them. Constant reassurance very well explained step by step what was going on. They knew how anxious I was feeling and supported me very well including giving me a stress ball to help. The only good experience iv ever had at the dentist would highly recommend them to anyone especially anxious people.

Positive experience: We have been coming to this dentist for years and always been happy with our regular treatments, however our appointment this week left us a little less happy. We arrived before our appointed time, as usual, and checked in at reception, giving our time slot. However, after seeing lots of others go in to their appointments (that had arrived after us) we asked at reception, if our dentist was running late.... Only then were we told that, our appointment had been changed to a later time, 20 mins later. We were a little concerned as we'd only paid for an hour at the car park. Plus thought it would have been more considerate to have previously notified us. When we finally got in to see our dentist, it became clear that this was not our regular dentist at all.?? We were not pre advised or told on the day that we would be seeing another dentist!!! Plus we were both seen extremely quickly, and personally felt our check ups were not as thorough as we'd previously had over the years, and with the cost of this, we felt rather let down, as dental hygiene is important to us. So on booking future appointments, we shall have to remind ourselves to ask them, if we're seeing our own dentist, such a shame!!! as they've been good so far.
