Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from the team at Tiwari Watson. I started my treatment with Raashi who provided a great level of care and performed the most seamless & pain free root canal treatment. We then discussed further treatment and I was provided with a detailed quote and full breakdown of what I had requested. The team managed to get me booked in for multiple appointments with Connor within a short period of time which was great as I was keen to get started. Connor & Rebecca were both superb and had great chat. I was made to feel at ease at all of my appointments and each one was completely painless. Would highly recommend and thoroughly pleased with the results of my treatment! Thanks Again to Raashi, Connor, Rebecca and the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: Evey visit is comfortable and welcoming, the staff are lovely, understanding and non-judgmental about oral health compared to other places, first time seeing the hygienist and was put at ease, talked through each step and constant check ins throughtout the procedure

Fantastic experience: The most amazing dental practice! I had significant amount of work done in 2021 with the removal of a damaged tooth, bridge insertion, Invisalign and whitening. My teeth have never looked better and completely pain free! From yellow and squint to straight and pristine!! They also have the friendliest most accommodating staff! When I returned for a check up with my newborn and had a bit of a disaster with no milk, the staff were incredible at helping me and delaying my appointment until I managed to sort everything with my daughter. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Tiwari Watson is the best dentist surgery I have ever attended, their care for their patients is evident. I would recommend them to anybody. Raashi in particular is the reason I am able to attend the dentist. Prior to this, I had extreme fear and would not return to dentists. While the fear has not magically disappeared, Raashi has supported and encouraged me, never rushed me and provided a safe space. I cannot overstate the difference Raashi has made. Fantastic experience: I would give a six star review if I could! I'm a lifelong dental phobic but needed treatment I couldn't wriggle out of. My niece recommended TW as being particularly good with anxious patients and she was right. Within minutes Dr Connor MacLeod and Chloe impressed with their professional, knowledgeable and reassuring approach. It's obvious to me (as a retired nurse) that TW invest heavily in developing their staff as their greatest asset. Thank you Connor, you're my hero ☺️

Fantastic experience: Would like to thank my Dentist Connor. And Dental nurse Chloe. On the fantastic treatment I recieved . Although I had allready had some Dental work done. I knew I was to get two teeth out . On the day I was very nervous. They both soothed my nerves and spoke and reasured me throughout . Connor was so gentle . Never felt a thing . I told him I suffer from dry sockets . And he packed the wounds and stitched them up as well. To save problems or pain later. Done that good a job sewing . I told him I've got trousers that need sewing up . If I had known. I could have brought them with me for him to fix Hahaha. So although I had bad past experiences with another dentist. I'm glad I was on there waiting list . And have Been seen and sorted . With my smile back again. So don't delay make your appointment today. With this fantastic team . Thanks again . Fantastic experience: Today I went for an extraction while I suffer with severe anxiety and panick attacks and not a very good experience from when I was younger with the dentist and all I can say was the two woman were amazing ! Dr raashi and Laura! If I’m correct we’re absolutely amazing with looking after me keeping me calm and helping me through my anxiety they spoke me through every step of the way and even held my hand ! I didn’t even think I’d sit two seconds never mind get through the whole process! I can’t thank these two girls enough ! Thought I’d never say it but definitely will be back. Fantastic experience: I had been unhappy with my teeth for a while so on the strong recommendation of a friend (Bryan Marshall) I arranged to have a consultation with Joe. From the outset Joe was clear and reassuring about what was involved in terms of treatment, time and cost. His advice to carry out the dental work over a larger number of “bite-sized chunks” rather than half a day at a time in the chair proved to be a gods-end! Every visit Joe and his assistant Tiegan put me at ease as they went about their business efficiently. I’m sure I even dozed off on a few occasions! Five crowns, 2 bridges, 1 implant, 6 white fillings (replacing amalgam), some composite bonding and a bit of whitening later – here I am - a happy (smiley) chappy! I could not recommend Joe and his team highly enough and I look forward to my twice-yearly check-ups. I never thought I’d be saying that about a dentist……..

Fantastic experience: Joe at Tiwari Watson has been looking after me and my family since he took over the practice from Dr. Chan in 2015. While many people often talk about how difficult it is to get an appointment with their dentist, we've never had that issue. Appointments are usually available within three weeks, or even the next day if it's urgent. Personally, I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done recently — two implants, two bridges, two crowns, and three amalgam (grey) fillings replaced with white ones. I also had a custom mouthguard made for teeth whitening. It’s been quite a journey, but absolutely worth it. Throughout my visits, I watched the extension of the practice being built from start to finish. The expansion has made a huge difference in supporting the growth of the team. The staff that Joe and his wife have brought together are excellent — they work seamlessly together. Joe’s assistant, Tiugan, is particularly impressive and clearly has a strong handle on the clinic’s operations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice. You’ll be in very capable hands.

Fantastic experience: Every time we attend Tiwari Watson for an appointment it is always so easy and relaxed. Kamal makes my 4 year old feel like she’s so special for doing her check up so well, and today we brought our 10 month old for his first check. What could have been chaotic and stressful was actually the opposite because of how great they all are with patients and particularly children.

Negative experience: Been with this practice for some time but recently the experiences were not as good as it used to be. Been told a referal was done but despite many times of telephone communications with the staff, the refered practice never receive it. so we end up waiting 4 months for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I must say my appointments here are always good but today really was a pleasure as I didn't have childcare for my 3 month old and had to take her with me and then again when taking my young boys for their check up. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, making space for the buggy. They were great with my little one too when I was getting treated so she didn't feel at all unsettled. They truly understand and care. My boys actually enjoy going to get their teeth checked too and that's because of how comfortable they're made to feel. Fantastic experience: I recently attended Tiwari Watson Dental care for an emergency tooth extraction. Having a fear of the dentist I was extremely nervous prior to attending however Dr. Kamal Madhok immediately put me at ease, explaining exactly what he was doing throughout and checking I was comfortable during the extraction. I was then recommended a further appointment for a scale and polish with x-rays carried out on my other teeth. On this visit Dr. Kamal again fully explained the procedure and recommended a treatment plan. Over these two visits I can confidently say Dr. Kamal has help me get over my fear of attending the Dentist which ill be forever grateful for. His level of friendly professionalism is a credit to Tiwari Watson dental care and I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Positive experience: Very thorough dental hygeinist and cannot fault dentist - all very pleasant and efficient as the dental nurses were too. However I do think receptionists need more training - having been one I could see some faults immediately! Spoiled an otherwise pleasant check up visit....

Fantastic experience: Several years ago, my already soft teeth were somewhat impacted by chemotherapy. Along with Covid lockdown this resulted in the need for a fairly major overhaul of my dental requirements. My wife was already a patient at Tiwari Watson, spoke very highly of her treatment and recommended that I have a consultation appointment with Joe. I very quickly took the decision to move to the practice. Joe and his staff were excellent. Despite the need for 5 implants and a bridge, I soon became fairly relaxed as I progressed through several months of treatment. Every aspect of the treatment programme is throughly explained and discussed, and care and follow up given are second to none. *************** My six monthly check-up today was a very relaxing and informative review. Glad to be told that I been looking after my teeth and my gums at my implants were looking healthy. Very helpful that my hygienist appointment was immediately after my dental review - very helpful session. Next appointments were made for me and so no need to phone several months ahead. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. Today, I had to call in for an emergency appointment and I got one 2 hours later despite only one dentist being available today. Dr Kamal was absolutely fantastic. He assessed my situation, genuinely listened and asked my opinion, and then thoroughly explained my treatment options. His attitude was calm, kind, and empathic and I felt like I had control throughout today's appointment (I was able to pause if it ever got painful for instance). I actually ended up feeling positive about the experience which says it all, as it was a root canal treatment for what was a very painful toothache the night before. My usual dentist, Dr Lydia McGowan, has been equally fantastic and she was the first dentist I had a total confidence in. Rebecca, my dental hygienist at Tiwari Watson, motivated me to floss my teeth every day (which I sort of knew I should be doing but never actually got round to doing it in the past). Four months in, my gums stopped bleeding and I can't imagine not flossing now! The reception staff make it all work seamlessly behind the scenes too which is so helpful.

Fantastic experience: After cancellations of appointments on several occasions by my dental practice after a filling at the front kept repeatably falling out I went to Tiwari Watson on the recommendation of my sister, I was so stressed as going on holiday in a couple of days and didn't want to go with part of my tooth missing. I am a very nervous patient through bad experiences but as soon as I walked in the girls at the front desk were so helpful and offered me an appointment that evening. I saw Kamil who talked me through everything and made me feel at ease and did a fabulous job. Everyone is so professional and now I can smile with confidence and enjoy my holiday. Thank you everyone for taking the stress away and looking forward to joining your practice in the not too distant future.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has been terrified to attend the dentist, from a traumatic experience as a child. I am so glad I have found Tiwari-watson dental. From the first visit the whole team are very friendly and very professional. I couldn’t reccomend dentist Joe highly enough. He single handedly has cured my fear of the dentist chair. Fantastic experience: On Friday I saw Raashi for an emergency appointment. Within half of an hour of my call she had injected the miraculous numbing agent and my horror was over. Rasshi is a pro and dealt with my issue perfectly. After an X-ray (in situ) and some painless poking about my mouth with objects from her bag of tricks, in less than half and hour I was pain free. I’n a cruel twist of fate another one of my teeth , this time on the top back of my mouth decided they were in the mood for trouble and once again within half an hour I was seen, had an x-ray and was treated this time by Lydia. Despite a full schedule Lydia kindly took my pain away and I skipped home once again pain free. I can’t thank Raashi and Lydia enough, as well as their support staff and of course the reception staff who provided much needed sympathy as I was quite the poor soul when I called (both times). It’s a beautiful, magnificently designed surgery and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Plus after two horror tooth ache events within days I also can’t recommend enough seeing your dentist regularly something I intend on doing more now than before. The practice more than deserves the many awards it’s been recognised with over the years. Thank you Tiwari Watson.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient, so when ever I have to get dental work I hate it. But Lydia and Drew were so kind and explained all of what they where doing. I was not nervous at all by the end and I had the best experience I have ever had with dental work.

Fantastic experience: Relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. It's a great idea that you receive reminders about appointments as it can be easy to forget especially when they are 6 months away from the initial booking! The reception staff always try to accommodate appointments whereby you are to be reviewed by the hygienist and the dental surgeon which is very much appreciated ☺

Fantastic experience: Went to Tiwari Watson dental care off of a recommendation. Best decision I’ve made!! In 7 months they have fixed all my teeth including a set of implant teeth that were missing, sorted and fixed 2 crowns all in this time.. I will be back in a few weeks to have my teeth reviewed and if have problems they can sort out then.. Best friendly team, epic service and amazing quality of treatments..
