Fantastic experience: I had to leave my appointment with hygienist, I was so uncomfortable in the chair , ive been having problems with my neck and I just couldn't get comfortable, and the thought of sitting there for maybe another 20 minutes ! Nothing to do with the hygienist she was lovely ! But she must have thought I was crazy but I have made another appointment , but with a dentist .

Negative experience: I recently visited this dental practice, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite having an appointment at 8:20 AM, I was not seen until nearly 8:45 AM. The procedure felt rushed, and the anesthetic didn’t work properly, causing significant pain. I had to make another appointment because they didn’t do the job properly. When I went back, they leveled the tooth, which resolved the discomfort. However, I could still see remnants of the silver filling, indicating the initial job was rushed. Overall, I was not satisfied with the care I received and will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Not sure where to start with this review other than to say my expectations were exceeded from the second I walked in and had my consultation with the lovely Jodie to my final fitting with the lovely Omah. As nervous as I was these were put to ease straight away. My own insecurities were quickly put aside when I was reassured every step of the way by not been made to feel anything other than deserving to be receiving the best possible service, I honestly give every step of the process a 10 out of 10 and have not one bad word to say! The treatment and customer service has been life changing and would urge anyone no matter how nervous to go for it! You won’t regret it I promise x

Positive experience: I'm disappointed this time. While waiting for my appt a young woman arrived with her baby, she had missed her appt. Staff were good and said they would be able to fit her in. The lady was soon called through, I suspected this was my appt slot as it was 13.55. It was! I feel it would have been much better if I had been asked if I minded her going through next. I would have wholeheartedly said, 'Yes!' My treatment was absolutely fine, as it always is, but thoughfulness does go a long way.

Fantastic experience: I am a Denplan patient here and this is a lovely practice totally worth the monthly cost if you can afford it. Really kind and efficient, listened to me about how I need more anaesthesia than usual which previous dentists used to be funny about, got me in quickly for an emergency appointment same day for a really painful infection. Absolutely none of the hassle I used to have from my NHS dentist. Great X ray technology and kind and informative hygienists too. Receptionists polite and helpful too. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Started the Invisalign process June 24, only taken 6 months. From 1st apt with Jody for scanning, then Omar doing & over seeing the process, it was all extremely professional. U can what's app Jody at any time with any queries which is a brill system. My teeth have moved perfectly, such a clever & straight fwd process. The composite & edge bonding apt at the end totally finishes it all off. Would definitely recommend marton dental for Invisalign. Worth every penny!!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I have Autism and ADHD and would ordinarily struggle with the costs of private care. They have been really friendly and easy to communicate with, they've gone out of their way to help, give me appointment reminders, and they sorted me out with a financial plan to make what was a lot of work far more affordable. That was all without asking. I've been to so many dentists who did shoddy work and caused further issues. Marton Dental have quickly been resolving all my issues.

Fantastic experience: After just one visit to Marton Dental Practice I have no problem leaving a 5* review. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist I spoke to helped me with my request to forward some photographs and a panoramic X-Ray for my records. I was seen almost immediately and after discussing my issues with the dentist, I was examined, then after more X-rays, my mind was put at rest regarding a possible replacement crown issue. After raising a separate, worrying issue, the dentist saw to it that I had a referral which was received by the hospital that same day. I was quite disappointed with the department who are handling my referral, so I spoke with Rachel from Marton. I followed advice, then received a courtesy call from Rachel before the surgery closed for the day. Thanks so much for all you have already done for me in this short time. During my recent Invisalign treatment, I have attended fairly often, I have always been unhappy with my teeth and even more so when an accident caused damage, but Omar discussed the options and him and Jody have been fabulous, really informative throughout the whole process, discussing next steps throughly. All the staff have been helpful and even arranging for a very short notice appointment when I had an issue during the process. Highly recommend this practice.

On arrival, the reception team were very friendly and forthcoming, and his lovely dental nurse Saman went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Fantastic experience: WOW! Over the last few months I've been visiting Marton Dental & had various work done. I've always hated my teeth but i've always been frightened of the dentist - i can assure, here you have nothing to worried about - these guys are the best!! From the moment you step into the practice you are greeted with a friendly smile & the most welcoming team. I went knowing what i wanted my teeth to look like however, i had no idea on how to get that 'dream smile'. After my first meeting with Jody (who has the most insane teeth btw) we figured composite bonding would be the best outcome for me, but we had some other work to do beforehand. A couple of weeks later i was booked in for a few fillings - again something i've always DREADED but it was honestly absolutely fine. Omar is calming & so professional, i was in & out before you could even say the word 'bongo' - no pain / no stress! The next session was was my composite trial. You're allowed to take one person with you for the trial so i took my mother in-law as i thought she would give me the most honest opinion. WE BOTH LOVED THEM! Following the trial I then met Rae who gave me a scale & polish before starting my whitening process, MY TEETH HAVE NEVER FELT SO FRESH! & Rae is just a vibe. Once all that was sorted it was time for THE MAIN EVENT, my composite day! I'm now three weeks into my new smile & I can't tell you with words how much of a difference it has made. I'm a performer so not only on-stage but in every day life I'm just constantly smiling & always getting compliments.. 100% RECOMMEND ***** Tobi
