Fantastic experience: I went for my hygiene clean appointment today, and i am very pleased with the service. Nazik and Sanu were very friendly, kind and attentive. My teeth have never felt so clean, Nazik handled my teeth with care and was very informative in regards to oral hygiene. Sanu was very kind and i am very pleased with both their service. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dental Surgery. The staff take really good care of me and offer top tier advice on my dental care and hygiene Nazile and Suumaya really took care of me on my visit and I look forward to seeing them in 6 months again.

Negative experience: Reception staff are very dismissive and rude, as is the practise manager. They do not treat people fairly, I got deregistered for missing an appointment despite informing them I wouldn’t be able to make it ahead of time (had a medical emergency). No other dentist in the area is accepting new patients , this dentist is literally two doors down from me but they are refusing to see me despite me being pregnant and having a dental abcess which is very dangerous.

Fantastic experience: The whole team is excellent. I took my daughter for an extraction under Sedation. Dr.Anita and Dr.Khan and nurses made my child very comfortable and exceptionally happy with their work. Bhavana and Anna are very supportive to accommodate any urgent appointment for XLA. They explained everything in very detailed about procedures. I strongly recommend the clinic and keep up the good work.

No long waits for an appointment, up to date equipment and a good range of services Dr. Deepika and her assistant Sanu were lovely. Dr. Deepika offered good advice on Oral hygiene and was always asking if I was okay. My denture came in less than week. Negative experience: Avoid avoid avoid at all costs The clinic will mess up your teeth over charge you and then will take no responsibility for it.

Negative experience: Poor customer service from receptionist. Whoever was on shift 11/7 at 1.20pm needs retraining.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was so thorough and friendly she cleaned my teeth so well I couldn’t feel any pain she’s so gentle and kind- 100% I’ll be back sooner than before as I really felt looked after and given all the information needed to keep my dental hygiene in good condition.

Fantastic experience: I needed urgent treatment done by Dr Vekaria but needed the dental Hygienist first. She was not going to be available for weeks. Ana (Receptionist) asked another dentist (Dr Sakina) if she could look after me and she did. I am a nightmare patient as I do not like going to the Dentist. Dr Sakina could see how nervous I was and she really did treat me with kid gloves and I'm not ashamed to say that Nurse Elena held my hand while I got my treatment done. I honestly don't think I could go to another clinic. They are all lovely people and it doesn't matter how old you are, they understand patient's needs and act accordingly.

Positive experience: I've consistently received good dental treatment. However, today was my 1-year-old son's first dental appointment. While he was sitting on his dad's lap, I wanted to take a picture of him and me. I was told three times, "No pictures." There is nothing in the waiting room or online that states a no-picture policy. I capture all of my soms firsts and keep in a memory box for him. As no staff would have been in the picture I honestly dont see the problem. If there is a no-picture policy, it should be made explicitly clear on the webiste and in the lobby to avoid disappointment and embarrassment in the future.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist I see a young indian female dentist in suite 2 at the front near reception,she is excellent and always makes me feel comfortable,she cares about her patients oral hygiene and isn't frighten to give you a dressing down if she thinks you need one,I visited the dentist today and once again the dentist I see made me feel comfortable and was professional has usual.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST. Absolute appalling service. I booked for a cleaning service with the hygienist and received the most shocking and direspectful treatment you could ever imagine. The hygienist claimed that the service was complete and done however the job was incomplete and my stains were still CLEARLY visible on my teeth. She claimed that the slot was only 30mn and she won’t have time to continue the treatment, ALTHOUGH absolutely no one from the clinic team informed me over the phone or in person that the slot was only 30mn. She mentioned that she has other patients waiting but I refused to leave given my rights as a patient to get my full service that I paid for. The clinic manager came and caused me stress, anger, frustration and anxiety which made the situation even worse. She clearly saw I was pregnant and rather than finding a solution and calming the situation she kept insisting that it was my fault that I came 5 mn late and that my slot was only 30mn. As a general rule of any clinic, customers must always get their full treatment (which they paid for!) leave the place satisfied with the service, but she did the complete opposite by blaming the patient and causing distress and frustration. I will be filing a complaint to the GDC and CQC against the clinic for the unprofessional and appalling service I received today.

Negative experience: She is gr8 ...very patient and understanding I wrote this review 2 years ago and now due to the appalling treatment I have received from one of the receptionists ( ABHAUNA ) I give the clinic 0...I had what I thought was an emergency appointment on 24.6.23 I called to check the time because when I made the appointment I was in such agony that I had forgotten...she said you missed your appointment, and I can't re book you because you missed an appointment 2 YEAR'S AGO...and iam off the books, I was shocked I have been with this dentist for over 30 YEAR'S and I was in such agony only to be told to get lost basically by a stone cold insensitive unsympathetic robot, leaving me in pain with no dentist for one simple mistake that anyone can make if they are in pain...in 30 YEAR'S I have only ever missed one appointment 2 years ago...take it from me don't guse this dentist clinic...thay have no sympathy empathy or compassion...also iam disabled and its almost impossible for me to find someone else at such short notice...very bad practice Lindon Dental Smiles there are no Smiles with me

Fantastic experience: Updated my review from 2 years ago as the professionalism of the staff, especially Anita Vekaria remains to this day very impressive. I still have a fear of dentists but they did a great job reassuring me which made my tooth extraction that much more easier. All of the staff members are great, many of which have been there for 10 years plus which to me clearly shows how strong and committed the team are. I could never go anywhere else. Thank you.

Dr. Anita was so gentle explained each step to my son and he just trusted her❤️My son allowed her do 3 feedings in the same appointment.I can’t be more happier as we thought we have to take him to the hospital specialists dentist because of his fear and sensory issues.Incredible experience. Fantastic experience: Recently registered with this dentist after moving to the area and I must say my expectations were low before my initial visit. However, they have completely surpassed my expectations by far! Excellent customer service from the clinic staff and dentists are on point! They have curbed my anxiety when it comes to dental visits :) Ten out of ten and would highly recommend them!

Due to his above qualities, he made my experience a pleasant and straightforward one for which I appreciate very much. Negative experience: Bad practice, rude inexperienced low quality , nhs scammers , demanding extra money and trying to charge notting hill prices when they are in a cheap rent neighborhood , im on benefits so they wanted to charge me for 550 for 3 fillings , 2 of which I didn’t even want or need , so I asked for 1 small filling to be done and they quoted150 pound for a small filling on top of what ever they are charging nhs and they and the only dentist that will demand you pay upfront or they decline their service to you. Other dentist would do a small filling £80-120 especially for new patient and good review and future business, but these people are horrible NHs money exploiters, do not put your trust in them .

Fantastic experience: Great professionals! I visited this Clinic for the first time today and I want to compliment the Dentist Dr Maaris Arif and her Dental Nurse Nehal. Both work together in a very coordinated and efficient way. Dr Maaris exceeded my expectations, as she is clear in her explanations, has very light hands, and is very polite, not only with the patient but with the other employees who surround her. I am very happy with the treatment and strongly recommend these professionals.

As always, Irina (my Hygienist), in my opinion, is up there with the best of the best. Fantastic experience: I took my 75 year old mother for tooth extraction. It was a pleasant experience. My mother, who was so scared of dental treatment, was made feel comfortable at every step. Her disability was taken into account and the staff did not rush her. The dentist Dr Sonal was excellent in communication and technique. She explained the procedure patiently which helped my mother to relax.

Fantastic experience: I have recently registered myself here and honestly I already highly recommend this dental practice! Starting from the receptionists which are kind and prompt to the dentist that saw me already on two occasions (one of them emergency today). They give precise information and to the point. The rooms are impeccable!

Root canal did help me so much and will help my teeth for few years atleast . Thank u for not being like other dentist which they say only option is to take tooth out . Negative experience: Well I don't know where to start. I bought my 17-year-old down to the dentist today to have a check up and have and have her teeth cleaned the dentist was very rude and very unkind to my child. My daughter suffers from anxiety and mental health and all she had to say is my 8-year-old could clean their teeth better than you and how you don't know how lucky you are that you've got this. I get where she's coming from but I think being a professional she should be very mindful about what she's saying to patients because no one knows what they're going through and their mental state. My daughter come out of there in tears and she will not be going back there. Again. I want a formal apology from this dentist because I am not happy and nor is my daughter
