Fantastic experience: Nobody likes going to the dentist but New Cross Dental Practice made it as good as can be. Its easy to get an appointment and I'm a private patient and the charges are very competitive. Everyone was very kind and took the time to treat me and explain every step of the process as we went along. Special thanks to Dr Reanne for her kindness, honesty and good work. And to Jack Timmins who cleaned my teeth up and gave me great tips how to look after them. I can 100% recommend this practice.

They gave me a pep talk, reassured me, and gently talked me through what to expect. They even introduced me to the dentist beforehand, which helped ease my nerves. The dentist and assistant were absolutely amazing — so gentle, patient, and accommodating. They took the time to sit with me before and after the appointment, answered all of my (sometimes silly) questions without judgment, and made me feel safe and heard throughout. Fantastic experience: My wife and I are from Ukraine. We have been using this clinic for three years now under the NHS pensioners program. In our country they say: don't look for a clinic, look for a doctor. We found both a clinic and a doctor here. We really like our doctor Reanne Luiz Lewus - a small woman with a big heart and golden hands. Sensitivity, kindness, professionalism - these are her main qualities. We thank both the clinic and the doctor for their work.

Fantastic experience: They are really good here. All the staff from the reception team onwards are always really friendly and helpful, and never rush you. I’ve had only positive experiences from both the dentists I’ve seen there and it always feels like they remember you from last time and take a real interest in all their patients.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would. My first time of visiting the dentist and it was amazing, the receptionists were awesome and so polite. No discrimination between NHS patients and Private Patients. The Dentist Philipa was also outstanding and my teeth cleaning was really good. Best teeth cleaning that I have ever had in years. And she also gave me good advice on how to keep my teeth clean. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist!

He was attentive and communicative and super confident which calmed my nerves somewhat. Absolutely fantastic and I cannot commend him highly enough. Going to any dentist is not a pleasurable experience but believe me Mr Hirani made it as a pleasurable experience one could receive.

Fantastic experience: Lovely local dentist, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The dentists and assistants are very efficient, friendly and always explain what is happening which is a welcome touch.

Negative experience: Frustrated to say the least, wasn’t made aware of a previous issue and it has now worsened due to dentists not knowing whether it’s necessary to tell me or not? on top of that I was given a prescription with no year, i went to Peckham pharmacy to then have to come back for them to correct in New Cross.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at New Cross Dental Practice today, and I am thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which helped ease my nerves. The dental nurse was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Hajirah Mir was outstanding. Although I was a bit nervous, she immediately made me feel at ease. We discussed my teeth grinding issues and explored options like a mouth guard, as well as Botox for the Masseter muscle in the future. Dr. Mir took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Additionally, I was referred for wisdom tooth removal, which I’m grateful for, especially after a bad experience with a previous procedure. It’s reassuring to know that we’re addressing the issue before it becomes more serious. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and am confident I’ve found a dentist I can trust for my ongoing care. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: When I first attended this dentist, it was quite good, but as time went on, it has gone downhill! They made my son wait 40 minutes to be seen with no good excuse, which is appalling, with no apology fron the dentist himself, which is disgusting, im sure they would not like waiting 40 minutes for you, and the audacity to tell me not to miss any appointments, or I will be removed from the dentist, only because I cancelled an appointment!! I call in to make an appointment not to be spoken to in a rude manner!!!!

Fantastic experience: Went in for my first hygienist appointment here today - all the staff were very friendly and efficient. My hygienist Mrs. Peixoto was a breeze, with good chat and great work, you get the feeling that the folks here care about their patients and the work they do. Will definitely be coming back for future dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Excellent hygienist! I had a session with hygienist Victoria and it was one of the best hygienist cleans I've ever had. I felt that she paid individual attention to every single tooth! Often these sessions can be quite quick and I've left wondering if it was money well spent but not with this hygienist!

Positive experience: The hygienist was incredibly professional, the only downside is that you have to pay a In advance for your follow up appointment. They seem not to have my medical records, when I have been a patient for long time in that dental clinic, also I filled up my medical form on line before the appointment and I was given a QR code to scan however I had to filled again at the practice because they said they could not find it. Perhaps a bit more organized would benefit fit them. But in overall the customer service was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a phobia about going to the dentists, however since coming to the New Cross Dental Practice I have been treated so sensitively and carefully that I can now attend appointments on my own without additional family support. I have been able to keep up with regular appointments and although feel anxious, this anxiety does not stop me attending. I have been lucky to have found such a Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice! I was first there in 2019 for a broken wisdom tooth. I got an appointment two days later and at the appointment got the broken tooth removed. Super efficient. Then i was there again for another decaying wisdom tooth, this time it’s a bottom one so the practice referred me to a surgeon. I got luck, didn’t wait for too long. Didn’t really do a surgery but got the tooth removed within 10 minutes at another practice. Recently i have another tooth decayed and it was painful when chewing. This time I got an appointment after one week. I got a full check at the first appointment on Monday, then got the filling on Friday. These are all NHS treatments! The receptionist and dentists are always nice. I also recommend their hygienist. All five star services

Fantastic experience: I’ve just had an appointment with the lovely hygienist Roxanna. I am SO impressed! From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, helpful and made me feel so relaxed! I currently have fixed braces and she told me lots of helpful tips on how to keep my teeth clean etc. I have been a bit worried about cleaning them properly since having the braces on but Roxanna guided me through lots of things to help when cleaning them and reassured me.
