Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr. Ghassan Al-Shaikh Radi this morning, and it was an outstanding experience. He provided exceptional service, generous treatment, and a warm welcome that immediately put me at ease. The nurse and receptionist were also incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. I’m confident that Dr. Radi is now my go-to dentist.

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot rave about this practice enough, I was in so much pain both times because of my wisdom tooth but Dr Ghassan took such good care of me and made sure I was comfortable at all times during my wisdom tooth extraction. I’ve never met someone so cool calm, collected and skilled at what they do! This was my second one taken out, and I was so nervous but the staff calmed me down and it was painless and effortless. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming and you definitely get what you pay for - thank you for everything!! also love the aesthetic of the clinic! My dentist is Abeer Shehadeh who honestly is one of the best dentists I ever met. She helps me to make informed decisions and give me excellent explanation of all aspects of my treatment. Fantastic experience: I had a hygiene appointment today with Magdalena and I can say she is really good. I did not feel any pain and she did an amazing job in cleaning my teeth. Negative experience: The hygienist there dr magdalena was not professional she don't know how to work properly with someone like me who have tmj disorder i can't open my mouth a lot she don't know how to work without hurting the gums of the patient trust me avoid going there ps: after i went there to dr abeer to remove for me the retainers i did in my home country tunisia and to see afterwards dr magdalena the hygienist there after that after 2 days of my treatment with them 29 January 2025 i sense that my tongue is moving side to side my teeth grinding i had eating difficulties sleeping difficulties they don't know how to work with people who have tmj disorder like me who can't open their mouth a lot this is unprofessional حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل after i went to tunisia my home country i got healed by the new doctors in tunisia my home country and they explained to me that what happened to me was muscle cramp because i had to open my mouth for 30 minutes so the doctors there can work i had a muscle cramp in my jaw and my tongue thank god the doctors in tunisia my home country gave me medication for the cramp i had in my muscles and im better now I'm writing this 15 February 2025 after im fully healed after i went to a good tunisian doctor who helped me to get healed trust me guys avoid going to this dental practice they are unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Excellent Experience with Dr. Abeer Shehadeh at Acton Town Dental Practice I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Acton Town Dental Centre, and especially to Dr. Abeer Shehadeh. I visited the clinic with a severely compromised tooth that had a longitudinal fracture, a result of incorrect treatments I had received from non-specialist dentists outside the UK. I was advised to see Dr. Abeer, and I am incredibly grateful that I did. Despite the challenging condition of my tooth, she managed to save it with exceptional skill and care, even when it seemed likely that I would lose it. Additionally, she treated multiple cavities with great professionalism and precision, ensuring a pain-free experience.

Negative experience: Staff are nice, professional but I spent a thousand pounds to ruin my teeth with fillings. I'm so sad that my teeth close differently now and I've been experiencing sensitivity to cold ever since. After years now the fillings seem to be deteriorating and when I went to a better dentist they were shocked with what they saw in my mouth. Also had muscle spasms everywhere for a week after injections. Oh well that's just the situation, otherwise this is pretty good for UK dentistry I guess (very damn expensive tho). Edit: of course I used an alternative account for anonymity and I've picked a better dentist since. I was simply reflecting on my experience which I haven't done before ;)

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is amazing. From the dentists to dental nurses to the receptionists. Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional, you feel like your in good hands as soon as you walk in the door. I had orthodontic treatment from Dr Sandeep who was an excellent dentist. He was honest, realistic, knowledgeable and very skilled. I had metal fixed braces for under a year and the whole process was a very good experience. Negative experience: These lot messed my teeth up and have cause me big problems that’s getting worse over time. shaved a lot of my teeth if from one side so now teeth don’t sit straight which is cause jaw pain and my throat clicks every time I swallow .i literally paid for a service and at the end of it they shaved off the treatment I paid for I called them a few days later and the receptionist denied that the dentist could have made a mistake and said the dentists never make a mistake! What a joke. I gave these lot over 3k within a year.

Negative experience: Avoid this place!!! I have been for work.in the area when my wisdom tooth strat getting painfull. Called for appointment they said over the phone we can book you for an appointment same day for removal it will be price range £380-£450 but I need to pay £60 deposit now which i did. I have went for my appointment where I was told before removal they need 3d pictures which was additional £120 i was in pain and desperate i said that's fine they did picture when I found out removal is £450 as it's complex one £120 for the 3d picture and £60 wasn't deposit it was appointment fee. I have been there for less than 30min tooth went out really smooth.(painfull after and during removal my jaw was pushed so bad i got crump on opposite side). After 2 weeks i still have pain and I tought the pain was from the socket but went to my local dentist which suggested they have damaged completely healthy tooths 2 of them 6/7 while they were removing wisdom tooth. Avoid this place they will take advantage of yoy while you in pain and tell you all extra after you.pay part of.it that there is extras and Dr Radhi has damaged other tooths as well. I wish i had checked more reviews than just go there .

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist (Magdalena Dullek-Spica) this morning and she was absolutely superb: thorough, kind and very diligent. Quite frankly, I don't think my teeth have ever been cleaned so well. The surgery itself is lovely - immaculately clean and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I've definitely found my new dentist.

Negative experience: Do not go to this place place . If I could take even that star off I would. I have travelled 2H from Luton to this place I got stuck on the motorway. I was 10 minutes for my daughter appointment and they were difficult at the reception without even listening why was I late. For my daughter I have a regular visit wich included 5min check. This is what they normally do. Still even like that they find all the excuses to send me away rather than resolve the issue and the appointment. My deep cleaning and check up was cancelled too.And even the doctors for all the time I been there where really horrible.Avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mohammed Naji is a complete professional. Chipped front tooth today and thought it would never be the same again. Managed to get an appointment and feared the worst. In 35 mins I was out of there and have my tooth back again exactly as it was before. Absolutely amazed and over the moon. Brilliant dentist.

I was well explained and now I may not be afraid to see a Dentist, anymore. 19/04/2022 I had a RCT today, with Dentist RK and the lovely dental nurse, Ashma. I was terrified coming in and the anxiety took a toll, on me today. I was scared, however Dentist RK was very kind and explained everything, and spoke to me throughout the procedure. I am so glad to say that it was not bad at all; the pain was very minimum to say the least. Happy with the appointments and the patient care. Very much happy with the front desk staff members, who are always welcoming Supriya.

Fantastic experience: A great place with a high standard of customer service. Dr Radi was very helpful, he literally saved my life. I had nasty tooth infection that required root canal treatment. The treatment was carried out quickly and painless. I am extremely happy, finally pain relief! I highly recommend Dr Radi.

Fantastic experience: I used to have such fear of dentists in the past. And now I can say that with the right dentist everything can be so much better! Dr. Ameen Furat has been looking after me. He is very knowledgeable, he loves challenges, he is open minded and makes you feel very welcome. Always welcoming with a big smile on his face. What I like the most is that as a dentist, he is very gentle, he asks me if I am alright and if I am doing well. He pays attention to how I react to his actions. Also he has a great sense of humour so it is never boring but always laughter in his clinic. He is also very humble to his assistants. Positive experience: It was lucky as I could get an emergency service within 3 days after trying to find many places, I had really bad toothache. Luckily I took painkillers and it did help me for at least every 6 hours while i was waiting for the appointment, On the day the dentist solved the problem by doing deep cleaning and filling with in an hour. An off cause, I paid over£400 for deep clean 1 side At bottom teeth and 1 teeth filling. I guess that's emergency case price. I found the cleaning is a bid too high for 1/4 of your teeth. But thank you for young dentist who look after me.

Their prices are very fair as well - even as a private patient Just an update to say this wonderful practice continues to impress me. The staff are all top notch, the actual practice is the most beautiful dentist office I’ve ever seen with plants and a lovely fish tank. Reception staff are delightful. Literally the best dentist practice I’ve ever been to and will ever go to. Can’t be topped. Dr Radi is a star and all the staff are so knowledgeable and kind.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygiene appointment with Magdalena without doubt the best hygienist I've been to she was really gentle I did not feel the cleaning equipment on my teeth I did not feel uncomfortable at any time during the hygiene appointment and the end result the whitest my teeth have been for a long time . Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I’ve had. From the service provided at front desk to how nice and professional Dr. Ameen Furat and the nurse Anna have been. They have made me feel so comfortable in my appointment (I have a had horrible experience at another practice that has made me quite scared to even be in a dental chair). The level of service they provide is honestly top notch and unmatched. The team have been so welcoming and nice and so easy to speak to and approach. The incredible attention to detail that Dr. Furat has is amazing and I’m so happy with my work thus far. The hygienist Shady Bassiouni did such an amazing and thorough job that I’m actually looking forward to my next hygiene appointment. He was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience: A wonderful and elegant center, as if you are in a 5-star hotel. When you enter it, you find cleanliness everywhere. The services are excellent and start from the reception. They are wonderful. As for the doctors’ team, I dealt with Dr. Renad, and she was a top in high morals and technology in providing services in addition to trust The big one is in accurately diagnosing the disease and giving the appropriate treatments to me and my family. My children loved it because of its good treatment with them, knowing that children rarely like dentists.I highly recommend dealing with her because of her intelligence I give her my thanks and gratitude

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy about the service that Dr Renad and Neelima her nurse has given me because they are very professional for many things especially because in treatment I don't feeling any pain. She is doing a thorough check up and does a perfect job and creating great psychological atmosphere and reduces stress.

Negative experience: Can you see what is wrong with this xray? A prize for the 1st person to spot it. This is Dr Radi's handy work. Which made me lose out on a major job opportunity, I had reoccurring infections, an abcess that burst ans gave me tonsillitis, heart palpitations, intense pain, sleepless nights, facial swelling. But the kicker is...... they referred me to have the tooth removed prior to him fitting this bridge and they are the ones that issued me the antibiotics too. But he's about his bag by any means necessary. Even if that means my tooth breaking away from the bridge as my body was rejecting the rotten root left in. I've long term gum damage now. They take 0 consideration of your medical/medication history which can lead to teeth problems. I was never given the correct treatment or advice the entire time I was a patient. I highly advise staying away from this place for your all round well being and if that means travelling further to a compassionate, understanding and competent dentist. Please do it. I wouldn't advise paying private or NHS I've used both services and they've been disastrous. Dr Carla is extremely inadequate, gave me a hygiene/ cleaning service 'NHS" and only 2 years or so when I went to a more competent dentist they removed very old retainer clay that has been there for years. This harbours bacteria and should have been removed. Do not deal with the practise mamagers The Lovicks by any means. Its all very underhand. Save yourself the hassle the mother and son have half a brain cell between them and will attempt to gaslight you. NHS or Private you're effed either way here. I'd give no stars if I could. The entire establishment including the South Ealing branch can go to hell. This isn't defamation/slander. I only do transparency.

Fantastic experience: I have been with the practice for years but first time to be seen by the amazing dentist called Dr. Ameen. I was in so much pain on my first appointment to see him but he was so calming and reassuring, he gave me some painkillers before he could explain the next steps. My tooth was so badly infected, he had to remove the infection and cleaned it up, he took photos to show me and explained what he had done. It was awesome to see my tooth in a picture. On the next appointment, I had a root canal, it took a couple of hours but he kept checking on whether I was doing ok and reassuring me how it was going. He was happy with what he had done and again, he took a picture of it and explained what he did, his so proud of his work that it takes away the pain you may be experiencing at that moment. His not only humble to his patient, but his assistants too. Great job Dr. Ameen.

Fantastic experience: It has been 3 years since I last saw the hygienist, and I used to experience a lot of pain and sensitivity during the hygiene appointment, and this is one of the reasons why I was keep avoiding to book an appointment. Today, I saw Magda the hygienist, and to my surprise, I haven't expirience no pain or sensitivity during the hygiene treatment and I was shocked considering I had a lot of bild up and my gums were also inflamed. Magda was very professional and so nice during the appointment, explaining me patiently what I need to do in order to keep my gums healthy. I highly recommend her and the practice. Thank you so much for today and for making my expirience pain free

Fantastic experience: I have a severe phobia of dentists but I needed an urgent removal of a fractured tooth so with much reluctance I attended this practice. It was a difficult and traumatic extraction but the procedure was carried out with sympathetic gentleness and patience by Dr Mohammed who explained exactly what the procedure entailed and what I should expect at every stage. I will also need some other treatment in a few weeks’ time but Dr Mohammed, together with his very kind dental nurse, was so good with my fear that I actually feel able to return for further treatment with confidence. I absolutely recommend this practice with it’s calming ambience and pleasant staff.

I was taking in care from the Dr Zahra Balal and she was amazing. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable, but the contrary. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ameen is the most professional, dedicated and genuine dentist. Previously he was in a different practice and I used to visit him as a patient. In the last few months I decided to do Invisalign for my crowded tooth. I went to several practices and got few consultation, but I really never felt comfortable with any of them. I eventually followed Dr.Amen to this clinic and I had a consultation, full 3D and Xray examination with him. He kindly and patiently answered all my questions and very professionally explained all the points I needed to know. He even suggested to have his own inputs and views in terms of developing the assimilation of my future smile. By this he proved that he goes beyond the mainstream technology and add human/professional input in how my tooth should look like (something that I was never told by other practices). I therefore, highly recommend him and I am sure you would be in the best hands. He is young, patient, energetic and very enthusiastic about his work. I cannot wait for my Invisalign treatments to start here with him ASAP.

Fantastic experience: No one really likes going to the dentist so when you do you should make sure it’s the best around. I’ve lived in West London for 38 years and these guys are the best around. Dr Abeer guided me through my Invisalign and Dr Radi took care of my extractions. You couldn’t wish to meet two more: kind, knowledgable and sensitive practitioners. Both this practice and their sister branch in South Ealing are spotlessly clean and staffed with effective communicators. Maybe it’s the anaesthetic talking, but having two teeth removed today really wasn’t as daunting as I thought it would be.
