Positive experience: Saw Kathy and Ashlyn today for hygienist check up. Kept waiting at reception for over 5 minutes with only 1 receptionist busy on a call with a customer - meaning that hygienist thought I was late. Kathy and Ashlyn were great however.

From start to finish a professional service, I was seen on time and everything was explained to me, including aftercare. Positive experience: I would have given the team a five star rating but I will leave that to room for improvement solely because as humans, we constantly strive for excellence and perfection. Besides that, they were an exceptional group of people who articulated their jobs excellently and beautifully.

Fantastic experience: I had my implants done at this dental practice where I have been a patient for some years. I had lost my molars on my lower jaw on one side and on the other I had lost teeth also. It was suggested to me by my dentist Jai that it was a good option for me rather than having another denture which I had previously struggled with. He went through the procedure with me and explained what it would entail and then I just had to decide when to go ahead. I had every confidence that Jai would do an excellent job. Once you decide to go ahead you are given all the written details you need. I was worried that it would be painful especially afterwards. He said it would be no more painful than after a tooth extraction. The main challenge to this is trying to eat especially with the surgery I had. It is not a quick thing to have done, there is a long healing time but it is well worth it in the end. I would highly recommend this surgery the staff are very friendly and that makes a real difference. I would like to praise Tracy Jai's practice nurse she is so reassuring during the procedure and puts you at your ease. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about implants to have them done because once they are done they feel just like your own teeth and you soon get used to having teeth where didn't have any before. The best thing is you are able to eat normally again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years now, always been very happy with the service. The receptionists are all very friendly and give reminders for upcoming appointments which is very helpful. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Khyati and Mariana and it was the usual high standard of service, punctual, painless and overall a great experience.
Fantastic experience: If this dental practice was an hotel, it could only be classed as 5 stars, and my teeth would definitely want to stay here. Reception Staff are excellent, Cleanliness is excellent, and the Facilities are excellent too. A lot of money has clearly been spent providing the very latest equipment which allows you to see in full colour and immense detail exactly what’s happening in your mouth. Of course, all of the above would be a complete waste of time if the dentist was not up to standard. Worry not, on both my visits the dentist have also been excellent. On my last visit I was treated by Ameena and her dental nurse whose name, I apologise I cannot remember. Both ladies could not have treated me any better if I was their own farther. Very caring and informative as my treatment was carried out.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, I booked this appt as it said pain free, unlike the usual Hygienist appt’s where they scrape your teeth & gums with the sharp instruments. Today’s appt was definitely pain free with NO sharp instruments. Everything was explained to me when I arrived, and Kathy and her dental nurse were slow and didn’t rush through the process. My teeth and gums were stain free and felt lovely and fresh. I rebooked my next appt in 6 months with no hesitation.

Positive experience: The appointment began on time which really surprised me. After a bit of a shaky start positioning both myself and the hygienist reasonably comfortably my treatment began. It is never stress free when there are several pieces of equipment, hands,water etc. in the mouth but I was as comfortable as possible. Kathy informed me at every stage what she was doing while Rhia quietly assisted her. After treatment I was given advice on how to keep my mouth healthier and I left the surgery feeling that the treatment I had received was far better than I have had in many years. So thank you to Kathy and Rhia for your excellent treatment today and I look forward to seeing you in 6 months time.

Positive experience: The only reason I have not given five stars is that the room I was treated in was cold. But I have difficulty going upstairs to where Kathy was working so she moved to an unused treatment room downstairs to see me, this is why it was cold. My treatment was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I signed up with Cromwell Place 6 months ago and been really happy with Nilesh (and assistant Alex). Always friendly and relaxed, and appointments quick and available when required. I recently had a 6 month hygiene check-up with Kathy as part of my dental plan which was straightforward and very informative, as was my general 6 month check up with Anuja. All-in-all an expert experience with professionals who keep you relaxed, informed and give advice in a manner that is easy to understand and implement. I've recommended two friends so far, both had a long waiting time with their dentist to treat dental pain they were experiencing. Fantastic experience: I had implant surgery following an extraction of a front tooth and was nervous. But my fears were dispelled, the experience wasn't painful and I left with my original tooth fixed as a temporary crown. So no embarrassing gap. Fantastic experience: Joined Cromwell place dental practice after doing lots of research on dentists in Cambridgeshire. Knowing I needed some dental implants I booked to see Dr Reddy, it was the first time in my life I felt like a dentist actually took the time to properly examine my teeth and made a realistic comprehensive plan for each tooth. I did not feel pressured into making any decisions but left feeling informed. Fast forward 8 months I’ve had all my treatments and follow ups with no complications. In addition I see Kathy the hygienist and signed up to a plan to get all my appointments for the year pre planned and paid for. All of the staff from the dentists, dental nurses and receptionists and fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone, especially anyone who has dental anxiety or equally requires extensive work.

It is up to the minute with great equipment, friendly and helpful receptionists and very experienced, professional and caring dentists. My personal dentist is Anuja Arora. Fantastic experience: When I was first informed I needed two implants I was excited but apprehensive , I was worried about the pain. The consultation with Jai was very reassuring. I was very nervous about the procedure. Jai said it would not hurt and I was not convinced. It was as totally pain free I was amazed. Jai talked me through every step. The whole team were amazing. Positive experience: I had a shock when I saw the dental hygienist Karen and she said I had gum disease, but she gave me lots of good advice which I immediately followed to the letter. After three appointments we are getting on top of the gingivitis and I am much more careful with my dental hygiene. I have new habits which I plan on continuing forever now. Fantastic experience: After failing to get an NHS dentist locally I took the plunge into private dentistry as I desperately needed treatment. Cromwell Place Dental Practice is ideal as it's well placed in town and the staff are really friendly. Dentist Nilesh and Dental Nurse Aleksandra have been looking after me during an extraction and root canal and so far so good. Hardly felt a thing during both treatments. All private dental is expensive but if you're looking for good dentist in town I recommend Cromwell Place.

Fantastic experience: I recently received treatment to help improve my smile for my upcoming wedding. I wasn't expecting the result I now have! I am so happy with my new teeth and can smile with confidence. Jai really listened to what I wanted and also what was right for my circumstance. I really felt that he cared about the end result for me and also that I was 100% happy with them, allowing me to settle into my new look and coming back should I want to change anything. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice for 50 years but I was seeing Nora and Michaela for the first time. For unrelated health reasons I didn't want to have a local anaesthetic unless it was really necessary, so I was a bit nervous as I needed a filling. However I needn't have worried as Nora was exceptionally careful and completed the procedure without causing me any significant discomfort. Overall I have been very happy with the people I have dealt with at the practice including the receptionists.

Fantastic experience: After a horrible weekend of toothache I was very relieved to secure a emergency appointment a few hours after my call, the treatment I got from all the staff was very professional and to a very high standard, all was explained to me every step of the way and although I need further treatment, my immediate issue was fixed and I feel so much better.
